O atmosfera placuta decorata cu gust, personal amabil, mic dejun destul de variat, insa nu de 5*

Camera (Sinaia) cam mica pentru 5*, apa din cabina de dus nu se scurge, calitatea mezelurilor si a sucurilor de la micul dejun nu este cea pe care o asteptam.

The detail focused staff, the quality of the finishings and great taste in design made for a very cosy and classy stay.

Nice but not 5 star

Overall we had a comfortable stay but given that it had been advertised as a 5 star hotel, our expectations were too high for what this place is. Go in expecting a comfortable 3 star and you will have a very pleasant stay.

You couldn’t see out of the windows in the room we were in which was a shame given the view outside is lovely. Given that there was no one else staying in the hotel when we were it’s disappointing they couldn’t have put us in a room that had a bigger window. The shower tray did not drain properly and breakfast was also rather underwhelming with poor choice.

Superb

The rooms are elegant, clean and quiet. They do not match the hotel's facades (which I disliked so much that I avoided this hotel so far). The staff is helpful. The breakfast was good.

I did not like the restaurant next to them. Not sure if it belongs to the hotel, however, I do not recommend it. Very crowded and the staff was obviously overwhelmed.

Cosy stay at a nice hotel in the mountains

A large room with a balcony, a good sized, sturdy and comfortable bed, nice furniture, and a quite modern bathroom with a cosy bathtub. The staff were nice, and the food rather delicious. We also made use of the spa facilities, which were nice enough. The room service was good too. We found the location very good as well. Loved the fresh air.

A few facilities weren’t available such as the laundry, no pool available despite having a spa. One must pay for the spa per hour per room, which is quite strange given the room price per night.

Nice rooms but nothing spectacular. Good breakfast - nice variety of teas. Depending on how much you pay it's good overall.

The dry sauna was not hot enough (65 degrees at arrival!), it had a small heating element and it was by request (80 RON for 1 hour!) and they did not turn it on early enough. Plus it had a very annoying buzz from the neon light.

Our option in Sinaia

Everything was perfect. It`s the second time we chose to stay in Oblique and I can easily say that is the best place in Sinaia. Very clean, quiet and comfortable room, helpful and smiley staff, private parking. Nice view over the trees and Qube Restaurant. The bed is very comfortable. We had a perfect stay and we will definitely return.

Nice partial view over the mountains.

Definitely not a 5* accommodation. We have booked a suite which was more like a two rooms connected by a hallway, very small balcony, fact that we were charged for the coffee in the room which should have been a complimentary service, half a roll of toilet paper upon our arrival etc. Didn't get the chance to have breakfast during our stay because there were not enough tables in that small room, not enough parking lots and so on. Poor value for money, would not recommend if looking for 4-5* facilities.

The spa is basically a hot tub. They also need to turn it on like 2 hours before, so you need to tell them in advance. Most definitely not a 5 star hotel like they claim to be. A 3 star hotel at most.

Exceptional

Everything was perfect! The staff, especially the girls at reception were all so lovely and helpful. The spa facilities, though at an additional cost, were great and accommodating for a group of 5. Certain rooms offer great views from the balcony which is great to enjoy in the morning.

the breakfast included was really tasty and fresh. the room was very clean.

i believe that it doesn’t deserve the 5 stars. i received a room which was like the ground floor, people were passing by the window and the intimacy was quite missing. we were leaving with closed curtains for the whole days. the room was missing the natural and artificial lighting. the restaurant was very expensive for the quality of food which they served we could not find free potable water for drink, we run out of water and we were forced to go to the market in the middle of the night, because the bottles from the bar were not enough for two persons.

Never ever again

Never ever again.. - very expensive, absolutely not worth it. - very poor breakfast: old bread, no fruits, nothing fresh - very noicy area, even with earplugs very loud till deep in the night - almost no wifi in the room - poor SPA where you need to pay 200 extra LEI per person - 2 separate beds on two different places which you can't move - shower in the bath where I could not even stand straight and all the water gets in the bathroom. They claim to have 5 stars but we have been in many Romanian hotels with 3 or less stars who are way better and especially way cheaper.
