Exelente lugar , muy comodo y muy bien ubicado
Super recomendable
3.5

We had to change 3 differents rooms when we were tired about after trip. Room 1, has Fan noise. Room 2 half doesn't have electricity. Room 3, zinc faucet was loose, but i could adjuste it, and finaly we stay in that one. We have been here before and it was an amazing experience.
Did they change the owner or manager? I hope they stay focuse in their installations, it's a great place. Don't let it fall down.

great location, easy to book and check in/out, spacious rooms
sparse amenities, floor of rooms felt a little dusty, furniture is a bit dated

Location, Staff, Amenities

I spent there two stays in CDMX of 3-5 days each. Huge apartment, friendly staff, very clean and confortable. Location is great too: there are infinite options for coffee or dining at walking distance and a shopping mall just in front. I loved my stay in CDMX thanks to this place too!
The street traffic is a bit loud

cool layout and very large with comfortable bed and pillows.
good pressure in the shower.
good location.
staff are cool.
secure at night.
water in the shower and taps smelled like mould.
electricity pylons directly outside the balcony constantly making a loud live-electricity noise.
almost no kitchen equipment.

We are pleased to know that our favorite choice in Mexico City has maintained the quality standards that we were first introduced to in 2022. We have stayed in multiple rooms over the years and each room is always the same. Therefore, consistency was a given. The staff, both at the reception and the cleaning service, are always friendly and courteous. Without a doubt, we will return.
Room 1-2 is right next to the busy street which at times was a little bit loud during the day time. At night, it was better. We are used to city noise so we adapted quickly. The rooms on the other floors further away from the traffic usually present a better environment if you are looking for a good night sleep. The bed was a little harder than we would have liked but with a padded quilt underneath us, we slept fine.

The location
Not many facilities
4.0
very nice location close to a lot of public transport, supermarkets, coffee shops, nice restaurants.
the apartment was very spacious and comfortable.
as some other people mentioned, the isolation of the apartment is very poor, both for the outside and towards other apartments. so at night, mainly during the weekend, the noise from the street can be annoying (loud music, traffic, etc)
it’s liveable if you’re ok with it

Not a 4 stars hotel
I'd like to share our honest review because we were disappointed with this hotel.
The good:
- Free coffee, tea and purified water (cold and hot)
- Clothes iron in the room
- Big shared kitchen
- Staff is nice although they don't speak English
- Good safe location
- Old, worn out furniture, towels and walls.
- Shower cabin that looked like it never was cleaned properly with occasional spots of mold.
- Moldy fridge (!).
- There was only one chair on the balcony, which together with the table there was covered with bird poop so it was completely useless.
- The safe didn't work.
- Very basic room facilities with only one mug (?), no bath mat towel and no coffee machine although it's mentioned in the description.
- No night stand light. You can only use the ceiling light which is especially unpleasant in the early morning.
- Ceiling fan that is not only extremely loud which makes it impossible to sleep with, but it also hangs quite low because of the low ceiling and looks dangerous for tall people like my partner.

Huge rooms nice bed can be noisy at night ear plugs a must of your a light sleeper. Excellent value for the money 💰💰👍
Noise but you're right in the city it's to be expected.

It's a Mexico City home away from home. Easily access transit options to take you to some of Mexico City's best attractions, or stay local and enjoy the street food and quiet nearby parks. Always a go-to when I visit and that's not going to change.
Nothing at all! This place is great.

The apartments are huge; great cleaning and front desk staff…very secure, quiet in terrific, convenient location close to public transportation, coffee, bakeries, restaurants, bars, a nightclub, shopping, etc. There is even a roof top deck with a great view, especially at sunrise ( if you happen to be up that early).

Great location,
Comfortable apartment,
Large space
cleaned daily
Water supplied daily
Lack of cutlery and crockery.
Only one useable mug (left 2nd one on bin as it was so chipped it was disgusting and cleaner put it back in cupboard). No pans, one casserole dish only.
balcony extremely dirty with city pollution, it stained my feet

The cleaning service, location, and room were fantastic.
The front desk manager

The staff were amazing…so helpful, kind and professional. The property was clean and nice.
4.5
Everything, really spacious and comfortable bed, nice balcony, friendly staff.
Only thing is, its on a mainstreet and quite noisy, because of the traffic.
4.0
Great location, nice bed, decent Internet connection speed and a nice rooftop.
There is a bar on the next block and sound isolation in the apartment is a joke. It gets really noisy on Friday and Saturday nights. Up to 2 a.m. or so.
4.0
location, size of the room is big, friendly staff
wifi was weak in the room I stayed at and noisy at night because room was facing the street, can’t control the water temperature
4.5
Huge room, nicely renovated, with a balcony a person can smoke on (it has a proper butt disposal). Bed was comfortable and housekeeping actually came in and cleaned (not guaranteed in these covid-influenced times). Friendly desk staff. Loved the location - very convenient. Some other reviewers complained of noise, but we only experienced 'busy street' noise, which doesn't bother us. One night there was a live band at a nearby venue, but we liked the music and didn't find the volume excessive. Note, however, that we were on the fifth floor; if we'd been lower maybe it would have been a problem. We'll never know, because we slept like babies.
Typical shoddy touches that are (I'm sorry) kind of common in our experience in Mexico: loose doorknob, traces here and there of poor construction (loose or cracked fixtures). In a few years this place may be a bit run down. Outlet by the bed didn't charge our devices -- not sure it had any power, or how to 'turn it on' if it was influenced by a switch. Meh, we just charged things in the kitchen (there's a kitchen!!!) instead. Really these were so, so minor they don't even reach the level of a complaint. To be honest we loved this room.

Great location with grocery store just across the road, lots of restaurants and street food. Free coffee.
Very friendly staff and clean rooms. They also have laundromats and gym available. I haven't used a car myself but they offer private parking if needed.
Wifi fails sometimes. Loud music from nearby bar (not an issue if you have interior apartment).
3.5
Roma location near cafes and restaurants, safe to walk around, decent wifi, roof terrace, kitchen to make coffee and breakfast, very spacious suite, gym (though most of the equipment is old/ not in brilliant working order).
Beds are too hard for my taste, my room was incredibly noisy as it over looked a busy road and there is no double glazing (ask for a room at the back), no washing up liquid or cloth out to clean dishes, no instructions on how to use TV so difficult to use unless you just want Netflix
2.0
Central location in a safe area and next to Condesa / Roma with good food and drink places.
Very loud street with very bad window isolation. The kitchen was poorly equipped, missing basic utensils such as cleaning supplies, good knives, or wine glasses.
4.5
This was our 2nd stay. We stayed in November 2021 and based on that experienced returned in November 2022. The location in Roma is great. It's easy to get from this location by walking to many points of interest. There are so many good food options nearby. The area is full of people and life, and there are many people out walking and eating throughout the evening. The apartments are clean and having a kitchen is always a bonus when traveling. The rooftop garden area is generally a quiet place to sit with tables if you would like to take your food to eat outdoors. The staff has always been friendly and helpful. The price both times was a great value for the apartment.
The supplies/utensils in the kitchen were a little sparse. We had to request an ironing board.
3.5
great location great space
extremely noisy
