The house is pretty amazing inside and very comfortable.
When we arrived the house was VERY warm...I wish they AC (all window units) had been turned on before our arrival. But once they were turned on they had no trouble cooling off all but the basement (where there is no AC that I could find).
I did wish several times that there was at least a TV in the master bedroom. There was one in the living room and one in the basement, but very nice and large...but requiring one to be in a family area to watch.
The view out the rear windows is amazing, especially at night.
I did not communicate much with the host, but when I did they were very responsive.

The house and location was great for our group. A short drive to all the tourist spots and lots of room for our big group.

We would book a stay in this home again. We were in town to sightsee. The location was perfect, minutes from downtown made it a good base for our trip. The layout was good. The house was roomy, clean and comfortable with the 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The two gathering areas, living room and basement, with TVs were good relaxing areas. The kitchen was roomy and well-appointed with coffee maker, microwave, etc. dishes, pots and pans. Dining room table and counter bar stools accommodated our group of seven (7) very well! The Grocery store and unique local (Ivar's Fish Bar, Dick's or Ezell's ) eating establishments are close by and very good. National chains, e.g. Domino's, Subway are also close. There is also a coffee bar, Irving's, about a block away. The street is busy at times but not distracting.

We were in town for a basketball tournament. This house was perfect! Lots of space and seating. We’ll be back if we’re in the area again!

Home was clean, spacious, and the check-in/check-out process was clear and simple. Would make this a regular place to stay in Seattle!

We had a great time - absolutely loved the neighborhood. We walked down to gasworks park and stopped by Mas cafe on the way home which was delicious. We also visited Fremont brewing and Irwin’s bakery, both were very close. The house was spacious, beds were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed their stay. Thank you for hosting us!

Everything was perfect at the house. We had 6 ladies and 6 bedrooms. Every room has a very nice queen sized bed. The house was clean and in a great location. We all loved the window ac units. The only reason for the 4 stars on the location is that 40th Street is a very busy street. With the window ac units on, you could not hear the traffic at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. The check in and out procedures were super easy too! Thank you!

Our stay at the Wallingford home was a wonderful experience. We stayed three days prior to our cruise and found the location to be a perfect fit for our large family of 10. We were walking distance to several restaurants as well as churches which was a plus. The distance from the home to downtown Pike Market and Needle was less than 15 mins. The home was equipped with everything we needed and the host was very gracious and responses were very fast. Thank you for allowing us to use your home for our short stay and we look forward to a longer trip next time.

We had a very large group and several vehicles. There was plenty of interior space for all our needs. And although we didn’t use the driveway there was lots of off street parking making it very convenient!

We stayed with my parents and extended family (6 adults and 3 teens) and it was a great size, we all had plenty of space, and the neighborhood is great, with a coffee shop and restaurants within walking distance. Great place to stay!

This property is close to the University of Washington and is located in a lovely neighborhood. Older home with modern updates. For those that enjoy walking, the area offers lots of opportunities. We enjoyed a neighborhood café that had great coffee drinks, pastries and cookies. People are friendly. Short driving distance to the downtown area and quick access to interstates. The only suggestion would be for the manager to list upfront that a house rule is no wearing of shoes in the house. This is difficult for older people not used to going sock or bare foot. Possibly advise to bring indoor only shoes / house shoes. Overall the house is beautiful and the manager was great to work with. Our family would book this property again in a heartbeat!

It was the perfect space for a group of people, everything was clean and location was convenient. Hosts very responsive as well with questions. Would stay again and recommend anyone looking for house that fits a group of people!

The house was clean and spacious. The location was great for us since it was close to family. Cute coffee place a block away. Would stay again.

My family enjoyed the well equipped kitchen, the nearby cafe, the comfortable beds. House rules seem a little harsh-- no shoes inside? My siblings - in their 70's -- must wear orthotics at all times. No food in the living room? Is that necessary? Other than that, everything was fine.

House was perfect for our family trip. Nice neighborhood with stores and parks within walking distance.

Property was delisted from Vrbo after we booked. This concerned us. Also 2 of six bedrooms are in basement and only accessible through door with no handle. Owner needs to fix this, I doubt it is in compliance with fire code. Also we have rented many Vrbo homes and always get a phone number. Owner for some reason did not want to communicate by phone.

Seattle Stay
We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and as described. The location was convenient. We walked many places for drinks and dinners. Short Uber rides to downtown Seattle to take in the Space Needle, the underground Old Seattle and Pikes Place Market. To name a few places we enjoyed that are walking distance, Ivers Salmon House, Bowrider, Murphys Irish Pub . Enjoyed our stay, thank you!

Great stay!
Big house with lots of rooms and bathrooms! Beds were comfy and kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook. One lightbulb was out in the upstairs bathroom (not a big deal at all, just saying so that the owners are aware 😃) but otherwise everything was great. Good location too. Overall happy with our stay, thanks!

LOVED this house!!!
The house is exactly as described…is very clean and comfortable, and the location is great!! We were 7 adults and had plenty of room to hang around when we weren’t out exploring Seattle. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and having 3 bathrooms was very convenient. It’s a threat value for what you get…and communication with the property manager was very efficient. I would highly recommend it!

Great Location
This was a perfect location for us. Good access to fun neighborhoods (Fremont, Wallingford, U district) and also not far from downtown sites. I-5 freeway on-ramps are also nearby. Parking was easy. 4 stars instead of 5 overall reflect low water pressure in basement and upstairs showers (main floor was ok). Also, basement bedrooms are subject to significant noise from conversations on the main floor. But overall, would recommend for location and basic function of the house.

It was peaceful, clean, and accommodated everyone well.
If you have a large group I would highly recommend this property. It was clean, modern, and less than 10 min drive from downtown Seattle.

Family Wedding
We stayed in the property to attend a wedding. Location allows for easy access to Wallingford, Green Lake, UDistrict, Eastlake however, the house is on a busy street with no off street parking. There was ample parking in front of the house.
The accommodations were very clean, though sparse in furnishings. The kitchen is sufficiently stocked for basic cooking. The dining room only has seating for 8, which might be in issue for larger groups. Overall, it was a good stay in a central location.

Great location and perfect home
This house was perfect for our family/friends mini reunion. The six bedrooms was perfect and gave everyone plenty of space. The home was very clean and the location was perfect for morning runs/walks down to the water. If we ever travel back to the Seattle area, we would rent his place again. Thank you!

Great experience once again
I highly recommend this property. We stayed here again for another surgery my dad had at the U of W. The Wallingford area is fantastic. The home is conveniently located next to Irwin’s which is a great bakery and coffee shop. QFC and a multitude of restaurants are very close as well. Parking is incredibly easy on the road and there is a bus stop about a block away. The home is set up with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on 3 floors. There are two TVs - one on the main floor and one in the downstairs area. There are also two washers and dryers (3rd floor and basement level). The property really is a gem. The property owner is fantastic to work with as well. He is very responsive to any messages you send and also very nice and considerate. We have friends visiting Seattle in the future and plan on recommending this property as it really is that great. Thanks again for another fantastic stay.

Absolutely pleasure- we even booked it again!
This property was fantastic. It had a perfect location for my father who was going to U of W for heart surgery. I would highly recommend this property. It’s close to QFC which is a grocery store, it has two washers and dryers, has two TVs, 3 bathrooms and 6 beds. Unfortunately, dad needs to have a second surgery so we will be back in a few weeks. We booked this property once again as it was a fantastic place to rent. The host is very responsive if you need anything. The location is very convenient and it is very accessible for my dad who has mobility issues. Ty again Jackson!

Perfect place for a big family
This was the perfect house for our family. We came from Hawaii for my son's graduation from the University of Washington. We had a total of 10 of us staying in the house. It was very spacious & it was a comfortable place to be. Our host Vivian always answered our emails quickly & communicated well with us. We really enjoyed ourselves.
