Exceptional

Everything, beautiful garden and great sized pool. Bedrooms were great size and property was central to the shops and restaurants. Kemal was the perfect host, adding special touches for our hen party and always on hand and providing support before and during the stay. 10/10 and will definitely return.

Absolutely brilliant

We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous villa. Kemal (the host) was extremely helpful and kept in touch with us throughout our stay, checking we had everything we needed. With the added bonus of having Netflix, which was brilliant.

Modern villa fits 3 families.

The villa was modern and clean, Kemal was responsive .

In the main building, there are two standard master bedrooms and one tiny bedroom. Additionally, there is one detached master bedroom in the backyard. Although we were a group of four couples, the villa would best fit three families. Unfortunately, there was construction going on in the neighborhood, which made beach access a bit difficult. However, Kemal was responsive and tried his best to meet our needs. If I ever return to Bodrum, we would prefer to stay in the Marina area .

Superb

The villa owner met us to give us keys, even though it was late at night. He was very friendly, helpful and on call if needed. The villa is clean and spacious with modern facilities (including good wifi and Netflix etc). Villa is very secure behind locked gates and relatively private. It is very close to shops and restaurants etc. We had a car but in truth could easily have coped without. The villa has three double bedrooms and also sofa beds downstairs. We slept 7 adults comfortably. There is also a self contained room at the rear of the property which has a bunk bed. As adults we did not want to use the bunk beds and found the room to be a bit uninviting and antisocial for a group. You would not want to put young children in this room as it is not directly accessible from within the house.

The separate bedroom was not ideal. The pool was a bit bracing but it is the end of September so this is not a complaint as such.

amazing location. great communication from host. perfect for multiple families to stay in.

the outbuilding was set up with bunk beds for kids to sleep in. would have been better to have this with a bed for adults as we wouldn’t have put the young kids in the separate building to sleep. so we ended up using the sofa bed in the main building instead. didn’t upset our stay at all but grandparents might have preferred to be separate but sleeping arrangements just didn’t suit.

Perfectly villa with exceptional facilities, close to Bodrum Marina

We have just returned from a 7 night stay at this Villa, everything about the Villa was great. The bedrooms were spacious and the living / dining area was a great size too. The outside space was perfect for our family - sadly the weather wasn't warm enough to use the pool. The villa is perfectly situated, as only a 20 minute stroll to Bodrum Marina - we would definitely stay here again if we returned to Bodrum. The host met us at the Villa on arrival and handed over the keys and was always on hand if we had a query.

Best location, best host, we will be back!!

This villa is fresh and modern and located absolutely perfectly! The beach is a few minutes walk away, there are two supermarkets a 30 second walk away and the bars, restaurants and shops are just a minute around the corner. The villa could not be better positioned for everything. The host Kemal communicates so well before and during the trip, he cannot do enough for you and makes you feel so welcome. The villa is spacious and well equipped as well as secure. If you are looking for a villa in Gümbet do not hesitate to book this place, we were a family of 9 and it was just the right size for us. We are already looking to book again.
