About this villa rental
The house is spacious and equipped with every service, it has a large room with fireplace where you can stay to read a book, listen to music, play chess, cards or converse in a welcoming environment furnished with antiques. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and dishes for twelve people and the dining room comfortably accommodates all diners. In the sitting room on the first floor you can take advantage of the piano. The bedrooms are large and comfortable.
The villa, unique in the city center, has a wooded park that isolates it from the city context, an oasis of relaxation enlivened by the melodious chirping of birds where you can rest, have a nice picnic and grill. It has two entrance gates, from the one downstream the center is less than 50 m and can be easily reached on foot. Adjacent to the second entrance there is a comfortable ski room. The whole house and garden are available with the exception of the basement floor reserved for services.
The villa has parking spaces both inside and outside the park, there are 5 bicycles available for guests, the bus terminal is within walking distance and there are 4 daily connections to Naples and Pescara, whose airports are less than 100 km, and one for Rome, besides, of course, those for the surrounding area.
Natural hinge between the Abruzzo National Park and the Majella National Park, Castel di Sangro is part of the AltoSangro ski pass area and is equipped with numerous sports facilities (FIT center, stadium, sports hall, cycle path, riding stables, basketball courts, football, etc.), cultural (theater, museums, art gallery, library) and recreational (cinema, water park, zoo park, adventure park etc.). In the immediate vicinity you can play golf (Fornelli, Filignano), there are sites of archaeological interest (Paleolithic in Isernia and Scontrone, Samnite theater in Pietrabbondante, Benedictine abbey in Castel San Vincenzo) city of art (Pescocostanzo and Sulmona) and, less than an hour, the Adriatic Sea with the beautiful coast of the trabocchi and its Blue Flag beaches.
For stays of 7 nights and more, a discount of 15% is automatically applied for 28 nights and more than 40%.
