Location and apartment okay; communication of the host not okay.

I liked the location. The apartment itself was nice.

Day 01: I didn't like, that we found 3 heaters in our apartment when we came back home. So people got into our apartment while we were not there! The host didn't inform us! Day 02: when we suddenly came back into our apartment, 2 men were in our apartment (to give new toilet seats??). We haven't complained about anything, there was nothing wrong with the toilets and apartment, so no use to visit our apartment. Again, we were not informed! I would say, wait till we have checked out the next day and then take your actions. Not while we are still there! The trust in the host was completely gone, that was a pity.

Toiles d’arraignée au plafond. Fixation cassees des rideaux qui ne permet pas leur fermeture. Canapé complètement tâché, inutilisable et avec mauvaise odeur , ce qui nous a amené à ne pas séjourner dans la principale pièce de l appartement.

La amplitud de la casa para el número de personas que eramos. Y la ubicación también era aceptable.

Muchos puntos: El alojamiento no estaba limpio. El aspecto físico dejaba mucho que desear por todos los desperfectos que tenía. Había tirados rotos, boquetes en las paredes… Hizo muchísima calor y los aires acondicionados no funcionaban correctamente. Además, solo había uno en una habitación y otro en el salón. Dos de las habitaciones no había.

Best apartment in Budapest, best price and responsive landlord. Really happy :)

The apartment was really clean and big and was enough to fit 10 people. And the price was really good for the type of the apartment.

It is a very central position and it is easy to reach all the most popular places of Budapest

1) the equipment of the kitchen is very poor; we were 7 people and only 6 forks were available in the kitchen; we asked the owner to bring more cutlery but no one did anything 2) The sofa was very dirty and ruined 3) the air conditioner started leaking water 4) the building is quite dirty 5) the two blinds in the living room are broken In few words... the apartment would be much more comfortable if only simple precautions were taken to improve the quality of the stay for those who have to spend even just a few days there

A group of six friends, those in bedroom 1 and 2 were happy with their rooms, those in bedroom 3 were not happy.

Flat was very clean , the floors shone . Great location near to transport, bars and restaurants.

The third bedroom doesn’t have any outside windows . The details said there was air conditioning, there were only fans, there was no dishwasher, toaster or coffee maker . There were not enough cups for our party or forks. But they quickly arrived once we asked for them. The sofa is extremely dirty and needs to be cleaned.

A great place to stay centrally

+ The location was perfect! Near metro stations and bus stops. Very central. The location was nice and felt safe. + The kitchen was well equipped for our needs. + The accommodation was clean and very spacious. + It had two bathrooms- one with a shower and one with a bath/shower. + Large windows.

- The mattresses were very thin. - The sofa would be nicer if it had a cover on it- some scuffs/marks.

The host communicates very prompt and fast. It is easy to find the apartment according to information given from host. The apartment is very spacious and has all necessary facilities.

Great place for big families

The apartment is in very nice location, lot of bars, restaurants and coffee places around. Spar on the same street or lidl at the corner, next to the metro station. Direct tram from the main train station, 20mins walking to the city center (30mins with kids 😀). The apartment is nicely renovated and quite clean. 7 people can easily sleep in 3 bedrooms and I guess 2 additional ones in the living room. 2 bathrooms are great advantage as well for such a big apartment.

We had a small miscommunication in regards of the check in time, but at the end no issue as anyway we end up in the restaurant across the street 😀

We had a fantastic time in Budapest , made better staying in this property. Would definitely stay here again.

Very spacious accommodation. Three lovely bedrooms and two bathrooms.Amazing lounge area too! Great location would totally recommend. Micheal the owner was very kind and helpful.

everything is soooo beautiful and is so clean, the staff is so helpful:) Michael came to see what’s going on with the in a short time, the place is situated close to the center, nothing to complain :) i highly recommend this place:)

I can’t find a thing about the property, we loved staying here but about the neighbours:)) kinda loud but until 11pm maximum :) we loved staying here

A clean apartment in the center of Budapest - A good choice for a single night stop

The location was probably the best part: it's right in the center of Budapest, close to the best rated restaurants on TripAdvisor, the Danube, and other beautiful tourist attractions. A private parking is just 2 minutes away, which is very important, since parking spots are a bummer to find in that city. The owner was really nice, the information provided was useful and the apartment was clean. A reasonable price and the perfect conditions for a quick stop.

Sadly the building itself wasn't the best. It has this old, run down feeling to it and all of the trash cans are right at the entrance, so you can imagine the smell. You can clearly tell that it's an old building, but we were pleasantly surprised when we entered the apartment, which was worlds apart from the rest of the building.

The appartment is very large en nice.

Instead of someone available 24 hours a day, it is someone on the phone. To get the key and codes it was the case. As soon as we arrived hot water did not work, I resolved the problem myself but the second day more hot water. I had informed the host the first evening he offered to come the last evening at 9.30pm with no guarantee of repair. No thanks. The wifi did not work and despite having informed the host on the first evening nothing was done. Finally, he recommends a public car park but it wasn’t at the height he had confirmed, we had to dismantle our roof box to get in. And the price was not 12 euros for 24 hours but 22 euros. I almost forgot: the street is very noisy and the heat in the apartment is unbearable. When I told the host about all that he said it’s ok because the price we paid was cheap ! It’s like having allready a discount...
