Very spacious aapartment

Very spacious and modern apartment with a gated underground car park and convenient supermarket on the ground floor.

Bit odd where the keys are left.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

Super Größe und Ausstattung 5 Minuten vom Bus Richtung Innenstadt und Akropolis entfernt. Tram ist ebenfalls da. Da am Automaten müssen sich die Tickets gekauft werden.

Hauptstraße ist Abends und Nachts etwas zu laut.

Ogólnie pobyt super.

Lokalizacja apartamentu super . Blisko do środków komunikacji: tramwaj autobus. Pieszo, niedaleko do fajnych knajpek. Kilka przystanków do plaży Kalamaki. Ogólnie fajny pobyt.

Prozaiczne, brak wieszaków w łazienkach i krzeseł lub taboretu w sypialniach.

It was tricky to collect the keys on arrival - felt a bit like a treasure hunt!

Very good

The accomodation was very good. All super clean, spacious and functional. A touch of style and design throughout.

What was less impressive was the key collection process. We arrived late at night, with four kids, and spent more than 25mins looking for the keys. The instructions did not match the reality. Super stressful, under the given circumstances. We found them in the end. The box is way too far from the entrance of the building. 'our opinion of course'. Otherwise, a solid and comfortable experience.

nice place with a few quirks

spacious apartment with everything you would need. lots of public transportation options close by, easy access to all the sights.

it is impossible to take a shower without getting the floor of the bathroom wet - and flushing the toilet always causes some amount of liquid to spill out because it is too powerful 😳

All in all, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay!

Nice location and very spacious. The beds were comfortable and the crib for the baby was as promised in the apartment. The two bathrooms are nice to have. A supermarket is directly by the entrance of the building. Wi-Fi was stable and quite fast. A washing machine and a dishwasher are in the apartment.

Small details, like just one kitchen roll, no kitchen towels, cleanliness was not exactly good. A couple of cups were dirty with coffee, there was a lot of dust on the table in the living room and in the small bathroom there is always some water in the sink, that doesn’t go down the drain. also the big window in the living room is defective and doesn’t really stay closed, as even if it is locked, you can move both parts together to the left or right and it is as if it is always open. These are not exactly life changing things and the apartment is still very nice, just not perfect. :)

The location suited us and the apartment was well air conditioned.

As soon as we checked in we discovered there were no towels, the portable cot was broken and one of the door handles had fallen off. So one of the bedroom door could not be opened to enter it. We contacted the host and 4 hours later at 7pm the host said the towels were being delivered in 30 mins. The towels were delivered at 10pm and with small children we were already in bed having used kitchen paper towels we bought to dry off. The door handle and cot ended up being fixed around 6pm. The place was not the cleanest either and hosts st times difficult to contact where the phones would just ring out. The dishwashing cloth and sponge provided was also used. It was also loud during the night with loud music outside and lots of dogs barking. We would not stay here again.

Great Appartement to explore Athens

A very big and modern Appartement. Also very comfortable that there is a supermarket in the same building. As we are often in Athens we can compare to other places and can tell you that this one is over the average level for Athens.

Put a better vacuum cleaner. ;-)

don’t stay here if you want a clean comfortable stay

nothing.

the property was extremely dirty, mould in bathrooms, no bed linen- the sheets didn’t fit the mattress resulting in us sleeping on bare mattresses. couch was filthy. kitchen dirty. ruined our Athens trip. key wasn’t in key safe on arrival. floor was very dirty we had to wear shoes inside and also had to wear flip flops in the shower to avoid the mould and hair.

located close to the beech

it was not clean. there was a blood spot on the pillow..it was clear that the sheets were not washed. the used soap in the bathroom didn’t removed. the password to open the key box was wrong and we were about midnight there..it was not nice to stay out on that time.we finally try different password to open it

Pretty cool experience, would recommend!

Terrace was big and great! Love it! interior also was really modern and lovely. Bathrooms was clean and nice! A lot of open spaces!

It took some time for me to figure out how to get keys and afterwards how to get from garage to apartment.

Good location , good appartment

- The location is excellent ! - The beds/mattress are comfortable - The lift and the parking were nice to have and served us well - The staff was courteous and easy to reach and get answer from (what’s up) - overall comfortable spacious apparemment .

- some issues with the bathroom ( took few days to get them fixed) , - access to the underground parking is not through the building itself ( there is an access door but no key provided) , we had to go from outside . - the beds have no headboard ( wall are cold by winter time) . - no curtain on the kitchen side ( window and balcony door) - only 4 coffe mugs in the kitchen and 4 chairs at the dinning table (the apartment is ment to accommodate up to 6 people)

Excellent large apartment close to parks and beaches

This is a large and clean apartment with many amenities and underground parking. The apartment is on a quiet street, but it is easy to drive to. There are easy tram and bus connections to the center of Athens, and beaches in walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay!
