Clean and spartan, the hotel is well located with great AC and a comfortable bed
I am a senior with a walking disability and there is no elevator...they put me on the top floor in the most remote unit. It was painful getting up the stairs. The unit was next to a pretty noisy business, but the noise always abated by about 10 pm so you could sleep.

It was very clean, the mattress was comfortable and the AC stays on even when you leave with us really nice!
There is the exact bare minimum of what you need. For example I asked for an extra pillow and was told that there are 2 pillows per room, end of discussion.

It was close to the Malecon.
Great air conditioner in the room.
Noisy early morning and late at night. Front door Not open after 12 had to be knocking on the door so they could open the door to get in .

The coffee shop/breakfast room was not open. We did not know this until we arrived. Lots of places close by, but it would have been nice.
You needed to put in a new internet code daily. Was ok, once we figured this out.

Good location. Spacious room. Good bedding and pillows. Good AC. Nice staff and helpful.
Very tricky shower with great variations in pressure and temperature (ELECTRIC shower). Very small bathroom with poor lighting. No international channels on TV. Wi-Fi was good but....you have to reconnect every time you get in and out and a new pw every single day...a real pain in your... Can't put a chair on the patio, the opening sliding door is to narrow for that, weird!!! No double glasses to help to mitigate the streets noise....it could be very noisy particularly the weekends.

I absolutely loved the location. One block from the boardwalk "El Malecón" and "Olas Altas" beach where you can either take a dip (life guard on duty) or just relax under your umbrella; plenty of choices for bar-restaurants (some offer live music) and coffee shops. Several banks (ATM's), pharmacies and crafts shops in the area as well as a fresh food market near by. For those who enjoy hikes there are 3 hills around here from you can enjoy scenic views of Mazatlán (Nevera Hill, Vigía Hill and Creston Hill, this last known for its Lighthouse). On the other hand if you are in town for business this is also a great location due to its proximity to government offices, notaries and migration. Rooms are clean and spacious with comfy mattress. Two small bottles of water are provided in the room upon arrival. Staff are VERY kind and helpful.
WiFi signal is available per mobile device but connection lasts only 24 hrs. You have to signed in every day with a different password provided by front desk.
Wish the room is equipped with a mini fridge to cool off our water and perishables.
