Breakfast included. A reasonable price.
A lot of truck drivers.

Beautiful location, overlooking at the sea. Amazing sea sides/beaches within 2-10 min drives as well as river where there are natural hot springs within 15 min drive
Walking to beach is a bit challenging in the hot summer (i.e. July). It is 3 min drive by car (with plenty of parking space and shower). We still think it could have been perfect if we could walk to the beach.

Fine location of the spacious apartment in a big yard with a nice pool. Nice beach nearby. Delicious food in the restaurant. You can book a dinner with complete experience which includes several courses of fine local grown ingredients, including wine. Highly recommended. Kind and helpful staff.
Limited and sparse breakfast choices, but still tasty though.
You need to buy your own toiletries, they are included only for the first day.

very friendly staff and supportive. You can have a dinner in the hotel 28 Euro/person for adults and reduced price for kids. Also they proposed to have a dinner for 40 Euro with local specialities and a bottle of wine, which was great.
You can do wine testing in their winery.
We stayed in April, weather was very sunny but windy.
selection on the breakfast was limited if you stay more than 3 days. They could at least rotate boiled eggs with fried or musly with cornflakes.
it takes approximately 15-20 min walk to get to the beach. During the summer can be a challenge due to the temperature.

The lodging is pretty nice overall with a nice outdoor, pool etc. Also staff is very friendly and courteous
The breakfast - ...many missing things such as chocolate, capuccinos, choice of cereals, cold milk we had to ask for, only one type of juice, no croissants, very little variety of fruit

We had a great stay here. The food at dinner and breakfast was delicious, there was a nice pool to chill out for a few hours, staff were friendly, and it was an easy drive to Castelsardo and local beaches.
Happy with everything.

Very nice and helpful host. Delicious dinner made from local products, tasty rosé wine :)
There was a lot of families with small kids so sometimes they were ruining the chill atmosphere.

Small agriturismo with only 7 apartments. Calm, quit and clean. Perfect place to relax. Nice homemade Sardinian breakfast and dinner from the agriturismo. wonderful wine. Friendly and helpfull staff. 15 minutes walk through the field to a nice and calm beach. The beach is connected with several beaches and makes it possible for a long walk on the beach. There are several beach bars/restaurants on the beaches. The beach is a bit windy but was perfect and fun for our children age 10 and 12. We were snorkling and saw a lot of fish. There is also a coast path in the direction of Castelsardo, and on the way you will find a small cozy beach 5-6 km from the hotel( nice snorkling area). We did not have a rental car, but managed find by walking and borrow the bikes at the hotel. In nearby la Ciassia you will find a supermarket and a few restaurants.

We loved the quiet peaceful location and proximity to lovely beaches. It’s the perfect set up for families with young children - we had a 2 bedroom apartment with kitchen facilities but we also had half board so access to a delicious breakfast and home cooked Sardinian dinner each day and they really were delicious - plus our 2 year old ate it all! We also did wine tasting one evening which was fun - again delicious wines and food. The property has a fenced pool and some play equipment - our son loved running around and in the lanes of the nextdoor artichoke farm. The staff really made it too - Emmanuel and his team were so welcoming, helpful and accommodating - especially to our little boy. We loved it and will be back!
nothing - we loved it all

We have had the pleasure of staying here before so knew what to expect ….. But they now have a new Manager Emanuel, he is on hand making sure all is well ,the two new girls in the dining room are polite and very helpful …. the lady serving breakfast who has been there a while always with a smile 😁
The rooms are as you would expect spotless … very nice toiletries … Wine on the table in a cooler bag and a welcome note …..Oh and on my Birthday 🎂thanks to Emanuel cake and singing …. he had made a note from my passport .
What more could I ask for😘
Maybe lighting along the path ….. I am disabled and it was rather dark walking back after dinner.
And the dinning room is a bit too dark.

The host received us very warmly after a wet bike ride, the food was like a warm hug, very tasty, the service was in general friendly and pleasant.
The apartment was quite large, well equipped, close to the beach.

beautiful setting, close to great places to visit

Cleanliness
Wine tasting dinner at eur 33.
swimmingpool, but too cold to use it.
Breakfast, on order at the counter, a bit basic for an Sardinian agriturismo.
No atmosphere. place has no heart and soul.
Owners not present, no real agriturismo, more an appartment rental style.
No welcome, as no one present except Chef of restaurant.
Restaurant the second evening (Thursday !) closed

We stayed at Tenuta Costadoria 2 weeks in September with our 6-month-old daughter. We were looking for a quiet place not far from the beach with a good restaurant. We were not disappointed: the Tenuta is beautiful and peaceful, the beach is at walking distance (15 min) and the food is amazing. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, bending over backwards to accommodate our requests. Breakfast is delicious, especially the various homemade jams. The restaurant quenched our desires for typical Sardinian food. The beach is nice, although not to our daughter's taste because too windy. Apparently the whole area is windy thanks to the Mistral wind. We found solace in Baia Ostina, a quiet cove near Castelsardo only 15 min by car.
We warmly recommend this place to all the families out there especially with small kids: a lovely pool and plenty of grass to run, play and crawl.

the local fresh food was great, the location had a lovely view, nice swimming pool and it was very tranquil. The staff was friendly and the manager gave us some good tips on where to visit.
shower in the bathroom was a bit small and the doors weren't opening/closing easily. breakfast could use more diversity.

Great location with swimming pool and nice surroundings with big playing field for kids. We had a fantastic wine tasting which was a lovely experience. Piera is a very passionate host.

Location is wonderful - 10 minutes on foot to the nearest beach, 10/15 minutes by car to Castelsardo, etc.
Staff was always very helpful.
Restaurant is very good (but meat-based).
Vegetables during the breakfast would be a nice addition.
Cleaning is not included.

Tentute Costadoria exceeded our expectations in several ways. The team was welcoming and helpful and shared many interesting insights about the place, the region and the entire island. The breakfast (and food in general) is home made or at least local and exceptionally good. The place is family friendly and our little daughter had the best time playing with other kids in the big garden and little playground (the location is designed in a way that allows parents to let the kids run around without being scared of any potential dangers). The little bungalows/apartments are simple but very clean and equipped with everything we needed (and the staff was always happy to help when we had little special requests). We're already planning our next trip to Tenute Costadoria next year--and this time together with family and friends!
