worst ever since I use Booking.com, by far ! ! ! !

Nothing - it was clean but very small, very noisy, the managers did not help - it was so bad we did not stay the second night - we went elsewhere ! !

Very small, uncomfortable, very noisy till after midnight then noisy from 6 am. The double bed is for kids not adults. It was so bad, we left (without refund!!!)

Perfect hotel for sightseeing

The hotel had a perfect location for sightseeing Galway. The rooms had a very nice size and were very clean. A good hotel for seeing Galway and the nearnby sights.

A downside, there was no elevator so if you have heavy luggage be prepared to haul it up the stairs. There is no parking onsite, but it is possible to park nearby for a fee.

Lecker!!!!!!!

Alles war super! Die Zimmer sind völlig ausreichend und die Lage ist perfekt! Perfekt ist auch das Essen in der Pasta Factory! Ich habe schon überall auf der Welt Pasta verkostet, jedoch war die Pasta in diesem Restaurant die BESTE! Wirklich!

Ich verstehe die Frage nicht :)

Perfect gateway; would highly recommend this hidden gem

Clean, perfect location . Lovely extra touches. Feels like a treat.

A deposit of €100 is required via PayPal or transfer; I found this time consuming/inconvenient (setting up the transfer, information is on a pdf, so unable to copy and paste the information accross. Partly the reason I use Booking.com is for convenience as it’s usually straight forward)

Perfect

The property was very cute, it was extremely clean and so many items were given to us like Prosecco, glasses, coffee capsules, coffee maker, shampoos etc. the staff were lovely and friendly and easy to contact on booking.com. The deposit was given back to us the next day no hassle. The place was warm, quiet and comfortable. Room looked exactly like it did in the photos.

So so upset by how dishonest these hosts are - they requested an additional €100 damage deposit on top of the €170 we pa

Dishonest hosts - be wary of them they keep your damage deposit so it ends up a very expensive stay

Very good

Really nice rooms. Very clean and tidy. Loved the little details: teas, prosecco. Very soft towels in the bathroom. Good storage and well placed.

No offence to the model, but I didn't like the "pasta eating lady" photos everywhere, but that's okay.

Disappointing and over priced.

NOTHING!

Small. Hot. Noisy. Ridiculous stairs to room. Off site car park. Poked away in a dingy side street beside a dodgy nightclub!

A great location with a comfortable bed.

The location is very well situated in Galway for walking. The room itself is tiny but perfectly fine if you’re planning on being out a lot and just need a bed overnight. There was a nice coffee maker and the bathroom/shower were great.

It gets pretty loud inside when people are out partying but it wasn’t unbearable and they left ear plugs for us.

Wonderful stay in the centre of Galway at Past Factory

Pasta Factory was located right in the centre of the very vibrant Galway. The room was spacious and well maintained. It was a little noisy in the evening - there is a lot of life in Galway and Pasta Factory is in the middle of it - but it settled down as the bars closed. We had no difficulty falling and staying asleep. We had a great dinner at the Pasta Factory restaurant located immediately below the guest rooms. The proprietors of Pasta Factory - Tom and Magda - worked hard to make sure our stay was as good as it be. Tom went so far as to run to a neighbouring parking lot and hold a parking space for us until we could circle the block to get there. We would stay at Pasta Factory again.

I have no complaints.

Great location and cool little room.

The location is very ideal. Parking isn’t the greatest since the car park is a few blocks away, but not bad. We wish we could have tried the food at the Pasta Factory, but they weren’t open on Sundays. Cute room.

Enjoyed our stay in this cozy, well-decorated and well-kept room in the city center

The property was in a good location (close to restaurants and shops). The room looked exactly how it did in the photos. It was also very clean and tidy. Magda responds quickly to messages too.

Lovely room. Great location

Very central location near Eyre Square. The room was very clean and comfortable with lovely decor. There was a kettle and a pod coffee maker and the hosts had very kindly left a little bottle of prosecco. There was also a hairdryer in the room and it was very well-stocked with toiletries. The hosts had thought of everything. I didn't get to meet the hosts after collecting my key due to my schedule but Magda kept in touch through the app.

As the rooms are all up one or two flights of stairs, they wouldn't be ideal for anyone with motility problems.

Host went above and beyond, clean, reliable, would absolute stay again and recommend.

The room was clean, easily found , to a very high standard with hygiene and amazing facilities, partially the coffee machine in the room, and the kettle, and even the added note of the welcome sign for myself and my partner, lovely touch <3

Honestly, very little that I didn't like within the owners control, the main hall was a little cold in the morning and evening but it was a big deal and was only used to enter and exit the property.

Good central location but not much else going for it!

Very over-priced for the standard of accommodation. Small very basic room and noisy. Always a bad sign when earplugs are supplied in your room!

The location is in the heart of Galway and the hosts provide lovely amenities like coffee machine, a nice selection of teas and coffee, cookies and a little bottle of prosecco. It's a very nice touch, I would definitely come back next time I will visit Galway!

Perfect place for visiting Galway city

We always book to stay here when we go to Galway. It's right in the town center and a 2 minute walk to Eyre Square, where the christmas market is held. The rooms are always clean, warm and cosy. The check-in is super easy: either pick up the keys from the restaurant downstairs, or if they're closed they will be in the key box outside the door and you will be sent a code to open it. Owners are always responsive and helpful when you need anything.

It's on a street with pubs, so there will be quite a bit of noise during the night, especially if you want the window open. Not a big deal for us, but keep that in mind
