About this house rental

Home is brand new and in the perfect location, snug between Second St. & Main St. You are a 5 minute car ride to Beale St., FedEx Forum, AutoZone Park, and the Orpheum Theater. Or catch a carriage ride as they pass by for a leisurely ride downtown. The home is also walking distance to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Memphis' Renasant Convention Center, the Bass Pro Pyramid, and the Main St. trolley stop.

1,200 sqft. single story home is recently remodeled. Everything is fresh and new. Nice furniture, large 4K TVs in all rooms, and high speed internet.

Living room has a vaulted ceiling, includes a sectional sofa with chaise lounge, and a 70” wall-mounted 4K TV. Kitchen includes quartz countertops, matching custom backsplash, and stainless steel appliances. Dining room has a vaulted ceiling, custom chandelier, and nice large high-top table ideal for socializing or working.

First bedroom has one queen bed with a soothing Casper mattress. Second bedroom has two full size beds also with soothing Casper mattresses. Both bedrooms also have plenty of closet space if needed.

The outdoor seating is a great addition to the home! The covered front porch has a conversation set including two chairs with ottomans and a table. The back patio is fenced-in and includes a table and six chairs.

Two reserved off-street parking spaces are available behind the house.

Most comfortable beds! We loved our visit to Memphis. The neighborhood was quiet and we were able to relax in the evenings. Everything was clean. Hotel vibes with more space and privacy.

The house was very clean and nicely located to most of the touristy stuff we did. It was just me (f37) and my dad (75m), and was a good fit for us. Everything in the house was well kept, clean, and the beds were super nice! Only thing to mention was that there was quite of bit of loud music/road noise at night since it’s a populated neighborhood- but it seemed to drop off after about midnight and nothing the owner can control. My only suggestion would be to add one of those number pad locks to the backdoor so you don’t have to walk around the whole house to get to your car parked out back each time. My dad is unsteady on his feet and older.

The house is amazing. There is a gated area outside it's concreted so you will have to take your pups for walks. A nice addition to the outside area would be a small fire pit or a table with a fire ring. Overall a wonderful stay and the horse drawn carriage will pick you up at the front door. Loved Memphis

Super close to all activities near downtown. As another reviewer mentioned the home is located in a transitioning neighborhood. We felt safe and had our kids with us. The property owner was very kind and easy to communicate with.

My family and I had a lovely stay. The home was clean, calming, & adorable. It was the perfect place to put our feet up at the end of a long day of fun in Memphis. We also appreciated the security system in place that alerted you when a door was opened, because our 2-year-old managed to unlock the deadbolt & go outside. Thank you for a fantastic experience.

Lovely little house not far from downtown. The neighborhood is transitional, but the house itself is incredibly comfortable, perfect for our family. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would most definitely return!

Dane was an awesome host, had to make a date change and he was very understanding. Place is immaculate, clean, and so comfortable. Minutes from downtown and fedex forum. My dad says he’ll never stay in a hotel again…ha. Thanks Dane!

We had such an amazing stay while helping our kids pack and move to another state. The neighborhood was quiet and centrally located. It was upgraded and had everything we needed. Loved the house. Close enough to all of Memphis attractions but located in a quiet neighborhood. The home was very comfortable and clean. The house was well stocked with things to make your stay comfortable. Neighborhood is residential and quiet with off street parking. The only negative was the master bedroom blanket has a down comforter in a duvet cover. Although beautiful and comfortable, I'm highly allergic to down so it triggered an asthma attack. Had to remove it from the bed while there. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Memphis.
