Satisfactory

Staff were exceptional _ friendly and helpful Michael at the door was particularly helpful.

Our room felt a tad on the run down side ie Panit missing and abit grubby Stain down besides the bed on left hand side like something had been spilled and not cleaned properly

Terrible room no view no aircon needed a fan was so claustrophobic $35 for ceaser salad $49 for valet parking disgusting

5 star more like 2 star terrible would never stay here ever again.. aircon didn’t work needed a fan to be bought up to the room for air flow, wine glasses sorry from previous occupants, was overall impress by rude restaurant staff, concierge was great, and seem to be holing the whole place together, needs a pay rise.

停车不方便、如果是一个人睡一张床就没问题，如果是两个人睡一张床，当一个人在翻身，另一个人就能听到床的声音，所以我和女儿睡在一张床上几乎一整夜都没睡好，在Booking预定的时候明明包含早餐，可入住的时候告诉我没有包含早餐，不得不扣掉我的押金。

Over all we had a great stay and staff couldn't be more helpful

Location was perfect could walk to shopping mall supermarket and all the main Rotorua Eating establishments and lakefront.

They only have Valet Parking for your car and it is $49 per day not included in your room price. Your only other option was to park on streets surrounding and pay $2/hr during day 9am to 5pm Mon to Friday and 8.30am to 12 pm saturday rest free. Could only pay 3hrs at a time and the parking police were out at 9.05am one morning booking everyone that hadnt paid by then. My friend also staying at the Pullman copped a $50 fine one day not paying by 9am for parking.

Room was massive - great view - comfortable bed and well appointed bathroom.

Breakfast service was poor … cold food … crumbs on floor of previous guests. Lots of staff who need managing better.

Modern hotel in the heart of Rotorua

Modern and clean hotel in the heart of the city. Short walk to bars and restaurants. We paid extra for larger room it was very spacious.

There is only one place to eat at the hotel and we stayed around Christmas so not everything was open (cant be helped though)

Shower had mould! Staff omitted to remember restock on toiletries, coffee and one day only cleaned room after we enquired after 15h00. We stayed at 2 other hotels, Quest and Regent which faired definitely better.

Our room had only one chair in the room with the table so if you ordered room service , the other person would have to sit on the bed or couch to eat their food .seemed unusual

Lovely rooms, good location and decent gym

Huge room nice big shower and decent gym. Didn’t try the breakfast but location wa great for restaurants in the evening and on street parking was easy to find nearby.

Staff seem a big green but were very friendly.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est idéal pour se promener à pied (Government Garden, Ohinemutu le village maori, les bords du lac, Kuirau Park, et de nombreux Spa). Il n'y a pas de parking gratuit mais des possibilités de se garer dans la rue à moindre coût (gratuit le WE). Nous avons apprécié le bar, le restaurant pour dîner et pour le petit-déjeuner le choix et la qualité du buffet. Le personnel de l'hôtel est chaleureux et accueillant. Fontaine à eau à disposition dans le lobby. La chambre (7ème ét.), bien que "vue ville" nous permettait de voir aussi le lac. Elle était propre, calme, confortable, avec plateau bouilloire/cafetière. La salle de bain était spacieuse, les produits de toilette de qualité.

Great location, Awful experience.

The location is great and that’s about it.

They took 200 dollars as bond but didn’t return it to me and I tried contacting them but they just tell me it will take up to 10 days even though it has been 20 days since i checked out of the hotel on 28 of December, they’re not cooperative and shady.

Nice modern central accomodation with professional friendly staff.

Central location, easy walk to Eat Street and the lake. Our room had a nice city and lake view, with good amenities. The staff were friendly and accommodating.

Breakfast is not included in the price.

ロケーション最高です。ロトルア湖ビューのお部屋は街で温泉の湯気の上がっているも見られました。クラフトビールやさんやスーパー、ポリネシアンスパ、足湯のある公園など、どこに行くにも便利。部屋も広く快適でした。

日本人的にはバスタブがあると嬉しい。ミニバーに栓抜きなし。フロントにお願いすると持ってきていただきましたが、この国は手で開けるんだと言われました。もちろん依頼する前に手で開けようと努力したのですが、うまくいかず。他のホテルには置いてあったので、誰もがどんな瓶でも手で開けているのかどうかよくわかりません。

Upgraded to a room with lake view, yeah right, a glimpse over rusty roofs and buildings.. Literally walk out of the shower or toilet and you're in the kitchen.

Loved the view and location is great.

Parking was expensive and there wasn’t a staff member who could drive a manual when we departed. We were nervous about parking security. The only disappointment was the roughness of the bath robes.

Parking is very convenient, there is a 5-minute drop-off zone at the entrance for unloading luggage, and hotel parking is also very convenient. There is a large park nearby, and it is very close to the Maori cultural experience center. A very good staying experience.
