Was a great place to stay!

Staffing was great! Cleanliness was awesome! Location was perfect!

The shuttle was horrible filled up always after waiting for 2 to 3 to come only to tell you have to wait on next one this one is full!

Our stay was very good.

We stay there for the San Destin wine festival which is perfect. The food, servers, bartenders were excellent.

Valet service was not consistent, they did not pay close attention to my vehicle, when we were checking out there was a group of people taking pictures and using my vehicle as a prop. I did not like that!

Looking forward to our vacation here in 2025!

We had a fantastic dinner! The staff even provided special pasta for my son that has specific allergies. The manager even offered to hold my daughter when we were about to eat so I could enjoy my meal. We will definitely be back next year.

It felt like a luxury stay with a very affordable price.

Great Family Stay

This is a beautiful property with great service. We stayed in a suite, and it was perfect for our family of 4. There is a lot to do with the marina next door, even when it was cold!

The gym is a little small, but other than that, it was perfect.

All clean, good service, nice pool area / bar, comfortable room!

Just the external shuttle can be improved. But this is not a Hotel fault, it’s a condominium fault. Drives not friendly and the round trip takes to long.

Contemporary decor, friendly staff

It’s one hotel in a big resort that caters to all levels, groups, corporations … while we were staying there they some Gala fundraiser that took away all the staff and left us the bar an restaurant with hardly any service. Roof top bar has a wide selection but bad drinks , beach area is over crowded They nickel and dime you for everything starting with the on-site parking …

Nice rooftop pool, private beach was overcrowded, very poor customer service.

Heated rooftop pool was nice, could enjoy when it was a little chilly.

Housekeeping was very poor, didn't show up two days in a row when requested. Took my EV down just to learn the chargers in the garage weren't working, that created real problems. When I asked if there was a spot with an electrical outlet I could plug my home charger into, I was told that wasn't an option. That was beyond belief to me.

We loved our stay! Would definitely come back.

I loved the hotel - it’s very clean, sophisticated, and the decor is beautiful. The room was spacious, the roof top pool was amazing! We truly enjoyed this hotel and its vibe.

Not beach front - it’s quite a drive/shuttle ride but the community it’s located in is great! We loved walking over to the Wharf for food/entertainment.

The location is far from many things, however the property and area is gorgeous!

VIP service for a reasonable price

I liked everything about this property- location wasn't on beach but was in a great area of Sandestin- brought bikes, close to shopping and grocery store, from the valet to everyone we came in contact with was phenomenal- very personable - ice machine is a plus as well- little crunchy ice cubes

Terrible place to spend your hard working money at.

I liked the location.

This hotel had terrible front office customer service. They would roll their eyes at u, and made you feel like you are a bother. And they let their roof top pool get green. Putting their customers health at risk. Will never go there again.
