Amazing Villa with Stunning Views – Perfect for a Family Getaway!

We had an unforgettable family holiday at this beautiful villa in Spain! The property exceeded all our expectations. The multiple terraces offered stunning panoramic views over the Andalusian coast, allowing us to enjoy different perspectives of the sea and mountains throughout the day. We spent hours soaking in the breathtaking scenery, especially during sunset – truly a magical experience! The villa itself was incredibly luxurious and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The modern kitchen was a delight to use, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and everything we needed to prepare delicious meals. The stylish decor and spacious bedrooms were beautifully designed, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. For our family, one of the best features was the entertainment area on the ground floor. We had a great time playing billiards and table tennis outside, making it the perfect spot for friendly competitions and spending quality time together. The outdoor pool area was another highlight and quickly became our favorite place to relax and soak up the sunshine. The various living spaces inside and out offered plenty of room for everyone to unwind and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. A standout aspect of our stay was the exceptional hospitality from the host. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive while maintaining a very discreet presence. He was always available when needed but gave us complete privacy to enjoy our holiday. His quick responses and warm demeanor made us feel very welcome, and we truly appreciated his efforts to ensure we had a fantastic stay. The location was ideal for exploring the surrounding area, with charming coastal towns and beaches just a short drive away. Despite being close to local attractions, the villa offered complete privacy and tranquility, making it the perfect retreat for our family. We can’t recommend this place enough – it’s a true gem in Andalusia, and we would love to come back again!

Federico was an outstanding host and responded immediately to any questions or issues

The road/path to the villa was slightly challenging for an MPV - was very grateful to Federico for leading the way on our first journey to the villa.

We loved our stay here - the villa was amazing and the view from the pool area was stunning! The host was extremely helpful and on hand at all times. I was a bit concerned about how we’d make it to the shop and up the steep hill etc. without a car but Frederico gave me the number for a reliable taxi service which was great. We tried three restaurants which were walking distance from the villa (Avalon, Mesonera de Nerja and El Mirador de Guilche) and they were all lovely. Nerja town and the beach (we went to Burriana) were also only a short drive away.

Amazing stay in quality villa, with attentive and supportive host.

Luxury villa, well laid out for 8 people. 4 self contained double rooms each with bathroom. Amazing views over Nerja. Great infinity pool. various outdoor and indoor dining spaces. Plenty of private space for individuals within family group. Reasonable wifi, good enough to run a zoom conference.

Instructions of how to find the house. But the host found us and escorted us. I understand he has ammended the google map. Long drive to down to beach, but you get the view!!

Delivers on the views, space & facilities it promises!

View is stunning & plenty of outdoor space. Large rooms. Games facilities great for groups & families to entertain themselves. Take binoculars to enjoy the view even more.

Sofa/armchair only seats 5 so if you were larger group would be less comfortable seating arrangements indoors.

The most incredible villa I’ve ever been in

Everything about the villa is incredible and has been designed to enjoy the amazing view from all parts of it. the pictures do a good job of getting the look of the place but seeing it in person is still mind blowing. The kitchen and living room has dining areas for both morning and evening. The roof terrace was very spacious with a lovely pool that had a view over all of Nerja. Fede was super helpful with all our questions and got us extra items as requested. I went with all of my family and they had one of the best trips they’ve ever been on and loved the place too. I’d highly recommend it to others and love to return again in the future.

a lovely spacious villa which we enjoyed our Xmas in

A lovely spacious property with amazing views over Nerja, and with the pool table and table tennis my teenagers were never bored, and with a room and en-suite and wi fi each they could chill out on there own at times too!

I don’t like looking for faults, and in my opinion nothing negative stood out that had any impact on our Xmas holiday

Amazing place to stay!

A very distinctive, private modern villa with outstanding views from an enviable location overlooking the coast to Nerja and nearby mountains. The sliding doors from the main living area makes it feel like the outside is part of the villa. Various outside spaces allow you to see the sun rise and set over the sea. The owner was extremely helpful and communicative even meeting us at the main road to guide us to the villa. The last 100m is gravel but far easier than we expected and no problem.

A holiday to never forget in an amazing villa.

Our stay in Villa Tierra was delightful to say the least. The villa offers many facilities such as a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, fast wifi (throughout the entire property), airconditioning and much more. Furthermore we enjoyed the spaciousness of the villa; all bedrooms came with an on-suite bathroom. The garage was quite large and therefore very practical (it could fit a 9 seater bus). Aside from all this, the villa was loads of fun (our apologies to our neighbours :) ). Partially due to the pool our corona visit was far more bearable than if there wouldn't have been one. However we were most pleased with the host. Whenever we had a problem or a question we would quickly receive either a solution or an answer.

Despite us having a wonderful stay, there were some minor issues. The beds were quite firm and therefore not really confortable. Finding the property by car was quite difficult as was reaching the destination. The last part of the ascend was very rough (it was especially rough on our transmission).

Disappointed as we had a rooftop pool too cold to ever use.

The property is modern with exceptional views.

Federico failed to advise us that the outdoor pool was not heated and there was also no heating system installed in the living area, meaning we had to use electric heaters borrowed from him. Given the price and the fact we rented in winter time, these were big issues and Federico refused to give any kind of refund. We could not use the outdoor pool at all as the water was freezing. I would advise anyone looking to book to check this - it might be fine in the summer months but the whole pool area was not worth having in winter given they have not invested in heating.
