Authentic oldstyle Bosnian house, from the smell of the pantry to the squeaking of the floors and stairs I loved it. View on Baščaršija was magnificent. There are also alley cats that frequent the place. ♥️
My regards to the kind family that maintains this authentic house. 🙏
Bed was a little too small for me (195 cm) but it was a two person bed, so I managed by sleeping diagonally. Lack of AC or ventilator could be a problem, luckily I was prepared by the extreme heat in Hercegovina, so it didn't bother me that much.. however I imagine it would be uncomfortable otherwise.

The location was the only good thing
The check in was really bad, it was difficult to get the keys, plus it was raining and I could not go inside until figuring out how to open the locker with the keys. Moreover the owner next day was quite rude, knocking the door and waking me up in order to collect the cash. The door if the room has a glass so there's barely good privacy, I had to improvise a blanket as a curtain in the door to grant a minimum privacy. The room was full of spiderwebs and everything was really old. I know the price was not that bad, but actually you can get better rooms in Sarajevo for the same price or even cheaper, so definitely not worthy it.

The host is welcoming and friendly
The house we reserved was apparently fully booked, so the host sent us to another address 5 min further from the city center... He told us that at the very last minute. The localisation was our main consideration and in the end it was much further than announced. Not very professional.

They were very helpful and understanding with us when we arrived after check in hours (due to bus delay).
The room was very big and comfortable.
It's right in the city center!

Very friendly receptionists. One of the hosts was trying to cause a scene, although he was very rude, the receptionist (lady) handled the situation with glance and profesionalism.

great location, property has 99% of what I need
the mattress is a bit too soft for me but the host quickly helped me resolve that issue

Absolutely nothing good to say about this host, unfortunately.
Dishonest, rude, unsympathetic. The host offered no check in flexibility at all, and after us rushing to arrive before 9pm the host still refused to check us in and left my pregnant wife and I outside in the rain. After calling her again, she changed her mind and she told us that the reason she wouldn't let us in is that she doesn't have a room free. Awful experience.

everything was great
Just a little bit cold at night and couldn’t figure how the warm shower works at night

Location in the very city center, friendly and helpful staff, supermarket and bakery nearby, Baščaršija market in 3 minutes walk.

Location cannot be better. The son of the owner is very helpful
It is pretty basic, but in general it has everything needed

I loved everything, the room, the view, the location, the price, furthermore, the owner iis super kind, nice and funny ☺ you will love to have some coffee with her and chat a bit

After booking she texted us to go to another accomodation. After the text she did not answer.

Nice little apartment, good room and good location.
No air con or fan. Also check in could be a bit clearer as there was a bit of confusion getting into the property

Hosts are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms are as clean as possible for this old furniture, authentic design of the house is very nice, location in the very center is awesome 😍
There is "kitchen" in the house that does not allow to cook anything, but boil the water. On arrival hosts tells you, you can use it, but basicly the only burner in the kitchen does not heat enough to boil an egg. Also there is no table, where you can eat or work, but small waving plastic table outside, which is useless if it's raining, for example. So this accommodation is good only for sleeping.

the location is great, 5-8 mins walk from old bazzar, which is convenient but not noisy! the room is big enough and the bathroom is spacious!
there was some dirt in the room but that was fine

Basically, the guesthouse is located in the heart of Bascarsija and there's a multitude of lovely places, sights, restaurants, etc. around. Public transport is just round the corner.
There was nothing that I disliked :)

The host is very friendly and kind. We can communicate with English no problem. Perfect location and good view of the single room, you can see the pigeon plaza right from the window directly. Thank you Nina for being flexible and helpful! I’ll come back to this place for sure!
1. A bit moldy smelling, but I found most of apartments in this situation in Balkans.
2. Not easy to find the location.
3. Kitchen is only available for the boiler and the fridge.
4. Washing machine is not available.
More like an information not complains perspective, because the value is beyond the price!

Very close to Baščaršija
Hard to find the guesthouse, there is no reception, you have to call the personnel for each case.

Cosy house and helpful hosts. In the middle of old town
I had no issues. Everything was ok

Diana is an amazing host. When I needed something, I sent a message to her, she replied it right away. I wrote them my arrival time, her daughter was there for my check-in.
Diana also let me leave my luggage at 5pm.
Bascarsijia is 1 minute away on foot.
Thank you for everything:)

It was cheap, you get what you pay for and in this instance that wasn't very much. The owner was extremely helpful and met upon arrival plus was a big help with Google maps etc ... it was probably the guilt
Loud bangs all evening and night long because there's no quiet way to close the doors, toilet paper always running out everyday, kettle not working in the ugly kitchen, lumpy uncomfortable thin mattress.
