Not a lot
Breakfast was simply inedible, room was hot and the window catch was broken. All that for £230 a night, bargain!

Everything was good. Friendly staff and a nice accommodation. Only negative was the “sofa bed” advertised, was not a sofa bed, it was a single cot. Nothing major, but should be advertised as such like others do.
4.3
Rooms have modern interior. Nice view of the lake.
4.3
Der großartige und super freundliche Service, das geräumige Zimmer, die Sauberkeit, das kostenfreie Obst und und und. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!
4.3
Great location. Modern and well maintained. We dined their two nights and the food was very good as were the breakfast options. Kind, attentive, friendly staff! We would absolutely recommend!
4.3
Location was good also very friendly staff made you feel very welcome
Tidy would definitely stay again
Nice size rooms
Close to the road , but not too much traffic at night
Nothing else really , we enjoyed the hotel

Rooms are big and beds are comfortable. Rooms are well equipped. I had the room that is displayed in the header of this review and liked it. Windows can be completely blinded and ensure no wake up by the sun. Very nice service staff during breakfast.
Wake up happens via the traffic that runs on a main road right in front of the hotel as well as the kitchen vent starting at 0630. Coastline is further away than shown in pictures with the main road and a parking lot in between. The outer appearance of the hotel, staircase, hallways, and the restaurant have no charme at all. Room cleaning not really thorough, many cobwebs and spiders.

Rooms were very nicely decorated and comfortable, but my favorite part was the view from our 3rd floor room! They also have wellies available to walk out onto the flats across the street when the tide goes out...we really enjoyed that! Breakfast was very good.
Expensive, but it seems everywhere on Isle of Skye is expensive!

Great staff, room was nice

The food was good. The staff were friendly. Position was good.
The twin room was extremely small, ill equipped, with view of B&B behind. The price of the room was absolutely exorbitant for the quality. There was no room for our suitcases. We could not recommend this hotel for the prices they charge.

Great staff & food
No fans for hot nights, and road noise with windows open
4.3
location , breakfast, parking, cleanliness
no elevator , had to climb 2 floors with our luggages; long wait for dinner, one chair in room, expensive for the amenities we received , on a busy road , had to be careful while crossing with kids

Breakfast was good, the heating worked.
£310.50 a night was a rip off. We stayed six nights, the bedding was not changed, one clean towel twice, when we asked for them. The bed was tidied once. We had to ask for everything, it was skimped and nothing was offered. Suddenly orange juice was available but only four croissants, bread for toast ran out and we had to ask for more. We were offered one cup of coffee at breakfast, no-one came to give a refill, if we had a jug of coffee it contained just over one cup with only enough milk for one cup and lukewarm. No condiments on the table or sauces. It felt like something out of Dickens. it was clean but basic, For £300 a night I expect at least 4* plus service, this was less than 3*. We stayed at 3 hotels during our trip this was by far the most expensive and by far the worst. We would not recommend it to anyone at this price.

Stunning decor and view. Morgan and her team were outstanding and professional. Access to plenty of parking and a great place to explore Skye.
There was a miscommunication about breakfast, but was cleared up easily by Morgan. It was a little pricey-but given the location, view, LARGE room and staff it was worth every penny.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Good restaurant.
The restaurant was not open every evening.

The scenery was beautiful from my bedroom. I ate in the restaurant and the food was delicious. The staff were brilliant, very friendly and helpful. I felt really happy staying at this hotel as a solo traveller

Absolutely beautiful hotel with great view and great staff!!
4.3
Our room was very nice, super neat and clean.
Both days we were there, the restaurant was closed. the hotel is in a very small town where there is no food delivery service. Getting dinner is quite a bit of inconvenience specially if you are drinking and you can’t drive
4.3
The view was beautiful and the room was spacious
No hot water in the bathroom sink? A bit of road noise, not too bad though
4.3
Location was superb, breakfast was cooked on demand as pre ordered the previous evening
could have been a little bit warmer in the restaurant, also could haver been more selection of beers
4.3
Great location, price and view from the room and restaurant
Nothing

convenient location to the water
that housekeeping tried to just walk in and not knock. As a solo female traveler that really scared me! Lucky I did have the additional lock on but I was really surprised they just tried to walk in on me with no announcement.
