Lack of support from host on carpark and check out time is too early.

P1 Carpark is far away (20min walk) and no carpark ticket or parking lot near to the property. Need to move the luggage from the carpark to the property.

We drive and arrived at 8pm in evening but check out time strictly at 10am on next morning

Amazing property.

Amazing view. Great property

Such an awesome place let down by basics. Unclear instruction about how to open the door (just say turn to the left). One wine glass in the whole place. Knives weren’t sharp - bent and blunt. Recommend a parking area if you are driving.

Overall we enjoyed our stay but found the place a bit over priced.

The rooms were comfortable as were the bathrooms. The kitchen was more than enough and the views were breathtaking.

No breakfast was included with this property. Though they had a coffee maker they didn't provide coffee pods or supplies. This is the first property through Booking.com for which no coffee was provided. For the price charged at this property that would have been a nice touch. Also we ran out of toilet paper. Though after 16:00hrs dining options are extremely limited and all shops including the small grocery store close at 18:00hrs.

Going to Hallstatt and waking up to the view of this cottage is priceless

The view. The decoration. The location. Everything about the property was simply exceptional.

Please provide coffee pods and also more cleaning materials (broom, mop, etc)

Comfortable but also terrifying

Comfortable stay with a good lake view

2 stranger girl ring our bell in the midnight of 3am and said want to take the book. Would like to suggest to check a CCTV, it’s very terrifying and shocking And property didn’t provide the shampoo and coffee machine didn’t function.

Horrible. Had to leave a night early and nobody would respond to our inquires.

The view was fantastic but that was the only positive.

Spider webs everywhere and the shower was not operational and flooded the entire bathroom. We were forced to leave and nobody would respond from the company.

The location was excellent and the beds were comfortable.

The area is restricted for entry by car. I did not understand this when booking (maybe it was mentioned) so we had a little walk from a rather far away parking lot. That's ok, but the owners did not respond to text nor answer the phone (during business hours) to clarify. One of the sheets was dirty (clearly was not replaced as the stain was apparent). Wifi was intermittent (mostly no network) even when we were near the router. And, the shower drain was clogged and water overflowed very quickly.

Absolutely beautiful house, in a perfect location. Ticked the stay off my bucket list, I loved it

A beautiful property, with the balconies overlooking the lake. Easy instructions to get to the property and to use the key safe. Comfortable beds. Contained everything we needed.

The only thing, for the price, it might have had some coffee sachets or teabags. There was a coffee machine but no coffee.

Gorgeous view in a gorgeous village!

The VIEW!! Absolutely perfect! The house decor was impeccable. Very quiet area, close to the main attractions and also the boat station. We went in January so the house was very warm. Very comfortable beds and big enough rooms.

Unfortunately, there was some things that disappointed us, considering the money we paid to stay there. 1. Although it says it is for 5 people, there are only 2 beds. There is a small couch in the living room, however it is not very comfortable and there are no bed sheets for it. 2. Again, they only provide enough towels for 4 people. In our case the 5th person had to use our small towels. 3. Not enough wine glasses for 5 people, they only had 3. 4. They do not offer toiletries. We had 2 sinks, however only 1 had a soap container, which was almost empty. They do mention that in the facilities section, however I do feel like there should at least be hand soap. 5. The dishwasher was stinking like something dead was inside. That needs some serious cleaning and some salt. 6. I messaged the property to ask for more bed sheets and they never responded, which I find disrespectful. We made it worked, because the house is very pretty and the view is gorgeous, and Hallstatt is definitely worth a visit, however these are basic things in my opinion and they should be provide.

Everything was amazing. The house the, location , the towels and the cuvet were smelling amazing.

The check out was supposed to be at 11 o clock but the cleaning team was there at 10 exactly so we had to leave at 10.

Lovely home in an even lovelier setting!

loved the location and architecture. could have stayed longer!

just a minor thing but would have appreciated a little coffee & tea as well as body wash and the tip that no one serves breakfast unless you’re staying at one of the hotel properties. To be fair on the body wash, they did note it was not provided but given that most are coming internationally on a visit, it is a nice item to provide.

Awesome location near lake and downtown as well. The equipment in house are perfect that we really enjoy our stay here. So chill~

Only inconvenient thing is the car parking, the P2 is the most close to the hotel but you need to walk 20mins at least.

Nice property without any communication from the host.

Initially we were finding it difficult to search the property. The owner did not pick up even after calling several times and sending text through whatsapp. Then managed to find it out ourselves.

Should have been tea, coffee, milk and sugar pouches at least. Also could not find enough TV programs. Also some spider webs in the balcony.
