Huisje nr 33 heeft wat achterstallig onderhoud en is gedateerd. Voor 6 personen ook te klein. Je kan niet met zijn allen op de bank zitten. Kleine tv, weinige g bestek botte messen, krappe slaapkamers. Gelukkig maakt de omgeving veel goed. Is echt prachtig, kiezen volgende keer een ander onderkomen.

Süßes Häuschen in einer sehr schöne Umgebung, nah am Meer. Leider funktionierte das WC bei Ankunft nicht und Geschirr war schmutzig. Wurde nach Meldung aber unverzüglich behoben.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Ihnen grundlegend gefallen. Besonders das Frühstück im kleinen gut abgeschirmten Garten haben wir genossen. Es gibt für uns Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten: -- es wäre schön eine Nachricht zu erhalten, wenn das Haus nach der Abreise durchgecheckt ist und alles in Ordnung ist, so dass die Kautionsvollmacht hinfällig ist. Ich würde es auch jetzt noch begrüßen eine positive Nachricht diesbezüglich zu erhalten. -- dass das Beziehen der Betten vor der Ankunft ihrerseits kostenpflichtig gestellt wird, finde ich übertrieben. So etwas möchte ich nicht zusätzlich bezahlen müssen und die Betten selber beziehen möchte ich nach einer langen Autofahrt auch nicht. Das ist für mich schon ein Grund mich auch nach anderen Quartieren umzusehen. -- die Matratzen waren nicht ganz schlecht, könnten aber doch erneuert werden -- das Wasser in der Dusche hat nicht genügend Druck - das ist gerade im Urlaub nicht angenehm. Und eine Duschvorlage im Wäschepaket, welches man doch auch für den Mietpreis erwartet und anderswo auch erhält wäre auch schön gewesen. -- der Geschirrspüler funktionierte nicht. Dies kann passieren. Die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort war allerdings unfreundlich. Sie hat erstmal unterstellt, dass wir nicht fähig sind und sie schon wisse, was los sei - der Geschirrspüler sei von den letzten Urlaubern unterbrochen und nicht wieder zurückgesetzt worden. Das war unangenehm. Erst als sie feststellte, dass dies nicht der Fall war und sie mit einem Reset (das wir schon selber durchgeführt hatten) nicht weiterkam, hat sie uns einen Mechaniker geschickt. Auf meine Frage, ob sie für uns bis zur Reparatur Geschirrspülmittel habe, hat sie unwirsch reagiert. Etwas später hat sie uns aber eine kleine Flasche gebracht - diese sei im Auto gewesen. die anderen jungen Mitarbeiterinnen waren sehr freundlich -- für den doch ansehnlichen Mietpreis waren doch einige Dinge verbesserungswürdig. We hadden huisje nr. 33 en ons inziens is dit het huisje met het minste onderhoud. Buitenkant ziet er slecht uit en ook de meubels zijn behoorlijk gedateerd. Ook de schoonmaak was niet in orde. Kopjes en glazen waren vies, er zat een pleister aan de binnenkant op het raam, afvalbak smerig en zo nog een aantal dingen. Gelukkig hadden we prima weer. Zodoende veel gewandeld en gefietst.

Op Résidence Koningshof staan de bungalowtjes dicht op elkaar, hetgeen aan de privacy afbreuk doet. Gelukkig waren we buiten vakantietijd en weinig huisjes waren bewoond. Het was rustig op het park en heerlijk stil in de nacht! De benedenverdieping is goed gemeubileerd en ruim genoeg. Bij een bezetting van 6 personen zou het wel wat krap zijn. De keukenuitrusting is vollegid maar qua kookgereedschap nogal magertjes. Zeker voor gasten die graag koken. De 3 slaapkamers zijn krap, nauswelijks plaats over naast de bedden. De bedden zijn erg laag en de matrassen zijn niet stevig. Wie er vatbaar voor is staat 's morgens met rugpijn op.

Bij aankomst bleek het beddengoed te ontbreken. De receptie was al gesloten, maar via telefonisch contact werd het probleem vriendelijk opgelost. De accommodatie was basic, met een prettige tuin met veel privacy. Het park was rustig. Goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving.
