Not a 4 star hotel but a 2 star.

If I was the owner of this hotel, I’d be very embarrassed. Insufficient professionalism with customer service and maintenance of the hotel. Defiantly not a 4-star hotel but more like a 2 or a 3-star hotel. Ivan and Anna made poor excuses for their lack of knowledge in customer service and understanding of running a reception desk. The manager assaulted me by pulling very hard on my shoulder to turn me around which left bruising for a few days afterwards. The manager’s behaviour was rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and lacking people skills. He was intolerant and contemptuous of most of our conversation. The manager was smoking in a none smoking section of the lobby as seen in the attached photos. Below are some of the problems that we encountered during our stay. - Not allowed to flush toilet paper. - Toilets making loud noises. - Air-conditions not working. - Dirty towels. - Uncleaned bathroom sink. - No extra body wash, just shampoo. - Doors left opened from housekeeping. - Curtains unhooked and looking tacky. - Beds not made. - Mould in shower. - Hole in bathroom wall where pipes came through. - Broken lamp shades. - Leaking walls after rain (very smelly). - Mould on top of the apple juice (two mornings in a row). - Spa never opened. - No air-conditioning or air flow in the basement games room. - Uncleaned stairs (found a chill on the first day and still on the same step when we left a week later) - Uncleaned lobby door. - Power went out in the room due to a tripped circuit braker. - Not much choice for breakfast. At the end of a busy day you want to come back to your hotel room and relax in comfort. Each day something else went wrong and it added to the level of stress. Not worth if you want a relaxing holiday.

Friendly staff, nice bar with terrace on the top floor, covered parking.

Air con does not work -- manageable if the weather is not too hot.

all in all it was ok for a one night stay.

directly at the city center and a good distance to the motorway

the standard room was small and dark so we had to pay the higher rate and change to a higher category. In that other room, which was nice and very spacious (I didn’t like the walls painted in dark grey though) we had major problems with the plumbing in the bathroom.

Anazing hotel❣️

Great hotel! We loved everything, it’s pet friendly, the rooms were so big and spacious, it has an underground garage and breakfast was okay. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Disappointing

Staff was ok.

Air conditioner works only while card is inserted in the room, so room was extreamly hot, since it was 40 degees outside. After 2 hours of continues run, room was still unbearable hot. Then we lost water in hotel...and then we lost electrisity (this was on city level) but again no ari condition for few more hours. Another thing that is worth stating is that pool is charged extra, that is something that is kind of hiden on the page, its there, but its easily missed, so thats on us, but I think most of the guests will not get that info until they arrive in the hotel. Overall, not the greatest experience.

good stop to break a road trip

simple, clean standard room with lovely terrace bar and restaurant. our dog enjoyed the walks along the River. good parking available.

property is a little tired looking, but the staff were very bright and responsive.
