Lovely and comfortable

I liked how the food was fresh and from local sources. Room biscuits were home made and were lovely. I also liked how host was willing to book a reservation for you for dining, and had good recommendations within the area.

Family run, warm and welcoming in an exquisite setting.

The hosts were friendly and so accommodating. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice. The room was clean and big and the bed extremely comfortable. I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Escape to the country

What a stunning property, could not be faulted. From the great welcome we received, to the perfectly decorated rooms, and topped off with the most wonderful breakfast to set us up for the day! Thank you so much for an amazing stay!

Proprietor/ Host was lovely and the house was impressive however the bedroom was cold during the night and there was a damp musty smell present. Produce at breakfast was impressive

Musty smell and what appeared to be dampness in bedroom. I thought it was pricey for the facility

A lovely, relaxing (too brief) stay!

Our lovely hosts were gracious and accommodating. The property is meticulously maintained with Eileen's eye for garden design. Delicious breakfast!

Gorgeous property with large and comfortable rooms! The gardens are so lovely The hosts are so lovely and went out of their way to make sure you have a great time in the area. Breakfast was delicious, full of local fare and homemade treats.

Superb

The home was lovely and we appreciated being in rooms outside of the main house. Lovely and quiet. Breakfast was elegantly served. Host went above and beyond to help us secure transportation into Dubin and gave wonderful advise for places to visit, shop and eat in the local area.

Beautiful house very enjoyable stay

The accommodation was Amazing we attended a wedding in Tankerstown house so B and B is excellent location. The hosts were so lovely and breakfast was beautiful.

I’ll definitely be staying here again.

Eileen was an incredibly warm and welcoming host and only too happy and quick help with anything. The room I was in had the comfiest bed I’ve ever slept in and an excellent shower.

I wasn’t there long enough.

Eileen is a lovely host, very thoughtful to her guests. Breakfast delicious, eggs fresh from her own hens, homemade bread. Beautiful house and grounds. Our room was fab and very comfortable and peaceful.

Simply perfect!

Idyllic house and gardens in the quiet countryside. Hosts were outstanding and the breakfast far exceeded any expectation I could have had. Truly special place and people!

Beautiful and comfortable.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful. Especially as we were there in Autumn. The couple who own the house are wonderful and so helpful. Great location near to points of interests like Slane Castle, Hill of Slane, Newgrange etc. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! Fresh, organic everything. The only downfall was lack of hot water in shower and no wifi but minor details considering the rest.

From start to finish this was a fantastic stay. A beautiful room with beautiful surroundings, staff couldn't do enough to help us. the Breakfast was incredible. We will definitely be back! Thank you!
