Incredible stay at an amazing town.

Fantastic location and even better lodging. The bottom floor spa / pool was a must have.

Would absolutely stay here again.

Apartment was immaculate, smartly designed and well-appointed. The location was perfect.

My only minor criticism is that the water in the grotto pool was a bit unclean.

Fantastic place in a lovely pocket of Orvieto.

Wonderful place - loved that it was kitted out with coffee machine and enough bits and pieces to cook a meal. Lovely outlook.

The airconditioning made some odd noises.

Would stay there again!

The location was excellent. Room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Now that we know the accomodation we would have booked one of the apartments on the level below..due to the stairs.

Clean, spacious apartment in great location on quiet street close to center. Would stay there again.

I was sent a code to enter the building and room the day before we left. It worked perfectly.

Absolutely spectacular place. One of the highlights of our visit to Italy.

Excellent location, room, furnishings, fast wifi, amazing location easy check-in, awesome staff, and A BEAUTIFUL PLACE! Highly recommend.

100 Euro to use the grotto pool is pretty crazy. No swim is worth that much money, despite it being beautiful.

Charming Orvieto

Conveniently located in the heart of the city centre and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Escalators taking you to the top from the public parking garage below with the exit very near the apartment. No need to slep your luggage through town. Sabrina was very helpful, giving us good advise on restaurants and things to do. Orvieto is a very charming village and not to be missed.

No air-conditioning as it was quite warm, however a desktop fan did give some relief. We missed an outdoor balcony/seating area. The bathroom was a bit remote from the bedroom

No standard ventilation - if you close the windows, there will be no regular air circulation in the facility. No air conditioning (was on offer), no breakfast (was on offer). Access to the pool for an additional fee of 100 euros. Better check out the other offers.

perfect place in the center of beautiful Orvieto

Everything was perfect, just as showed on pictures. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed for a great stay. Sabrina was very helpful and kind.

Exceptional

I first looked at the property and passed it but then after not being able to make a decision and time running short I booked it. I was arriving in the morning and had to work. The host was nothing short of AMAZING, Kind, Gracious. My husband kept calling for parking information and she was so patient with him- I had given up on him- anyway the apartment was stunning right in the center. Clean modern but period appropriate. Heat and water amazing. So much food to snack on for breakfast. The bed was super comfy. And most important- my Bernese mountain dog was treated with a set of bowels. We found a great local place to eat. They were making a move right down the street- how fun. Orvieto is a hidden jewel in Italy not to be missed. There is something for everyone. I love Umbria the country side is stunning. It’s close to Fiumicino. For us we were on our way home from Belgium and I had to stop to work but still wanted some fun. Orvieto is the place and

Superb

An excellent apartment in a beautiful location, and flexible with luggage etc. 9/10.

Some things did not feel logical like lightbuttons, tv light always remaining on etc. Be a bit more generous with the amount of coffee cups

Enjoyed our stay

Amazingly friendly host,who was very helpful,helped us to get to the property,reserved a restaurant and was generally very kind. Very central location. Good size room.
