About this apartment rental
This superbly located home is ideal for families or up to 8 adults. The property has a brand new outdoor spa, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or before an evening BBQ on the deck.
Every room has views into the lush tropical garden. Upstairs is the main living room which includes spacious lounge with Smart TV and dining area, as well as modern fully equipped kitchen. This large living space opens on to the north facing covered timber deck, ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner. On this level there is a powder room and the easterly facing main bedroom, which has an ensuite plus walk in robe.
On the garden level, there are two bedrooms, one with ensuite. There is also a family bathroom with separate bath and shower. There is also another living area with a Smart TV, coffee and tea making facilities and a bar fridge. Using the Privacy Screen provided, this large room can convert into a 4th bedroom as it has a queen bed as well as a pull out sofa bed (suitable for children).
Everything that Byron Bay has to offer is within easy walking distance, so no need for a car. Also within 100metres are tennis courts, soccer field, playground and croquet pitch.
What could be better than a lovely day at the beach or a walk to the Cape Byron Lighthouse, then after your hot outdoor shower to sit on the the deck for late afternoon drinks, followed by some delicious Byron produce cooked on the deck's Weber BBQ.
Split over two levels this house provides plenty of space for all guests, with two separate living spaces, multiple large screen TVs, lots of outdoor spaces to enjoy and a large well-stocked kitchen.
Guests will enjoy the high ceilings, tiled floors, modern kitchen and large covered north facing veranda with garden views.
The house is situated on a quiet residential street just a short walk from beach, restaurants, cafes and shops and just around the corner from large sports grounds with football, cricket and rugby fields, practice wickets, tennis, netball, croquet courts and lawn bowls.

Excellent Byron Home
Both easy walking distance to everything and very quiet at night this is a great house for Byron.
Secure off street parking, a leafy outlook from the top floor with good privacy and lots of space.

Perfection
Thank you for a wonderful holiday! The house was lovely and spacious and perfectly located so close to the beach and a short drive to town. We loved it. Recommend walking to the Belongil Bistro or Treehouse for beautiful food. Just great.

Close to beach
Close proximity to beach, pool and outside living area very comfortable and enjoyable. Living areas and bedroom sizes are a good size. Well organised hire of accommodation with Ray White and very helpful when contacted during our stay.

Location +++
We have now had three holidays in the area and Byron Beausoleil is by far the best for not only the home itself but for the location,the beach across the road and of course the "Tree House Cafe" two minutes along the street!
A few extra towles wouldn't go amiss and as other people have mentioned although there are two sun loungers we had 10 guests so another two loungers would of been great

Fantastic accom!!
The house was great as was the location being just across from Belongil beach and a 20 minute walk to town. Would certainly stay again. The beds are pretty uncomfortable and a couple of extra sunbeds by the pool would be great. Fantastic outdoor/bbq area!!

Great house
Loved staying in this house! excellent location being 1 street back from the beach and 5 minutes drive from town ($8-$15 taxi). House is really new and well maintained. We had a group of 9 girls and everyone was happy with their sleeping situation. House would also suit 4 couples. Only feedback is that the house could do with a couple of extra sun lounges :-) Apart from that everything was great!

Fabulous Accommodation
We had the most amazing time in Byron, despite the rain. This was mainly down to our chosen house; it was truly fabulous
Sarah Grant and her staff are a credit to Ray White pre booking, during the stay and after, so needless to say we will be back again next year!
