What's nearby: This riverfront home is located on Sebascodegan Island, on a private drive at the very end of the Indian Rest Neighborhood Association. You'll find modest hiking trails in the adjacent woods, as well as direct access to the river right from the property (Cundy's Harbor is about a 15-minute ride by motorboat). If you walk down the road or follow the wooded path at the top of the drive, you'll come to a shared association dock for swimming.
