This little place is a real gem. The beds are comfortable, good water pressure, adorable settings, and dog friendly (some units)... I just wish I could have had a creek front unit - it was absolutely gorgeous. Also, it's pretty close to some great sunset/sunrise locations on the BRP.
Nothing about the establishment. Maggie Valley is pretty small - some dog friendly eateries, but you'd need to drive to Waynesville for a larger selection. Considering that's about 15 min away, it's really not that inconvenient.

The hotel is tucked away from the road, conveniently located not far from the southern entrance of Great Smoky Mountains National Park. It is a small, older, retro "motor lodge" of days gone by that has been updated with modern conveniences like a TV with many channels, mini fridge, microwave, and WiFi. The decor is awesome, right down to the pink tile in the bathroom which appeared to be original. It is not fancy by modern hotel standards, nor is it super spacious or loaded with extras, but it is clean, comfortable, safe and quiet. You park right outside your door. We LOVED it and felt like we stepped back in time, like we should have brought the 1955 Olds 88 on our trip instead of the Kia Soul. Highly recommend!

100000% recommend staying here if you are ever in the Maggie Valley area!!!
The owners are AMAZING and the rooms are sooo nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, it wasn't hard at all but wasn't super squishy either. LOVED the throw back theme!
We will be back!!!

The lady at the front desk was very helpful when I let her know we were going to be checking in late. It was a cute room.
Our room had dead bugs and it wasn’t very clean. We did not want to make a big deal because we were only staying one night. The shower was a bit weird. One second the temperature of the water is perfect then it’s it’s either freezing or scalding hot.
