It was a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back to the property!

Amazing staff, especially the front desk manager! She was great and very helpful - always gave suggestions of where to go in the area or what services / apps to use. She immediately assisted with solving an issue we had with our apartment and made it very smooth.

We had the impression that the bar at the property is open and available, however after arriving we were informed that it's not operating. This needs to be updated on booking.com because it gives the wrong impression. We also found that the apartments and gym need to be cleaned better; not saying they're filthy or uncomfortable, but can definitely be cleaned and maintained at higher standards.

We truly enjoyed our stay. Great location, loved the apartment with city and see view.

I really liked we stayed on a hill and a 20 min walk from the town. The staff were great, very helpful and prompt. We loved the decor of the penthouse we stayed in and its huge terrace with beautiful view. Great stay, we will be back.

Some of facilities were pretty used and needs to be replaced.

Your "real home" in Athens

We were a family of 8 persons (4 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 kids), stayed there for more than 3 weeks (23 nights), and rented 2 services apartments called "Panorama" and "Avra". Everything was EXCELLENT without a single mistake! A;though there are lots of families in the property but the staff let you feel as if you are the only family they serve. - The staff is so friendly and so nice. They just make sure that you are happy all the time and feel need nothing behind the property - The apartments are so clean, well furnished and equipped. The "Panorama" apartment is in the 5th floor and has a spacious terrace overlooking the city and the sea (breathtaking views). Where the "Avra" overlooks the swimming pool and the activities in the shared area. - The property has many services and activities within the shared space, such as: 2 swimming pool for adults and kids with relaxing large beds and chairs, showers and bathrooms next to them, well equipped gym, billiard table, tennis table, basketball court, kids playground, massage chair, dining area, TV and gaming area, bar, ... etc.. - The property is on the top of a hill so the weather there in the summer time is rally nice, specially at the sunset time. - All the needed store and shops (supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bakeries, pharmacies, kiosks, and different kind of shops) are in 10 minutes walking distance down the hill, then return back climbing towards the top. I really enjoyed every morning to take this trip as a morning exercise. I go down for groceries or bakeries and return back to the top of the hill. There is a kiosk located in 3 minutes walking if you are in hurry. - There are many wonderful beaches nearby the property. some of them are 12 minutes walk (4 minutes by car) - such as Varkisa resort (which by itself has 4 adjacent beaches). Athens downtown is around 25 minutes by car.

The previous text box wasn't enough to complete :) so i will just conclude here with 3 points: - The swimming pool area was great for socialization. We felt there as a big family together. We enjoyed spending some days in the property taking advantage on the provides facilities. - The only point that the property management needs to check is the lift (elevator). It's very tight but never been annoying considering the tons of great services over there. - Our experience was extremely great and I would highly recommend it for families. No doubt.

Highly recommend the Blue Note, exceptional view from the penthouse and the staff were wonderful

Beautiful penthouse, location close to beaches and supermarket, big pool and lots of facilities like ping pong and fun activities available. The staff were amazing!

I honestly can't fault our stay, everything was perfect.

Wonderful resort in great location

The staff were absolutely amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us. The rooms are very comfortable and the Aircon was fantastic after a hot day outside. There are fun things to do around the resort - a swimming pool which was nice and clean, table tennis, pool tables, archery etc so there is plenty to do!

There were very minor things that could be improved on - The bathrooms are quite small and could be modernised a bit; you have to hold the shower head which can be a bit fiddly. Some of the floors are also still carpeted and a bit stained. Overall though this didn't change our opinion on the resort and we would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Athens.

Exceeded expectations

Everything! The pool area, jacuzzi, toilets, the apartment. It was one of the best accommodations I’ve had in Greece.

Fabulous place, Staff great, would totally reccomend.

Could not fault the place. Apartment was brilliant, spacious and very comfy. The pool area was great, good pool and sunbeds. the communal areas were fab and free pool tables and other games always available. Bar are was great and the staff were amazing. Such a great time here. Taxi's were cheap to get to other bays. town is great and plenty of bars and restaurants.

walking back up after being down in the town. But this isn't the hotels fault. It's not that far, it was just very hot for the first couple of days. You could get a taxi for about 4 euros if you wanted to.

Super stay at this resort!!!

Very spacious, clean and great value for money. Good aircon, fluffy bath towels and beach towels super friendly staff. Great bar service. Cheap drinks in vending machines.Top service provided by Katia, Nina, Kostas etc.

Details are being missed such as; not a proper shower to go under(one must keep the shower in one hand), not enough kitchen supplies,

Superb

The apartments are amazing, clean, spacious, comfy. The beds are perfect. The balcony is definitely a highlight. The pool is amazing too, nice sunbeds, good atmosphere. The perfect spot to relax. We really enjoyed our stay!

It is approx 15-20 min to walk to the city where youll find some restaurants. Unfortunately the resort bar serves only drinks, otherwise you can order via efood, which is from a sustainable perspective not good.

A Resort from the hell.

The accommodation was good. We booked "Penthouse 1" villa. It had good sized 2 double bed rooms, one with extremely tiny en suite & a single room and living room with kitchen & balcony.

There are a number of things. I'll try to list: 1. Location, it is about 3-4Km away from the public beach. All downhill. So, walking down may take 20 odd minutes but back uphill...not posst. Taxi will take 5 or 6 Euros each side. 2. No food what so ever on site although there are several deceiving food photos on the website. 3. As you'll arrange your own food but there is no shop nearby until the above mentioned beach. 4. No bell boy...so, you drag your luggage yourself to the top floor and the lift only goes to the 4th floor. From there on take your luggage via stairs. Good job some kind staff members helped us. "Katia" many thanks. 5. Lift, without any exaggeration is exactly of the size of a standard "coffin" if not smaller 2 persons of 70Kg cannot stand in without hugging eachother. And the lift only goes to level 4. 6. Swimming pool, only one small pool which remains dirty and I saw pet dog as well enjoying the pool along with the master. After that day, for the remaining time we didn't go near the pool. We checked out of the resort a day earlier. 7. They will not clean your apartment or give you any toiletries refills or bedding or towels etc for 5 days Overall, it was a nightmare resort & false information on the web.

Amazing penthouse apartment with views for days!

We stayed in the penthouse apartment which had the most incredible views. The kitchen is well equipped, even having a coffee machine which was fab. There is a huge private terrace with loungers and outdoor seating - perfect to sit in the sun. We loved the apartment and wished we could stay longer - we’ll definitely be back! The service from Katia was also excellent - she provided recommendations for local restaurants & organised taxis for us.

There wasn’t much that we didn’t like - the apartment was brilliant. Only thing really is that it’s up quite a steep hill, but if it hadn’t been then the views wouldn’t have been so amazing. The water pressure in the shower was quite low.

Lovely stay, friendly and accomplished staff but there were some issues.

There was a range of facilities as said on their page, the staff were really friendly. We got a free upgrade on arrival which was lovely.

We however had a burst pipe in our bathroom in the middle of the night and could not get hold of anyone. Weveven tried the out of hours contact but to no avail. In the end it took about 3 days for it to be resolved. Thankfully we had three bathroom in our apartment so we were able to use an alternative sink in a different bathroom. Also whist having a shower the water suddenly got extremely hot and I currently have a burn on my thigh. The same thing happened to my husband.

Spacious apartment near dirty beach in a somewhat "ok" managed complex 45min from Athens. Loud dogs.

The apartment itself was very clean and spacious. Most of the staff were helpful. There were pool tables and a foos ball table. Half basket ball court. Dog area. There was a pool. There was a hot pool. There was a gym. There was a massage chair. Vending machine beer and cigarette machine on site was surprising and cool. I didn't think those were legal anymore.

The property is advertised on this site as being in Athens (literally some bogus address), but is in reality 45 minutes from city center and the town has little to offer, with dirty beaches and only 1 bus ticket machine that has been "broken for a while", to quote a shop owner in the little town of Vari where, this is actually located. A male member of staff appears to have recorded my wife working out in the gym from an adjacent apartment window . There are some long term residents and lots of barking dogs at the crack of dawn. The hot water boiler was off when we arrived and it took a couple of hours to able to take a shower after traveling all day. The pool was freezing cold. The hot pool was room temperature at best, but children aren't allowed in it. The advertised bar was closed for the year. Half of the gym equipment was broken or in serious disrepair.
