This is it! Your ideal Fort Lauderdale vacation home awaits! Terrific location, stylish and comfortable furnishings, heated pool and spa with water views and dock! Two bedrooms, one queen with on-suite, the second with king bed and pool/water views. Both bedrooms and living room have smart tv's. Open dining area for 6, inviting breakfast bar with fully stocked kitchen. Outdoor has covered dining with lounge area, flat screen tv and a built in gas bbq grill is ready for your poolside barbecue to begin!
All this in a quiet but convenient location to Fort Lauderdale beaches, shopping, dining and nightlife!

We had a fabulous stay at Three Palms. The house is immaculate, comfortable, fully stocked and in a great location! We spent almost the entire time outdoors by the dining area, living area, pool and beautiful dock. Saw some amazing sunsets. You won’t want to leave!

I absolutely loved our stay here. We stayed for 5 nights visiting family and explored Ft. Lauderdale/Miami. Very quiet neighborhood and I felt safe. They provided everything listed and more! I liked how the kiosk kepted me updated on what was to happen that day (for example pool service), different thibgs to do nearby and the notebook with information about the property. My only con is the iguanas. Other than that I recommend this location and would definitely stay again.

Well-maintained and appointed property in convenient and quiet Coral Shores neighborhood. We especially enjoyed watching the four iguanas that lived in the trees next to the pool and would come down each morning.

We have utilized many vacation rentals in many locations over the years -- and Three Palms is one of the best in terms of amenities, the house itself, supplies, cleanliness and customer service. For the three of us, it could not have been better -- zero complaints or suggestions. I highly recommend it and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Three Palms again.

This house was amazing, and met + exceeded my expectations! The view off the back is so calm and welcoming that we found ourselves spending most of our time just reading by the pool. Extremely clean as well. The neighborhood does have some construction going on, but that's at no fault of the rental agency. All in all, very calm. Great getaway!

Short family stay
My family and I enjoyed our stay, we'll be back for sure. We had everything we needed. The place was super clean and the kids had so many things to keep them busy. Thank you for making our vacation a memorable one.

Perfect house for Florida Beach touring!
This property is amazing!!!The pictures make you think that the place might be a little small, but that is far from the truth. It is a very spacious and well laid out property. The house has ample room. We stayed with another couple. One bedroom faces the pool and the other room has an attached bathroom. To decide which couple would stay in what to we played a round of yahtzee, which was found with other games in the living room area.
As for the outdoor area it was by far the best part of our vacation. The pool was heated, clean, and in working order as was the hot tub. The covered area was where we spent a lot of time. It is great to have an outside living space with a tv. We also spent most nights watching a the sunset over the canal. It was very peaceful an quiet when we where there.
An awesome addition to the outside space were the local Iguanas. They would come out frequently during our trip and sunbath in the deck. P.s. they like watermelon.
As for what was provided with the property, it was more than you would usually find. The shacker got a lot of use during our stay and was awesome to have. The shed has Beach chairs a beach umbrella, coolers and other beach toys to use. We used these everyday during our stay! There was also a grill and extra gas to use. We found a blender and other cooking utensils you may need.
As for the location is perfect. The house is hidden of the beaten path, yet super close to a publix and a small shopping area. It is just a short ride to las Olas and downtown Ft. Lauderdale. We tour a different beach each day we where there and this place is perfect for that. A short ride north will get you to Pampano, Deerfield Beach and Boca Raton. We spent 2 days at Deerfield Beach while staying here. I highly recommend you make the drive!
Overall this place is a dream. Everything you could need is found here. We plan to stay again. If you are on the fence I highly recommend you choose this location. It was everything and more.

My husband booked this place with another couple for a nice weekend getaway. This house was perfect for us. Very clean and had amenities that made our stay very enjoyable. The location is perfect and the neighborhood feels safe and inviting. We will be back.

We loved our stay at three palms, the house is incredible, and was the perfect getaway place to spend the holidays. David is super responsive and helpful and provided us with so many recommendations of nearby restaurants and things to do. The house was so clean, and comforting. The outdoor space is my favorite!

Unlike most rental properties I have been to in the past few years, this one differs NOTHING from the pictures. Everything is so nicely taken care of and in no way run down or neglected one bit... it is a true gem!
All three of us felt extremely blessed to have found this beautiful house for our week-long get together.
You will not be disappointed with this place.
We will surely be back and won't hesitate to try out some other properties managed by David if our group is too big for this house in the future!

David and Steve are great people to rent off of , make everything easy , never any issues and work to resolve and issues.
This house is great beautiful and a great location. Houses are always very clean and well maintained. This is our 4th time renting from Fort Lauderdale stays and every time expectations are exceeded.

July 2021 Stay
They thought of everything here to ensure a memorable stay! Besides the house being beautifully decorated and inviting it has all your immediate necessities (coffee, extra towels, extra paper towels, everything you need to bbq, and so much more)! Owners are quick to respond. Our kids used the canoe & paddle board. We enjoyed movie night outside! The pool is the perfect size. Neighborhood is close drive to Starbucks, Publix, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s. We had a magical time with our family at the 3 Palms! Wait did I mention how clean it was. Love the organic cleaning products & the owners being environmentally conscious!

This is the 4th property that I have stayed at with Fort Lauderdale Stays. As expected it was amazing. The property is exactly as pictured. It was immaculate and so beautifully decorated. David and Steve did not miss anything. Everything you could possibly need was there. The pool and dock along side the canal was great for relaxing and just enjoying the beauty of the area. The location was great. Close to restaurants, shopping and short drive to beach. David and Steve are very accommodating and make you feel very welcome. Communication with them is easy and very timely. They run a first class operation. We only stay at their properties when we visit Fort Lauderdale. We look forward to staying at one of their other amazing properties the next time we visit.

Just what we needed
My family had a wonderful stay. We booked a in home massage that David had recommended and it was wonderful. We enjoyed the pool so much and the beautiful view that surrounded it. David was always very helpful if we needed anything. I would definitely come back.

This was the 4th property that we have stayed at with Fort Lauderdale Stays. As always, it was amazing. The home is as beautiful as the pictures. David & Steve did not miss a thing with this property. Everything you could possibly need was there. It was in a great location. Close to everything but also nestled in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful view. The quality of the furniture, beds, appliances, everything is top notch. Extremely clean and well maintained. We will only stay at one of their properties each time we come to visit. I can't wait to stay at another one of their beautiful properties next time!

Covered porch was the perfect respite when rain came. Kitchens and baths were amazingly well stocked and appointed even with a weeks worth of paper products. Beds were super comfy. No detail of amenities were missed - games, TV’s everywhere, grill, Washer/Dryer, blow up rafts for pool, lounge chairs at dock, cushioned chairs under covered porch, and 2 Adirondack chairs just for a nice change of pace. Three Palms is aptly named with the gorgeous setting by the water flanked with beautiful privacy landscaping. David and Steve were amazing - a small plumbing issue was responded to and fixed within 3 hours, and they came by to introduce themselves and brought us cupcakes and champagne!! They do an amazing job and I’m sure we will be back soon!! Added Note: we rented an 18 foot Rinker Boat from 100 Pro Boats and brought it to the house via the intercoastal and canal system - recommend this as it was amazing to have daily water excursions exploring the canals and go to lunch at restaurants by water. Highly recommended if you’re comfortable operating a boat.

David’s Place is absolutely stunning, pictures do not doing it justice, this is the reason I do NOT stay hotels anymore David’s Airbnb makes u never want to stay at hotels anymore it’s private & beautiful.
House close to everything, Target, Publix, Marshall’s & TJ Maxx is right down the block. Beach is a couple of miles away but truth is I didn’t go to the beach when you have a private beautiful pool overlooking the water all to yourself.
Place is super clean, beds are super comfortable, kitchen has everything you need. Don’t buy water or ice, fridge will supply u water & ice.
Lastly, which was such a great touch, David, left 2 beautiful beach bags & a handwritten note, welcoming me.

Exactly what we hoped for
My husband and I wanted a quick get away with our 6 month old and decided a home rental with a pool would give us the most flexibility and would allow us to enjoy every minute of our time and the three palms rental was the perfect fit for us. The home had everything we needed to enjoy our visit and the managers were so quick to respond to us. The location was prime for shopping needs, dinners, having food delivered, beaches to visit and getting to other cities. Overall, it was a trip we won't soon forget thanks to a stress free and fun place to stay and a special way to enjoy our little boy's first half birthday!
