Fantastic!

Conveniently located off the freeway, close to amenities and well-kept. Coffee/tee available 24/7.

There were used Q-tips (ear cleaners) on the floor in the hallway outside our room. Everything else was great.

Terrific for the 14 year olds I was traveling with. They especially liked the pool table.

Good, especially the little omelettes with green peppers. Also, the little pegs to hang jackets on. Also, the wide area for suitcases. Also the night lights.

Above and beyond for our Family with Children

Definitely at LEAST 10 stars. It was NOT super fancy with extravagant overpriced restaurants & amenities. That's why we loved it for our family. It was extremely clean from outside to inside. It was a welcoming atmosphere for our family with 3 kids. Enough to keep them occupied with the indoor pool and a few games. Breakfast was amazing! Sanitation stations were throughout the hotel. There white boards in front of the elevators that had helpful information about the area. Every single staff member that we interacted with from the moment checked in to checked out, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. They were friendly and accommodating. The location seemed safe and was close to plenty of stores and eateries. Unfortunately it was the General Manager's last day. Her hospitality was extraordinary. Hopefully the next manager runs the place as well as she did. This is where we'll be staying everytime we go to Cincinnati without any hesitation. Thank you so much for an awesome stay.

Wonderful experience, the staff is nice the hotel is clean and a good value.

The hotel for clean, and in a convenient location . The rooms were comfortable and my family and I had a good time during our stay.

I wish the rooms had a microwave and the coffee and cream selection was better.

EXCELLENT

The hotel was modern and the cleanness of the whole hotel was exceptional. The beds were wonderful and comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and a nice size and shower too. The breakfast was beyond what I expected. The staff were polite and friendly.

I've enjoyed the pool and work out area.

Family friendly and breakfast make Tru Hilton a great option in Cincinnati.

The eggs seemed powdered but they were served hot and fresh. . I would have preferred bacon to sausage. There was a cool automatic pancake machine but there was a long line of parents and kids liked up to use it at 7am. Hot tea, coffee, juice, yogurt and fruit were great! There were nice grab and go options like bagels and muffins. The staff were very nice even when I forgot my ID. I LOVED that my name was on the TV saying welcome when I walked in.

Obviously the walls between adjoining rooms are very thin, because we could hear our neighbors "enjoying themselves " through the night. It made me wonder if they could hear everything going on in our room as well. The bed was a little firm for my taste but my husband liked it. Lots of people used the billiards in the lobby. It was hard to find a quiet place.

Absolutely LOVED everything from the staff to the room and then check out!

The property was very clean and tidy. Everything was conveniently located and there was a concierge available 24/7. I loved the common area with the pool table and the gym was the nicest I’ve been in.

Perfect stay at Tru Hilton

This hotel exceeded my expected. It was clean, modern, had ask the expected amenities and more. Breakfast was phenomenal. Snack bar, store was a great bonus for those wanting something but not wanting to run out. Will use again, will recommend to others.

I liked the clean, comfortable room. The staff was also kind.

I didn’t like being on the first floor by the pool, there was some traffic and noise which I don’t particularly care for. I will request a higher floor next time.
