The Ritz Carlton Residences, Singer Island is a breathtakingly beautiful property with award winning
accolades and amazing amenities: heated oceanfront lagoon infinity pool, heated resort infinity
pool on expansive landscaped deck with cabanas, gated access to private beachfront, two
whirlpool spas, private poolside restaurant grille and, indoors, two cinema-style private screening
rooms, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness rooms with saunas, concierge service, and
secure outdoor parking. Pamper yourself and enjoy the finest luxury living and service that only a
Ritz-Carlton property can offer.
The efficiency guest suite is located on the first floor, has its own private patio, and allows access to
all the amenities. It is ideal for a couple but can sleep three. There is a queen-sized bed and a sofa
that can convert to a full-sized bed if needed. The kitchen area has a microwave, a Sub-Zero mini
fridge, a toaster, a Keurig, an icemaker, and tableware. Please note there is no stove. However, you
can see the concierge to reserve one of the four gas grills, grill cart and grilling tools. Coffee and
biscotti are available in the lobby from 6-10am daily.
The grounds are expansive. Have drinks and food brought to you poolside at the upper resort pool
as you lounge in chaises or in the cabanas or at the lower lagoon pool. Walk out to the private
beach where chairs and umbrellas are set up each day. Towel service and waters are provided at
both pools and at the beach. Or you can choose to pamper yourself in one of the two hot tubs on
the property.
This oceanfront property is located next to public tennis courts and is steps from Ocean Walk Mall
with five pubs, an ice cream shop, a 7-Eleven, a bagel deli, and small shops featuring beach wear.
Please note this is not a hotel. It is a private property where each unit is individually owned. There is
no daily maid service. There are no extra resort fees or parking fees.
No pets, no smoking.
Once the property is booked I will email you the lease and condo rental application to sign and
return along with a copy of your driver’s license. We have a 3 night minimum stay. Over the
Christmas Holiday we have a 5 night minimum.

When staying at a Ritz Carlton property there is a certain level of cleanliness, amenities, and service that is expected. We were surprised to find our room was basically right in the lobby between the front desk, the mail room and the elevators. You can hear every person that passes through as well as all noise from the lobby. This was annoying at 6am on vacation. Saturday we walked into a huge birthday party with about 30 families with young children that all filled out to the pool for the day after a lobby party. Not exactly relaxing. The linens and the mattress in the room are very low quality and not what we expect to encounter at a Ritz property. The towels were all extremely musty and there was mold in the shower which we cleaned. We were very surprised by this. The property and staff are great. Wonderful pools and beachfront. We loved that portion.

We stayed at the Ritz for a long holiday weekend and it was wonderful!! The property is beautiful and the pools and beach are perfect. The guest suite is small, but it was perfect for the two of us and we enjoyed being able to walk to nearby businesses for coffee and lunch. We highly recommend staying here!!

Property and staff are amazing. Walking out of the suite to the pool/beach is a plus - we didn't use any elevators all weekend! Local bars and restaurants are great. Host communication A+++ Would return for sure.

Thank you Connie and I enjoyed your beautiful unit but couple suggestions to make it even better: all new bedding, the pillows smell/one key fob doesn’t work ice maker is WEAK/noisy. I changed a light bulb in the bathroom. THANKS FOR LETTING US STAY HERE IT WAS A BLESSING! The staff and pool and ocean/sunrises were AMAZING!

The Ritz Carlton Residences Singer Island is a great property - it has a great beach with chairs and umbrellas, two pools, and a poolside grill serving great food at reasonable prices. Unfortunately, I have a few issues with the room. Before I point them out, I just want to reiterate – this is a great property! The kitchen and the room were stocked well beyond my expectations for a short stay rental and kudos to Bill for the generosity. I just don’t think the room’s functionality warrants a 4.9/5.0 rating and I say that as someone who traveled worldwide over 100+ nights/year before retiring. First – the room is essentially IN the lobby. It felt strangely odd every time we entered or exited the room to be opening the door to everyone in the lobby. The second is that the furniture in the room is less than functional. The dresser is woefully inadequate to unpack even one suitcase into, even if the top drawer wasn’t already filled with items. The suitcase rack provided is too small to handle anything but a small top-loading bag (forget a modern hard-sided bi-fold suitcase). The corner table and chairs take up too much space especially considering you will have to leave one if not two suitcases on the floor because of the lack of drawer space. I just wish there had been more space in the closet for guests to use. Lastly, the strobing light on the smoke detector was more intrusive than I have seen anywhere I have stayed. If you are a light sleeper - beware!

First time staying with Bill and certainly not the last. Property looks and feels just like a ritz Carlton hotel. Pool is salt water and private beach is perfect. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the local marinas, manatee lagoon & turtle aquarium. Perfect spot for families and couples. 5 stars!!!!!

Guest Suite 1B photo of bedroom made the bed look like a King Size bed however it is only a queen. I wondered why the owner sent info on how to turn the sofa into a bed. It all makes sense now. We arrived to have no cooling in the dead heat of summer. At 1am the Ritz Charles recommendation of hotel close by turned out to be a wasted trip. Ended up taking the only room available at the Marriott not far away. Long story short, the costs of our stay were approximately stay for two nights while AC was waiting to be repaired, cost us $1,000 more than the owner refunded us. That said, the owner has been more than fair in holding another of his units for us during a Covid delay. I guess it is the good with the bad sometimes.....

My wife and I were in town for a wedding. Due to flight and wedding schedules, we needed flexibility with check-in times and really appreciated the host's responsiveness to our needs. He also very quickly replaced a broken iron and was a pleasure to work with! The apartment itself was small but gorgeous, well equipped and very convenient to the hot tub, pools, restaurant and front parking area. The staff was delightfully friendly and cheerful. Morning coffee and the theater room were a great added touch! 3 MINOR suggestions to go from GREAT to PERFECT would be to add more storage (closet was full and dresser was small - used kitchen cabinets to store clothes), add cushions to outdoor lounges (looked so inviting in photos but they were not comfortable) and replace Queen bed with a King bed. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

My kids and I had a wonderful stay here at this property. The facilities were top notch and we got plenty of use of the theater room since the weather wasn’t cooperating, but which my kids also loved! Also the property staff are truly incredible and go way above and beyond to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They helped make special arrangements for my son to get to the beach as he was in a wheelchair, which we truly appreciated.

This was a lovely property, top notch amenities and staff. The only drawbacks were that the unit was on the first floor so a lot of traffic and it was right off the lobby so quite a bit of noise.

We loved the property and has an amazing stay. It was even better than described online. It was super convenient to be on the first floor as we could quickly get to the gym, pools, and other amenities. The location was great too with walking distance to bars and restaurants. What a great spot. Accommodations are exactly as described - clean and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A nice surprise for us was the ability to start each day with a cup of coffee and a spectacular sunrise. All this just a few steps from the unit. Truly special…. Looking forward to returning!!!

The entire process from booking, checking in, the stay itself, and departure was exceptional. The unit was very nice for my wife and I and exactly as represented. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful and the property from pools to beach to restaurant to gym was outstanding and exactly what you expect from a Ritz property. We'll definitely stay again.
