Absolutely fantastic stay! We didn't want to leave!

Loved the design, ambiance and privacy that the property offered. There were gorgeous views of the sea and the beautiful sunset. The rooms and bathrooms were large with plenty of storage space. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was excellent throughout the house. The outdoor area was spacious and offered both sun and shade to cater for individual tastes. The bbq and large outdoor table was perfect for entertaining. The pool was great and the floating sun-beds were a hit with the kids. The kitchen was well equipped. The villa is located away from the main road and doesn't neighbour any other properties other than its sister villa so it's safe and there's peace and quiet. There's a gas station up the road and a supermarket 5' drive away so it was easy to obtain daily essentials. The property is located on the south side of Kefalonia where you can enjoy the beautiful sandy beaches and it's only 30' drive from the main town of Argostoli and the airport, so very convenient overall. Finally the host and staff were absolutely fantastic, professional, readily available and very helpful. The excellent level of service maintained throughout our 12 day stay.

There was no washing machine.

Amazing luxury villa

We had an AMAZING stay. The house (B) was excellent in every aspect. Very spacious to accommodate a group of 11 (with one kid sleeping on the comfortable couch). Well designed villa with all modern amenities and great materials. The kitchen had all the basics, including a Nespresso machine and frother. Fridge had ice cubes, cold water and wine. The master bathroom even has a jacuzzi on the balcony. The infinity pool was excellent, super clean, and comfortable temperature without extra heating (early August). Nikos was an amazing host, probably the best one we've ever encountered. Excellent communication, very attentive, shared great tips for beaches and restaurants and shopping. When we arrived, he had prepared an amazing spread of local cheeses, figs, and beverages- very nice rich touch. The nearby Koroni beach was amazing, not crowded, beautiful sand, only steep road. Pro tip: if coming from Argostoli, take the next exit, not the one recommended in Google maps.

Dreamy villa for a group / family / friends — divine view, pool, breakfast, and staff. Truly unreal!

Absolutely incredible, from check-in to check-out! The villa was spotless and felt extremely private, thanks to the layout of the property, even though it is next to the smaller Oikos villa (I can imagine that it’s also really fantastic for a large group when booking both villas together). We really had to tear ourselves away from the pool each day, which was supplied with floating loungers. The team, led by Niko, was phenomenal. Uber-responsive and with loads of recommendations. We appreciated the warm welcome as we drove in the first afternoon and the gorgeous breakfasts each morning. We’ll be back!

Such a beautiful villa with amazing service.

Everything was perfect, from the beautiful breakfasts to the clean and modern facilities. Nikos was so helpful and accommodating with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and there was plenty seating in the living rooms and around the pools. We loved it! Thank you Nikos!

Outstanding modern designer villa, tastefully furnished to a very high standard. An oasis of tranquility with 180 degree views over the Mediterranean from the infinity pool. Nikos has been an impeccable host, literally available 24/7 - sorting out everything from catering needs to providing real time local advise and recommendations.

The only place worth staying at in Kefalonia.

The level of customer service the hosts gave us multiplied how beautiful the villa was. We moved to a five star resort for our last night, and it did not even come close to Oikos.
