Așa cum am promis, am revenit. A devenit locul preferat de cazare din Timișoara.

Amplasarea, comfortul, zona liniștită în care se află, apropierea de punctele de inters turistic, dar și de magazinele alimentare și restaurante.

I wish I could have stayed longer!

Open and spacious with a fun decor. The high ceilings and windows were enough. Never used the a/c. Very nice to have laundry machine for a week long stay. Convenient location in the city center but quiet and residential building.

Przyjemny apartament w dobrej lokalizacji.

Czysty i duźy apartament w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji, w budynku najprawdopodobniej z XIX wieku. Wszystkie główne atrakcje miasta są w pobliżu.

Samo mieszkanie jest w doskonałym stanie, ale klatka nadaje się do generalnego remontu. Ciśnienie wody jest bardzo słabe, czasem jest tylko zimna. Bezpłatny parking jest publicznym parkingiem ok. 100m od wejścia do kamienicy. O hasło do WiFi trzeba się upomnieć, bo w apartamencie dane są nieaktualne.

Very good value for the money

The draining system in the bathroom is a mess. Mold is forming due to the stranding moisture.

nice central apartment with management flaws

very central apartment, in an old, characterful building, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen, easy to access

the apartment is actually one half of a larger apartment that is split into 2 smaller units, so that the bedrooms are separated by a locked door. i don’t think the people in the other unit were aware of this fact when they started having loud sex at 3 in the morning. also, i had no hot (or warm) water during my 3 days stay. i contacted the person in charge and they assured me it would be fixed by next day. it wasn’t. it’s 2 days since i left and i did not receive the simplest of apologies, which makes me not come back to this place even though i quite liked the location and the utilities.

Booking here was a big mistake

Location close to the old city

Terrible smell in the apartment. Blankets were not clean. Heating didn't work. Washing machine was too dirty to use it.

Glad I stayed, hope I'll be back

The apartment is really nice, well furnished, clean and located in a very central area. The supermarket is 5 minutes away, restaurants 2 minutes away, theres'a a park just in front of the entrance. It's overall very nice.

It was really hard to find the place, there was no sign at all. I wandered at least 1h to try to find the place. The context where the apartment is locate, doesn't look very welcoming, even though I never felt unsafe.

Once inside, the apartment was beautiful, clean and very nicely decorated.

Getting into the apartment was complicated. Finding the correct entrance was tricky, and then there were 3 different codes and a keybox needed for access. It was quite secure, and fine once we had done it the first time, but don't recommend trying it late at night.

Beautiful central location

The apartment is very centrally located (right next to Piata Libertatii, near to Piata Unirii and in the opposite direction the cathedral), in an old historical building. The building itself is not very good looking, it would definitely require some renovation, but the apartment itself is very modern, clean, spacious, with high ceilings and has lot of interesting details in the paintings. You have everything you need (some paper towels in the kitchen would be also good). The owner is very helpful and responsive, and the check-in was also very easy, just called the owner and he explained everything very good. We enjoyed our stay, and everything was very good, except the pressure in the shower – the water was coming with pressure and suddenly the pressure dropped, and this repeated itself and it can get disturbing when taking a shower. Also, there was a hydrophore, down the hall that was making some noise.
