Great location and clean. Excellent value for money

Key pad entry therefore no chance of losing a key made it simple

Check lights work before renting out otherwise excellent service and maintenance in a fast manner was great!

2 day trip, young family.

Great location, comfortable room and spacious.

A little out dated. Ceiling had damage from leak.

Fine but basic

Clean and good water pressure. Lots of towels. Kitchen had enough pots, dishes and utensils. Convenient for our needs

Needs updated and some repairs. Stove had a burner not working and paint is needed to freshen up. Some basics in the kitchen would be a good idea - salt, pepper, sugar etc… would go a long way.

I really enjoyed my stay. The location was very nice, neat and clean. Highly recommended.

There was no breakfast served. Free breakfast would have been appreciated.

The location does not have good dining place. The resort does not provide dining option either.

The heater did not work in the condo,it was cold. The door lock needs to be fixed,we couldn't get it to lock

Not great after encountering the issues above.

Beds were comfortable and we liked the fact that there were two full showers. Enjoyed the little balcony and view from it. Location was good. Free shuttle to the village included. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi.

Check in code didn't work, we waited for 45 min to get into our place after our check in time. then the AC created flood in the living room space. Had to call customer service twice and spend my time resolving issues. The place wasn't very clean, cleaners need to pay more attention to detail like dust, dirty walls and baseboards (bathrooms). We had to move the couch in the living space due to flood from AC and there was a lot of dust and hair underneath , it was gross to clean up :( There was hair on my towel and in the tub. Kitchen space very tight/small.

Location, was close enough to the village to enjoy but far enough away to be able to relax quietly.

The unit was not fully cleaned. There were cob webs along the walls and huge thick ones which were obviously not cleaned in a long time. I paid for a clean unit. I don't live like that at home so for me it was a downgrade.

It was ok and did its job providing accommodation. Loved the location.

Loved the location and it was quaint.

A lot of the appliances were outdated. The bed frame of the bed in the 1st floor was broken. There were left shorts on the floor by the loft bed. The place can really use a makeover. The couches were also very old and looked like it can use some cleaning.

I'm a non smoker with allergies so smoke reissue from wood burning fireplace not a plus but tolerable. Furniture in living room uncomfortable. There well worn-out. Needs an update basically

It was very nice clothes to blue Mountain close to the blue Mountain in where my daughter had her dance competition

I didn’t like the fact that there were ants all over the counter in the kitchen and I’ll check out time is 10 o’clock and they would not budge on checkout time even for an hour

DIRTY looked like it had not had a good cleaning in a very long time. A coat of paint would do wonders to spruce it up. The fireplace did NOTwork.

Spring Break Getaway

The location, layout and beds were great. Check in and out were super easy and smooth. Cleaning supplies, paper towels and garbage bags readily available. Lots of toilet paper and a good number of towels.

The place really needs a deep clean. At a glance it was clean but when I got comfy and started paying attention there were some really nasty things. Most notably the ceiling fan on the second level is covered with about 2 inches of visible dirt and dust. Also the corners of the walls and some walls just have dust and webs. Also kitchen is missing a cutting board and some larger bowls but that is not too important.

Kitchenette with basic utensils and cooking gears. 2 full bath. plenty of space for our family of 5

not walking distance from village considering the price you pay for. they didn’t provide coffee in the morning. the TV technology is very outdated. can’t log into Netflix or Disney plus

Most of unit was clean, close enough to village. Great Thai restaurant on-site. Parking was easy and close to unit.

Cob webs hanging on door frame, rotting wood patio, 90s decor, crazy carpet - brown so who knows how dirty it is, bathroom tub was terrifying looks like they covered up mould with caulking, lockbox is not user friendly, door knob may fall off anytime, TV small, appliances old but usable

- clean but dusty — allergies were bad inside the condo - stove didn’t work unless 2 burners were turned on

The apartment was not clean, missing essentials in kitchen, very old dishwasher...bathroom with empty bottles of soap and balcony with rest of cigarettes and empty bottles of beer. Very disapointed

There was one time we lost hot water for an hour but everything is fine after that.

It was a nice location and the place looked nice.

We were told by many people that the hot tub would be available and it was out of service the whole time we were there. That was a huge disappointment.

If you’re looking for a place to party and crash for the night, this works.

Close to Blue Mountain Resort and Village, and had decent sleeping spaces for a group

Could use a deep clean and need some repairs. Dust blew out of vents when temperature controls used. Sheets had a few stains on them, and no blankets provided for pullout couch. There were some hair on towels provided so good thing we brought our own. Also, closet doors were broken and just placed over the closet itself to cover the space.
