It was a one night stop over for a football match but would stay again if I was in the area again

Great stay definitely going back

Breakfast was amazing. Hot breakfast was very tasty, large selection for the continental breakfast too. Staff was really polite and helpful. Very clean and rooms very spacious.

No hair dresser and no shower products but there is a shop down the road.

St Andrews is a grand old house with some lovely original features.

I felt really looked after during my stay.

All the staff are friendly and made me feel welcome. I came to stay for a wedding and the host at reception helped me out my bracelet on that I was struggling to do on my own. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of selection.

The water pressure could have been better but overall there was hot water so this wasn’t a problem.

It was ok for what I needed

Was left to get on with it

Its very close to the main road, it was quite a warm night so had to have the window open, lots of traffic noise. Coffee wasnt replenished for final morning

A cost effective stop over stay for our travels.

The host was accomodating of our late evening arrival and very welcoming. Despite renovation work underway, the place was very clean. A substantial breakfast was served.

Brilliant hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. Room was lovely. It was clean, tidy and comfortable. Breakfast bam was delicious and filling.

Great breakfast and big room

Breakfast was great, really good breakfast barm. Plenty of other options too. The lady cooked my wife a vegetarian breakfast which looked even better than my barm. Big fresh, spacious room which was great for a family of 3. We checked in late and it was very easy to enter the property and find our room...

I would've given this place a 9/10 overall however I couldn't give the hotel this as at 08:00am someone started hammering and woke us all up! Very disappointing...I know they are undergoing some renovations however they shouldn't start hammering away, indoors at approximately 08:00am.

Decent value and location. Nice period house that is being sympathetically restored.

Friendly welcome. Easy to find. Easy parking on site. Dog a bit too enthusiastic 😉 which could put some people off. Lovely breakfast. A few mins drive from town centre. Recommend the Cafe Bar doing a selection of Mediterranean food.

Shower in the family room was v temperamental. Ended up using standalone shower off the landing as couldn't get ours to work reliably.

Fast, friendly and informative check in. Breakfast was amazing as they were having renovations but this did not affect the breakfast arrangements. Lovely clean hotel and would love to return.

boutique family run hotel for true value and comfort

The hotel is very much a boutique hotel with all the right details. My room was spacious and incredibly clean, linen and towels were fresh. Breakfast was made to order and delicious. Service is above and beyond and the cherry on top is that it’s owner operated.

We all were made very welcome. The host was very accommodating to our requests. Our rooms were very spacious both with ensuite. The hotel is in a nice area. A 5 minute drive into the centre of Preston or 20 minute walk. WE WILL BE BACK. 😍
