despite the above mentioned we enjoyed our stay.

the fact that it was safe for our children and car

the parking was a bit small and too many trees a bit too much in the yard, it is hiding the beauty of the place. the main bedroom too small.

This is the worst unwelcome place we have ever stayed.

Breakfast is not included as it was a self-catering place. We had issues parking. No-one assisted us when we arrived, no-one showed us around the property. We always book through "booking.com" and all the places we chose were absolutely lovely except this trip. We will never make a trip to this place again. The fridge plug was taken out yet they knew they going to receive guests. There weren't any toiletries to clean the toilet or the place as the toilet was with stains. The sponge to wash dishes was a used sponge which was terrible, the oven was not working, no complimentary things at all eg. teabags/coffee/sugar/milk. The shower was not getting hot and when we informed the person in charged / owner. They said we were too long in the shower (which was not the case). They don't cater for load shedding. There's no heaters, there is aircon but not for the upstairs unit. When we informed the person in charged / owner - they said we didn't bring warm clothes (which was not the case). The wifi was slow-they didn't know the name of the wifi, we had to pick it up ourselves, they only provided us with the password. They said they can assist with another unit but can't guarantee whether we are going to experience the same issues. They informed us that they going to refund our money for that 1 night and when we requested for same, they now say that we had an option to move to another place but the question is "how can we move to another place and experience the same issues?"

Be polite and assist your guests Receive your guests with a warm welcome Make sure all the facilities are in good order Don't interrogate the guests by whether they have warm clothes or taking long in the shower

Zeila was very helpful considering that I made a last minute booking. She was exceptionally helpful and of assistance whenever we needed anything. I like how professional she is, after making payments, she sent me the checking in details which were very easy. I'm definitely coming back to Upstairs Flat Sea when I come back to Ballito

Cleaners are only superficially cleaning.

Toilet and bathroom was not cleaned. No toilet rolls towel's not changed. It was cold, blankets were smelly no bins in the toilets sliding door couldn't lock. gates needs to be remote control no house keeper during our four night stay I had to clean place should have complimentary coffee tea sweetener and milk. Bathrooms don't lock. Shower door handle broken. Needs an inventory for check in and out. Dishes smelled awful. Outside lighting was not fit.

Place had beautiful views and space was well used. Private. We were not bothered by management for any reason. Secure parking. Appreciated the adapters.

Beth's Ballito Stay

I like the proximity to the shops and to the gym. The lock up drive way was good. The patio and dinning area were also lovely

The advert said 650m to the beach. That wasnt the case. Also said two bathrooms- but one bathroom was located entirely inside the one bedroom and was open plan. The TV area was really only suitable to 3 people. There was not a sleeper couch but only the couches which were uncomfortable to sleep on.

I liked the free wifi and, the shower head in the insweet bathroom. An the person who received us Juan Painter was verry friendly

I would have liked it more,if there was little more space where the dogs could roam freely. Was honestly a bit pricy for what we got. the beds in the second bedroom matrrasas are poor and worn

The property is safe and quiet, The property is situated on ballito main road, is easy to locate and is close to the beach of which is a walking distance. Is a perfect place to stay with the family. I loved it.
