Perched high on a knoll in an quiet neighborhood is this home that will impress you from the minute you walk in the front door. The attention to detail that has taken to make your vacation special will surpass your wildest expectations.
Coming to Cape Cod should be not just be the destination it should be your lodging experience as well!
The open floor plan lends itself to a perfect place to relax with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen has a center island, a breakfast bar and walk in pantry. Plenty of seating in the comfortable dining area that is open to the inviting living room with a flat screen TV located over the fireplace. Off the dining area is a fabulous handmade bar with the most comfortable deck chairs imaginable, to enjoy the view that over looks Follins Pond . Check out the handmade compass set into the Teak & Ivory bar made to feel like your sitting on the back of a boat, Ship-lap and V-Grove panels line the walls throughout
the home only adding to the feel of being in a coastal designed home.
The extensive deck spans the length of the house with access from the living room, the bar room and the master bedroom along with the HUGE pergola to make sitting out in the hot sun the most enjoyable it could be.
The master bedroom is finely appointed with high end finishes & has access to the deck with views of the pond along with private bath, the additional bedrooms all have tasteful coastal finishes to relax you at the end of a beach day or sightseeing ventures.
During your stay at the home you will find a Photo Nook to retain the memories
of your stay at Mermaids Pointe.
Amenities are, Kayaks down on the private beach area for you to use on Salt Water Follins Pond , gas grill, washer dryer, central a/c, cable, internet, flat screen TVs. and so much more.

We absolutely loved staying at Joe’s house! He was so accommodating to us and it was one of the cleanest rentals I’ve ever stayed in! Perfect location on Follins Pond. We plan to rent again next Thanksgiving!

Great place and value!
Beautiful house, especially for the price. Everything looked brand new and very clean. Host communication was also exceptional. Our group didn't have any complaints or issues and I would definitely book again!

Great place nice location. Joe was very good and would stay at this property again. We found some very nice golf courses very close.

A switch had to be made due to the weather
We were told the wrong address ( the one that was open for us was across the street). Home was clean and ended up working well but we paid more for the original and never received a refund for the difference.

Delightful Holiday Dwelling!
If you’re looking for a spacious, comfortable stay at the Cape, check out this location. Its numerous bedrooms, two and a half baths and ample closet and dresser-drawer space make for uncramped living conditions for up to eight people. The location has multiple televisions, a terrific bar area with a wonderful water view and a full two-car garage space available. The kitchen area offers more than adequate prep space plus lots of implements, dishware and silverware. Lastly, the host Joe Baker was very nice and incredibly responsive to any issues that arose. We definitely recommend this for any large get-together at Cape Cod.

Beautiful, clean home away from home!
We could see from the photos that the house was nice, but it exceeded our expectations and are looking into rebooking again! We stayed there during NH April vacation and it was a great choice for us. There was plenty of space for our family (4 adults, and 2 children) and we loved all the different spaces we could spread out and enjoy. The deck was so nice too. It was a pleasure staying there, especially on the days when the weather wasn't so great since the house was so big. Will look to book again in the future for sure.

A Great experience
We had a great stay at Joe's place. The house is clean and well equipped with everything you would need for your vacation. We especially enjoyed the large living room and family room area for kids to entertain and run around. The location is convenient to close towns. Owner is super efficient in communication, he went above and beyond for our needs. I would highly recommend this place!

Wonderful family weekend
We had an amazing stay at this property. From the moment we arrived, we all fell in love with the house. The pictures do not do the house justice. My kids spent most of the weekend outside scootering and running up and down the long driveway. We went for family walks, trips to the beach and just relaxed in the sun on the amazing back porch. My youngest daughter asked when we are coming back again. Perfect house and spotless when we arrived. Will definitely stay again. Host was quick with all communication.

Beautiful Change of Scenery
My family had a great time at this location. To start, the house was beautiful house and an amazing view of Swamp Cove. You can see there was a lot thought and care put into it. The host was open and constantly available when needed. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful home
Centrally located to many beaches, restaurants and attractions. The home has a warm comfortable feel decorated with a nautical theme. The bar and large deck gave a nice view of the pond. Very quiet neighborhood. Joseph responded quickly to all questions. Would highly recommend.

Really beautiful house!
We all really enjoyed staying at this house. It was clean, beautiful, and had lots of room. I really loved the Cape Cod decor. We did have some issues with spotty internet in the bedroom area of the house but this only affected our 9, 14, and 17 year old kids :-) We actually saw a lot more of them!!! There is a lot to love about this house, and if we come back to the area on vacation, we would definitely book again. The host was gracious enough to stop by with his own personal lobster set when we couldn't find what we were looking for in the house. Very accomodating.

Yarmouth sanctuary
The photos don't do this house justice. The place was amazingly decorated , beautiful cape style beach house looking over a tranquil pond. Very private and quiet neighborhood. The bar was my favorite spot !!! The deck was huge with a nice Weber grill to use. Close to beaches and local stores. Highly recommended !!!

Peaceful Perfection
An amazing find that just felt like home from the moment our family of 5 walked in. The quiet and peaceful neighborhood is lovely; the view from the back of the house is beautiful; it was super clean upon arrival and Joe always replied within minutes to a question. After all of the despair of this year, this home helped us find our happy again and ‘create memories’... the very best ones.

Great place and location!
This property was exactly as described. Beautiful home with plenty of space and a fabulous deck with water view. Family loved the bar inside with great views during the day and all kinds of lighting options at night. Close proximity to Chapin and Mayflower Beaches as well as restaurants and activities. Beautiful home with all the amenities. Would stay again!!!
