We loved the property! Plenty of space for everyone. We could see the kids when they were at the pool and the walk to the beach is very doable. Only negatives was the ice maker could not even begin to keep up and the pool could be bigger. We would definitely stay again

This house was great for an extended family of 16 ages 1-82! The location was great…such an easy walk to the beach! The house was well stocked and we had everything we needed. It was also extremely clean…cleanest vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in! We had a couple minor issues with the hot water and the washer. The hot water was resolved quickly after they told us what to do. The washer required a maintenance check, but it was in a timely fashion. The mattresses will need to be replaced soon. I would definitely stay here again!

My husband and I recently had our wedding in Orange Beach and we got this beautiful beach house for us and our family (we also got another beach house a few doors down from this one because we loved it so much)! The pictures do NOT do this place or the area justice! Everything was beautiful, check in was super easy, communication was swift, plenty of parking space, and we had a beautiful view! Our families loved it so much that they want to go back. Definitely booking again!

This home was steps from the beach and pool. It accommodated our extended family of 14 adults. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. Everything about the house was in great working order except a bedroom ceiling fan. The rental service company was very responsive. The AC worked very well so the fan was not really needed. This house is close to restaurants, grocery stores and just about anything you need. We would definitely rent this house again.

Absolutely as promised! Easy access to beach and pool. Had 6 kids ages 3 months to 5 years. Everybody had a great time and a breeze to get around.

There was only one complaint, the bedrooms needed dressers, we ended up not unpacking suitcases as no where to put folded clothes.

We had a group of 4 adult couples. Plenty of room. Nice to have option of pool and fire pit area. Short walk to beautiful beach and was not crowded. We stayed Sunday through Friday. Location was perfect. Short drive or walk to grocery store, shopping, attractions, and restaurants. Some minor maintenance items listed in previous reviews could easily be fixed, but they were not a big deal for us. When they say bring what you need, they mean it though. Minimal supplies on hand. Would stay here again.

We had 4 families including 7 kids. The floor plan could not have worked better for us. This is an idea house for families with young kids. The balcony overlooks the pool. The access to the beach was so easy. We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed two nights for a marathon. The home is beautiful and very large, plenty of beds and space for 15 women. Balcony overlooks the pool and it is steps from the beach. Wish there was a bath tub in master but the house was perfect for us. Check in process via text message was very easy. Would definitely stay there again.

We found many maintenance issues:
Door handle in den came off
Inflatable mattress had a hole in it, child had to sleep on floor
Kitchen faucet would not shut off without much maneuvering
Floor in downstairs bathroom had a soft spot from water damage
Coffee pot was so cheap coffee grounds were in the coffee each day
Trash can cabinet very difficult to close
Outdoor dumbwaiter out of order
Outdoor commode not working
Master bath shower leaks
In addition:
There was not enough silverware for number of people
The kitchen needs a scissors!
The living room/kitchen & dining area are much too small for people permitted in this house
The management was non-responsive when we continued to ask for a early check in yet their advertisement said they always try to accommodate when able. The place had been empty for days. Finally a repair person came and was more helpful than anyone.
We would NEVER stay at this location again or anywhere this management company had property.

My family travels each year for vacation but this is our first year in Orange Beach, we did Gulf Coast last year. While the weather was a deterrent, it was so cold we could not take advantage of any amenities or even the beach. The property itself was beautiful and well appointed , any thing we need was available,. The kitchen was beautifully laid out, the bedrooms were spacious and bathrooms were nice. We did have one issue with soft spots in the bathroom floor on the main level bathroom and spotty signal in the primary bedroom. i highly recommend this location overall.

Our group was 2 families with 10 kids total ages 2-12. It was mostly toddler friendly, just make sure to find the knife drawer first as we were almost shanked by ours lol! Pool area was fantastic. It was close enough to watch our older kids from our balcony. Lots of seating and pool toys provided. Beach area was a short walk made easier by the wagons provided for lugging our stuff. The beach was beautiful white sand, clear water with no rocks or seaweed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook basic meals. Having a bathroom in each bedroom was so convenient and made the rooms feel like our own private little motel room. Check in/out couldn't have been easier. I very much appreciated not having to make a stop and wait in a line to get into our unit. There were no over the top cleaning requirements to check out. The location was great with grocery stores, gas station and liquor store all within a 5 minute drive. Overall, I just can't say enough good things and would love to return in the future.

Enough room for 20 women- steps away from the beach!! Checking In was easy, house was clean and spacious. We’ll stocked kitchen, comfortable beds AND the air conditioner was on full blast!! So wonderful walking into a cold home after being in the heat all day. Will definitely stay in this rental again with family.
Only downfall. Is that it’s not easily accessible to those with limited mobility and the elevator/lift located outside was not operational.

Family Reinion
We found the home very clean and located across the sidewalk from a large shared pool and short 4 min walk from the beach. We needed a few things and Alabama Getaway responded immediately via text and took care of our needs shortly there after. We had 8 adults and 10 kids. Plenty of room for all.
