The house was exactly the same we saw on the pictures on VRBO APP. The pool, the spa everything was perfect for all the family. We could relax and even watch tv near the pool. Every parts of the house is very nice and clean. The kitchen is well équiped . We had a wonderful time In Naples and this house was perfect!

Great house very spacious. The pool was maintained very good and was very clean as well as the backyard was nice place where you can relax. The interior of the house was equally impressive, with modern furnishings and plenty of natural light. The bedrooms were all generously sized, with one main bedroom, offering plenty of space for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the kitchen was well-equipped with high-end appliances, making it a joy to cook in. The overall ambiance of the house was warm and inviting, making it the perfect and made the stay enjoyable.

Beautiful property. Very comfortable. Proximity to beach (approximately 1.5 mile walk or 5 min drive) was good. Neighborhood not the best but that had no impact on our stay. Five star overall rating is well deserved.

This was a great property to stay in! We are very picky about the places we stay in and it was so clean and has every amenity that you would need or think of. We came down to visit my mom for Christmas and we were happily surprised when we walked in and there was a Christmas tree set up in the living room. It made it so festive for us! The house is located right by all of the major food stores and so convenient to the beach and downtown Naples. Thomas was a great host and answered any of our questions right away! He was very nice! We will definitely be staying here again!

This property is just as beautiful as the pictures. The house, outdoor pool area and patio are perfect. It’s in a great area too, so close to everything you might need during your stay. We just left and can’t wait to go back. I highly recommend it!

This property is stunning and equipped with everything you need for your stay. It was especially helpful to have a pack and play, booster seat, floaties and pool noodles on site for my toddler son. Everything was immaculately clean and Thomas was so communicative throughout our entire stay. We will definitely rent this property again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Tom is awesome, we had stayed with him in the past and this year we decided to go somewhere else. it turned into a nightmare and had to leave. Luckily Tom had availability when we needed it at the last minute and was very accommodating and saved our vacation!!! without him we would have been in trouble as we had no place to go for 8 days we were down there. The house is also very comfy and upscale. Feels like home. Love this house!! Thanks again Tom for saving our vacation!!

We were all very pleased with the house, even the 16 & 17 year olds that barely talk. We were a bit nervous because of the storm damage in the area but this house is beyond clean and very comfortable. Fully stocked with beach needs (Chairs, noodles and coolers). We would book this house again.

This property was not a "stay over" it was a HOME, it represented all of the most beautiful details, elegance, and welcome atmosphere the moment you walked in the door! The home is very well thought out, the location is convenient for golf, dinner, going out, and really anything you would love to experience! The pool and hot tub were a hit and received plenty of use! The house is simply classy with a beautiful back yard accommodations for R&R. The biggest regret was not booking longer! I was overly impressed with the communication with the owner, and unlike many VRBO's he provided quick responses and communicated when the house would be complete of thorough COVID cleaning, so the early check-in was extremely helpful! The fellow-friends loved it so much they are trying to determine their stay for 2023! A++ with Five Star Service and Communication!

What a lovely stay. We were there for health reasons, thus, spent most of our time at the house. In every way, it was a home away from home. This home is beautiful! Spotlessly clean, so comfortable and close to the beach. The outdoor space and pool is great for chilling and hanging out at home. It has everything you need other than food (obviously!) - beach towels, pool toys, beach equipment. The kitchen is very well equipped. There was lots of space for our family of 5 to spread out - TVs for everyone! The neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet. Easy to get to restaurants and shops. I would highly recommend staying here! Thank you Thomas for sharing this home with us!

Great location to Wal-Mart, Publix, Vanderbilt Beach and when we wanted to go down town Naples just a 20-25-minute drive. House was perfect the six of us, clean ready to go. It was great having the Tommy Bahama chairs and tents in the garage available to take to the beach. Mornings we went to beach afternoon came back for lunch and enjoyed afternoon swim in the pool. My wife and I took our daughter, son-in-law and two granddaughters most likely the next time we come back to Naples we will look this house up again.
