A beautifully decorated Condo, comfortable and well equipped, in a perfect location for relaxing in Plymouth and Campton and hiking in the White Mountains.

The condo was decorated so nicely. The condo was so cozy and very welcoming. The only thing I didn’t care for was the perfume plug ins and bowls of potpourri. There’s a strong flowery smell throughout the whole condo. If you have allergies, it’s not good! Other than that, the stay was nice.

The house was so cute and cozy. Great amenities. The pool, hot tub, and arcade were great for the kids as well.

The apartment is really nice. We loved the decoration. We had a great time there. There are 3 chairs for 4 persons.

The condo was very cute. We were at the boogie and blues weekend concert. We were probably about 15 minutes away. The condo had every thing we needed. You might need to remember your own travel toiletries. There was a recreation building that sounded interesting but we never made it to there. I would highly recommend this place and I hope to stay here again.

The condo was well laid out and very clean. Fully equipped kitchen, but I recommend bringing containers for leftovers. Paper products, toiletries, linens were all thoughtfully and generously provided and easily accessible. The downfall was no AC. MidJuly in NH mountains is no longer the no AC required environment it was for my first 40 summers. It was hot and humid. We had the three provided box fans in the windows sucking in night air but were still glistening the majority of the stay. AC is a must. The community center was gracious, but has a strict no alcohol policy at the pool, which I understand, but is a deviation from other resorts I've been to. The ladies manning the desk were personable and kind and prorated the fees when amenities were down. Only one indoor pool was open which made for crowded conditions on rainy days. The winter/ski decor in the condo was a little disorienting in the high 80s weather, but we had a grand time and very much enjoyed our stay. Having a dishwasher and washer dryer was a Godsend.

Clean condo, in a beautiful wooden area. Hi mountain, beautiful view. For the Recreation Centers there is an extra charge that is not listed, to used the amenities such as pools. Weekends $20 per adult $10 per children. During this time the Rec center is off season, so there wasn’t much to do but to go swimming. No entertainment or in center restaurant open. Other than that the bed wasn’t as comfortable so not a place to sleep in. Overall it was an ok experience.

Very cozy condo in the woods. pretty quiet at night even with all of the other condo guests and residents. We enjoyed the rec center that was nearby, which had plenty of pools and hot tubs under the stars. Overall very clean, cozy and just what we needed for our stay for 4 adults in Campton.

This condo was perfect for our family getaway. It was myself, my Mother and my two young children. It was clean and inviting and had everything we needed. Plus the rec center has tons of amenities- more than enough to keep a family busy for the entire day! The owner was very responsive and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend it and would choose to stay here again if traveling back to the area.

Cozy condo
Great little condo very close to the Community Center, which was very convenient. Quiet area, close to Lincoln and other area attractions.
Jen was very attentive and responded back to questions almost immediately.
The condo was clean, but could probably use a deep clean at some point, I noticed some debris left behind by others that could have easily been cleaned up but seemed to be ignored, both in the bedrooms and the bathroom.
All in all, a great trip and I would recommend staying here. Thank you Jen!

Great ski trip
It’s a cozy little condo that worked great for our weekend ski trip with our girls. Unfortunately, the fireplace was closed due to needed repairs, but Jen had provided an ambient fire unit as an alternative, which was a much appreciated effort!
The location is very convenient to many of the local attractions, including skiing.
Jen is also readily available for any questions and proactively provided clear instructions on checking in and accessing the unit. The guest book for people to leave notes is also a thoughtful touch.

Up in the mountains
Property was as advertised and the property owner was really helpful. As a Florida flatlander, driving those dirt roads at night was challenging but we enjoyed our stay

Great trip
Had a great time at this condo! Comfortable stay with a nice fireplace and a keurig machine was an added bonus. We went on two nearby winter hikes and took a skate skiing lesson over at Waterville valley. Would certainly recommend!

Cozy stay
We were in NH for a weekend ski trip and stayed here (my wife, our two daughters and I). Overall, the place was very cozy. The girls loved the bunkbed and the working fireplace was very nice. We would definitely consider staying here again, the four of us.

Top of the hill
Jen is a good host, she responded quickly to my messages and the condo was ready for visitors.
I wish the property was more updated and closer to civilization. During the storm I was worried about getting down the icy roads and across the swollen river.
Bring everything you may need unless you have a free time to drive to the closest supermarket and back.

Tidy when first entered but Virbo only advertized the amenities included, like the resort facilities, pool etc. They forgot to mention pandemic closures! We may not have booked there if they were upfront with that. Then as we settled in, we realized the condo wasn't pandemic cleaned. A basket in the bath had used shower shower gels etc...Then the tan carpet in the bedroom looked like it hadn't been shampooed EVER. The bed didn't have the top sheet or bedspread tucked in. I didn't realized it until I pulled them up, only to notice they had been put on sideways?!?! When I went to turn them properly and tuck them in, I saw a bed slat under the bed. Then we opened the red note book to see a list of what we needed to do. One of which was for us to put the sheets and towels in the washer! We were on vacation not to do all this crap. WHY did we have to pay a cleaning $$ fee when we booked!!! They should take the Resort out of their name. Waterville Resort Ha! We should have saved a lot of $$$ and gone to a motel.
