About this apartment rental
We are so excited to share our little piece of heaven with you.
This spacious condo has a wood burning fireplace, porch lake views, gas grill, luxurious master suite and coastal finishes. Master bedroom has king bed and guest bedroom has a queen bed as well as a full bunk bed.
We can’t wait for you to come enjoy our favorite lake; Lake Ouachita! Park your boat in our calm cove (the whole cove is a no wake zone) and you are steps away from your relaxing home away from home. Our favorite spot is sitting in the porch swing watching deer snacking in the yard and the boats breezing by. Bring your boat, kayak, atv, or just your loved ones. :)
The master bedroom has a king size bed, its own private bathroom, and direct access to the large back porch overlooking the water.
The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a bunk bed that has a full size mattress on top and bottom. Neither room has a ceiling fan, however, we have a small fan for each room in the closet.
In the hallway closet we have board games, cards, and dominoes. There are also pickle ball paddles and balls (there is a court on complex). In the closet on the back porch there is a kids picnic table. We use this both inside and outside to provide an easier spot for our kids to sit and eat. There is also baggo, some kids toys, and extra propane for the grill.

I can’t say enough about this precious condo. The communication was fantastic, check in and out was a breeze and the condo has everything you could possibly need on a vacation. My kids loved the game closet. The rooms were spacious and the living room was perfect for family movie night.
Mountain Harbor was very friendly and convenient. We will be back again next summer!

This property had everything we needed for a nice, relaxing time at the lake! We were able to park the boat in the cove with a short little walk (5 min) to our cabin. The view from the balcony was beautiful and we could watch the kids play in their kayaks (brought from home). The place was very clean, well stocked, and had plenty of towels. Thank you for sharing your cozy little cabin, we will definitely be renting here again!

I grew up going to Lake Ouachita, and am super familiar with Mountain Harbor. This is, by far, one of the very best condo locations I’ve stayed in. The back deck has a beautiful view of the lake. We were able to pull our boat up in the cove, which made coming and going from the lake extremely convenient. The condo itself was clean, beautiful and extremely well stocked. It was a perfect place for a family lake vacation.

The home is beautifully and comfortably decorated. We enjoyed spending time on the deck with the view of the lake. It was easy to walk through the back of the property down to the lakeshore. Easy access to Hot Springs if you want to spend time shopping or in the baths. Wonderful getaway!

We made our anual trek to Lake Quachita for the local trail race. We’ve always stayed in one of these condos. We really liked the space and location of this one. Great back patio, and stairs down to water access. Hosts were easy to communicate with when the upstairs unit(not their place) had some issues. We would stay here again

This condo was so very nice! It has beautiful, plush furnishings, comfy beds, large bathrooms, a great kitchen, and my personal favorite, a LARGE back porch with a swing, tables and chairs, and a peaceful view of the lake. We were pleased with every aspect of this home and would definitely stay here again. The owners were also very nice and easy to communicate with. Loved our stay here.

I really terrific property in a quiet Cove off of the big lake in town. It takes a little bit to get to hang of the roads in the area, it’s very secluded, but also very well-maintained with good lighting and good street signs. The host was very generous And prompt when we inadvertently locked ourselves out of the unit, I won’t mention their names, but next time, sweetheart, read the information that states do not lock the door knob hehe, great time great day thank you, Zac

Nice condo and pictures 100% accurate. We had building to ourselves so it was super quiet. Property has tons of amenities. Communication with owners was great! Mattresses were pretty soft to us but may be preferred for some!!

First thing we noticed was how updated and nice the condo was. The view is great and the deck was safe for my two little ones which was really nice! Definitely our favorite condo we have stayed in at mountain Harbor so far. And we have been coming to the resort for many years!

Love It!
The pictures got our attention. Staying there makes us want to return. We loved the condo from the moment we walked in. Clean, fresh, plenty of room. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. The master bath shower was even tall enough for someone 6' 1" to easily shower. There are floor fans if you're like us and want the white noise for sleeping. The deck was my favorite spot. Sitting on the swing with my coffee each morning was so peaceful. Especially when the deer came to visit. And the condo is on a dead-end street so no traffic. Absolutely nothing negative to say about the condo or Zac. He handled the one issue that came up quickly. We didn't want to leave! My one suggestion would be a ledge or bench in the showers for shaving legs since there is no tub.
Two things to keep in mind: Bring bug spray because there are biting flies to deal with if you visit any of the islands. Also, side-by-sides are popular and some drivers think if they are on the road, they own the road.

They had every Ty you need to cook and prepare your at home meals. Just like at home.
The layout was perfect. They have deer every evening and morning that would come out behind the back deck. Amazing lake to kayak on.

Amazing!!
This property was just what we needed. Super clean, comfortable beds, an absolute wonderful place to stay. We have stayed in quite a few places, but this place was beyond expectations! Came supplied with much more than a typical rental - dawn, hand soaps, tide and laundry essentials, trash bags, etc. I don’t know about y’all, but we typically have to bring our own supplies like that beyond the one or two that is usually supplied. Do not hesitate to choose this rental!

Wonderful Condo
Great condo in one of the best locations in Mountain Harbor! Very nicely updated and well stocked and sooo comfortable. We enjoyed the large deck with the great lake view! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a condo to rent for your family!

Spring Break 2022
This condo was very nicely furnished, immaculately cleaned, and well supplied with kitchen and bathroom necessities. The location was a quiet and pretty cove on a beautiful lake. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in keeping his property in top notch shape. He was quickly responsive to a question I had. We enjoyed traveling in to Hot Springs to explore the city and Bathhouse Row. The community of Mountain Harbor has a nice restaurant and marina. We would have gone horseback riding since it’s just 5 mins away, but it was raining. Save that for next time.

Exceptional Condo On The Lake
We very much enjoyed the --Condo On The Lake. The home was very clean and darn good looking inside. The furniture is of quality and everything works. The owner has great taste. I was easily occupied by just inspecting the entire Mountain Harbor complex (the buildings are well maintained and the road system is first class, the marina is huge). I will return---if possible.

The property looks just like depicted. Immaculately clean condo with ample space for a family. Very-well stocked kitchen. We stayed in winter and the area was incredibly quiet and peaceful. Owners were friendly and very easy to deal with. We would highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic place
This is an awesome condo that looks exactly like the pictures and video. Super clean and it has fully equipped kitchen. The hosts are very attentive and they quickly solved a small issue we had with the keylock. Very spacious and practical space. Very quiet area. I would totally stay again. Highly recommended!

Turning leaves trip
Just the drive to the property was worth the trip! But once inside it was just lovely and warm with all the fixings for the perfect stay. Great water view with deer stopping by all while sitting on the swing.

Perfect in every way!
This condo has everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked, bed is comfortable, and the patio was perfect to relax and enjoy the lake! This is one of the cleanest rentals we have been to. The owner’s video explains everything in the condo and is spot on!! Great place!
