About this house rental
A large town house 167 m2 on the hill with panoramic sea views 350 meters down from the sea with 4 bedrooms (comfortable for 8 persons, 2 additional sleep in bed sofas'), 2 bathrooms, 5 outdoor places including 3 with sea views and south direction, 2 common areas, common pool, children play yard & green areas, modern design & furniture, WIFI; IPTV with thousands of channels in different languages. Central air-conditioning on the entry and first floors,
radiators & fans on the basement floor. Stairs in-between floors.
No pets, no smoking inside the house.
Entry floor has an outdoor south facing place with sea views furnished by all year around modern style sitting group in stone for 10 persons. Entry floor has a large dining room with a sofa bed, dining table & chairs, furniture set with TV (IPTV), fiber internet. Modern furniture and nice decoration. On the entry floor you will find the first bathroom with toilet & shower, a fully equipped kitchen (including fridge, dish washer and micro) with an entrance to own patio (the second outdoor space with tables, chairs & a bench. A patio is perfect outdoor space which is isolated from the wind coming from the sea during windy days. The entry floor has central air-conditioning system with an electronic display for warm / cold regulations. The air conditioning should be switched off when you leave the house. The basement floor has a large family room with a bed sofa and two puffs, also two bedrooms, (one with a double bed 150 * 190 cm and another one with two single beds 2 * 90 * 190 cm). Both bedrooms have storage space, fans, and radiators for warming up, if necessary. The first floor has two bedrooms (one a double bed 150 * 190 cm, another with two single beds 2 * 90 * 180 cm) and the second bathroom with toilet and bath tube. From the double room you have direct access to a south-facing balcony with furniture and providing beautiful sea views. The first floor has a central heating / cooling system. Top floor has a storage room with washing machine, a terrace towards garden (where you can dry your washed clothes) and a huge terrace with panoramic views towards the sea. The top floor terrace has a furniture set for a larger company, two sunbeds and lighting.
In front of the house there is a natural land plot protected by Spanish law in order to keep some pieces of land without buildings. Due to that law regarding protection of the land plot, the area around is open and enjoys an incredible view of the sea. Half of the urbanization neighbors are Spanish and the other half are mostly Europeans but not limited to residents from the UK, Nordic countries, Belgium, France etc.
There is a large common swimming pool with a separate children's part. It is mandatory to take a shower before swimming in the pool. There are green gardens and children playing yard belonging to urbanization.
Town house is 13 km from Alicantes airport, 100 meters from Pola Max shopping center (with Mercadona, Pola Max gym with different sports activities, cinema, restaurant, China shop etc.). It is about 350 meters down the road to the nearest Santiago Bernabéu beach, 650 meters to Varadero beach, 700 meters to the city center, 1.2 km to the habour with a daily fishing market. From the house, going right along the beach will lead you to the center of Santa Pola with restaurants daily market during the evenings, restaurants, bars, shops etc. Going to the left from the town house, after Varadero beach, there is a wonderful peaceful route nearby the sea for those who want to enjoy walking outside the city's night life.
The owner of the town house lives in Sweden and is available through mail and mobile telephone. The local company in Spain will meet guests in front of the house with keys, show around the house and give 2 pairs of keys to the guests of the house and collect the cleaning & washing services charge (140 EUR for up to 8 people). Local company will sign a second-hand agreement with guests for their safety. Local company provides guests with a key to access the pool area and the gardens belonging to urbanization. Local company will provide cleaning after departure of guests & return back deposit for furniture. If you will arrive during night time 21. 00-9. 00, additional 20 EUR is paid to the local company to compensate for unusual arrival time.
