About this cottage rental

Cozy 2 bedroom guest house right next to Bozeman Creek on a beautiful 1 acre lot. Secluded setting right in the middle of town! 2 master suites, both with full bathrooms. Cottage sleeps 6: 2 queen beds,1 single bed and 1 sofa bed; Full Kitchen; Cable TV and WIFI; Washer and Dryer; Onsite storage available for recreational equipment (skis, bicycles, fishing, hunting, and camping equipment, ect); 3 parking spaces onsite for registered guests. Cottage is situated behind the main house (our home) on 1 acre lot within walking distance of MSU, and just south of historic downtown. There is a very large backyard with a fire pit on Bozeman Creek, which runs all year long.

Exactly where we wanted to be! Close to college, close to downtown and yet felt like a world away sitting by babbling creek in trees. Although not big was set up well and accommodated our family. If we would have needed couch for bed would have been a little tight but worked great! Host even brought over personal grill when grill there wasn’t working. Thanks for sharing your get away cottage!

We had a great stay in Bozeman for 3 nights. The cottage is located in quiet neighborhood just 1 mile south of downtown Bozeman. So convenient! Bart was a great host. We really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere of his place down by Bozeman Creek. We also enjoyed walking the Gallagater Linear Trail to downtown Bozeman. Thanks Bart!

If you're looking for space you've got it in this cozy cottage. Two full bedrooms with on suite bathrooms - always a plus for us! Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, etc. Kitchen was fully appointed and we wanted for nothing. Used the BBQ and cooked several meals. The beauty of the property did not disappoint. You could sit by the creek or do an outdoor fire in the ring. We could take the walking trail to town or do a very short drive. Enjoyed hiking, fishing on the Madison and Yellowstone. Owner was very friendly and helpful in making our plans complete. We'd book it again!

Our group of 5 all agreed this was the cleanest VRBO any of have stayed at. There were plenty of large bath towels and kitchen towels. The area is very quiet with the creek flowing through the back yard. We felt safe in the area. Bart kindly got a fire all ready for us to go and it was a beautiful evening to sit out and relax. The gas grill was a nice addition to have. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us. We had the shortest checkout requirements we've ever seen. I definitely recommend staying here. We will stay again when we make it back to Bozeman.

This 2 bedroom cottage was the perfect size and location for our first introduction to Bozeman. Bart went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and he was quick to respond whenever we had a question . The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped and it was very convenient having a washer and dryer at our disposal. We loved having the outdoor seating out front as well as the area by the stream where we were able to sit and relax. Although the cottage is that on the same property as Bart and his family, we had plenty of privacy. We highly recommend this spot!

Conveniently close to MSU, visiting my son, so lots of back and forth. Friendly host. Very comfortable beds with several pillow options. Two en-suites, so easy to share with my in-laws. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and comfortable cottage. A babbling stream and an inviting deck. Kitchen has everything you will need and beds are very cozy. The area is absolutely beautiful and great scenic roads for a ride and some great hiking trails. We were visiting for basketball and location to University and downtown is great. We would definitely stay here on a return visit.

My young adult kids and I have stayed at several different VRBO’s. This by far is the best one we’ve ever experienced! Just a few minutes to town but you feel like you’re in the country with the big backyard, fire pit and creek right there on the property. Plenty of space inside for the 4 of us. The owner’s dogs always greeted us. They’re ado. It was the perfect getaway for the weekend.

The owners were wonderful and gave helpful tips on things to see. They gladly gave up the best parking when they realized my 84 YO mom used a all terrain walker. Super nice folks. They house was well stocked. Bathrooms had great hot water and water pressure. If we ever get back this way, we'd certainly try to book thier place again!!

The cottage sits in one of the prettiest areas of Bozeman, tucked away from traffic without being far from anything. The place is very clean and well-cared-for, with everything necessary for a few days stay.

Two bedrooms each with an attached bathroom was wonderful, kitchen well equipped, close to MSU, close to main street, and it felt like the country. Bedding and towels were delightful too. We saw wildlife, we sat and watched the creek in our backyard and we had a great fire in the fire pit. When I go back to Bozeman this will be my rental. Really appreciate all the perks of feeling like the country so close to town, I left very happy.

We enjoyed this small cottage while visiting our MSU student. Small kitchen to get some home cooking done. And 2 bed, 2 bath to give everyone space. We even hosted study groups with additions MSU students. Bart and the dogs are very nice.

Great location! The house was large enough for our family of 4 and our kids loved playing in the big, snow covered yard. Bart was very responsive and made sure the walkway to our house was shoveled and salted.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! We were in town for State Volleyball and the cottage was not only a great location from the fieldhouse, it was super clean and cozy! The host was fabulous and very easy to contact!

This property was absolutely stunning! The cottage itself was warm, cozy, and very clean. It's conveniently located close to main street where we shopped and enjoyed all the yummy food Bozeman has to offer. Our favorite part of the entire trip was enjoying our coffee every morning by the beautiful creek that runs behind the cottage, it was just perfect! We loved Bozeman and can't wait for our next trip!

We were in Bozeman for my Daughters destination wedding. The Cottage exceeded expectations. This place was spotless and had an excessive amount of bedding, fluffy towels, kitchen utensils, and all the small little touches. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. Decorated beautifully and furniture was very comfortable. We spent free time at the nice creek front area with a fire pit. Very Relaxing! Bart always made sure that we had everything that we needed and really cared about the quality of our stay. If your looking for a relaxing experience I would highly recommend. If I make it back to Bozeman This will be the first place I will look to stay.
