2024 House updates!....1st and 2nd floors newly painted, 2nd floor hall bathroom has a new sink and lighting, master bathroom has new sinks, and some new furnishings on deck and in the home. Even the shortest stay in this home will turn anyone into a Bay Dream Believer. With panoramic views of St. Martins River and the Ocean City skyline on the horizon, invite your entire family for a rewarding vacation. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and comfortable sleeping arrangements for 10. This home has beautiful water views from almost every room! On the main floor, enjoy great water views from the fully equipped kitchen, dining and living room area. Out back, there's an incredible wrap around deck with plenty of seating, making it the perfect place to relax and take in the gorgeous view. The entire third floor is dedicated to the Master in-suite, equipped with its own private siting room and balcony. Launch your boat just around the corner and dock it right at the property! St. Martins River opens up to the Isle of Wight Bay, where you can navigate miles of open waters with unforgettable views of the Ocean City skyline. Bed Sizes: 2 Kings, 1 Queen, 2 Twins and Futon. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE PROVIDED. NO USE OF HOT TUB, GARAGE, OR CHARLIFT. **NO USE OF BOAT LIFTS** but renters may use the boat slip. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply.

This house had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the beach. The views of the water from all levels were unbeatable. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked. The neighborhood amenities were great - specifically the indoor pool for the earlier summer months when the outdoor pool water was a bit too cold. We enjoyed live music on Saturday night at the yacht club, and beautiful sunsets from the house. The drive to Ocean City proper was easy. Highly recommend this property and the rental company!

The property was fantastic. Plenty of room for 8 of us to be together when we wanted and apart when we needed space. The back deck was amazing - great for morning coffee, midday lounging and beautiful evening sunsets. Kitchen was very well stocked. The house did not have a supply of toilet paper so be sure to bring your own. And no dish towels. All in all it was a lovely well maintained house for a family vacation. Would rent again!

Pots and pans were dirty and we had to wash them before we could use them. Overall kitchen was very well stocked. No bed sheets and towels when we checked in. Came soon after complaining to the realtor.

This house in Ocean Pines is beautiful! It is spacious, roomy and easily accommodates medium-large groups of gathering on all the levels. The outside decks and patios offer beautiful views of the water for relaxing. You will not be disappointed!
