This three-bedroom, two-bath condo has outstanding views of the Pine Hills Golf Course, one of two championship courses that Myrtlewood has to offer. There's even a water view that, at night, reflects an already stunning sunset into what can only be described as a slice of heaven. During the day, watch the turtles and abundant bird life - a great blue heron nests nearby, and loves to fish this pond. There are flatscreen TVs in the living room and each bedroom, WiFi, and a fully equipped kitchen - plenty of space for everyone in your party to spread out! In addition, this condo is on the end with only pine trees next to it, so coffee on the deck or at the dining room table offers not only scenic views but privacy.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
