Historic cute house with a lot of charm in the heart of Albuquerque. Beautiful house close to Nob hill (2.3miles), CNM(1 block), UNM(0.8 miles) and a block from beautiful Roosevelt park 6 mins from Albuquerque International Airport. Private driveway, offstreet parking, garage, backyard and storage. Completely private, Unit B of the duplex.
Located by Nob Hill; quiet, friendly, peaceful, safe neighborhood with lot of charm. One bedroom with queen bed and a living room with a sofa that can be converted to queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen for someone who like to cook. Less than 5 mins from Nob Hill where all the best restaurants, breweries and coffe roasteries. Private driveway, offstreet and garage parking. Easy access to the I 25. A short drive to Old Town, UNM and International Balloon Fiesta. A block from the beautiful Roosevelt Park.

The home is regularly treated with non-toxic pest repellent. Still, this property is located in a historic neighborhood in the desert. Bugs are a part of life here in the southwest. While we make every effort to stay on top of pest control and keep the apartments spotless for guests, we cannot completely control nature and therefore you may see the occasional bug. Please be aware of this and make sure you're ok with the possibility before booking.

Would've liked a totally fenced yard for our dog but there was a lovely park just 2 blocks away. The bed was comfortable and the house was quiet with very little traffic noise. Much better than staying in a motel!.

This is our second stay. They are constantly upgrading the property. The unit was immaculate. The living area was spacious. The private parking off street was well lit. Access to interstate quick. Communication with owner was immediate. He is a very pleasant man. You will not go wrong here at a good value. And, no, I was not paid for this. 😊

We were in Abq for a short getaway. This was our first time in the city, and picked this place almost at random. We were pleased with the ease of getting to all the things we ended up doing and seeing. The place was comfortable and well-appointed for our needs.

I was attending a conference at UNM and the location of this property was perfect. On nice days I did the short 20 min walk to campus. The place is well appointed, even good coffee and coffee mate was provided. Very clean and modern amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would rent again if I am back in ABQ.

Cute little duplex, plenty of parking, close to downtown and the University. Great choice for anyone visiting that doesnt need more than 1 bedroom!

The overhead bedroom light flickered when turned off. I told the host this at 8:26PM - he did not respond. It was not possible to sleep in the bedroom. There is a filthy GIANT stain on the yellow couch, it is possibly two feet by two feet in size. I have pictures I'd like to post. This is not a gorgeous house, but an old duplex right on Coal Ave, is extremely noisy due to all-night traffic 20' away from the living room. Rajat has advertised Unit B, but what you're renting is Unit A. Surely this discrepancy isn't okay with VRBO? I was curious about this line from his ad, "VRBO is not letting me post pics of bedroom and living room for not meeting requirements." Now I understand: in the bedroom there is nowhere to set a purse or suitcase, or clothing. No furniture but a small nightstand with finish peeling off. The blinds do not close fully so there is NO personal privacy from the outside, including in the bedroom. Not pet friendly: can’t allow pets on furniture & the tiny lot out back was flooded with inches deep water, so taking a pet outside meant going to the unkempt front yard RIGHT on Coal Ave. Worst was that I notified the host at 6:04am that I was leaving to go sleep on the side of the highway because of the flickering light, he responded, "the guest who checked out same day yesterday...she didn't seem to have any issues." His total lack of interest in what may be dangerous electrical problems & sleep disturbance are literally the worst in hospitality. I have pictures.

My dog and I had a perfect stay here. The house is beautifully decorated and very clean. The location is great, close to UNM. Check in and check out were easy, and the host was very kind and helpful.

Location was convenient to Univ of NM and many places to eat. It is on a fairly busy road, so you will hear cars driving into the night, and neighbors in the unit next door. Otherwise, the house was basic and clean.

We arrived at this property and we’re not expecting it to be so cozy and spacious! The house has a very large living room, kitchen, and bedroom area accomplices by a decent sized bathroom. All of the furnishings we could ever need were available, and the heater kept us nicely warm in February. The parking is behind the house and out of view of the street, which made us feel very safe. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Albuquerque and would be happy to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay in Silver Hill. The location was convenient to UNM (and CNM), local restaurants, and access to freeways. The space was as advertised and comfortable and what we expected given the reasonable pricing of the rental. We also appreciated the use of the off-street parking and garage (the driveway is narrow, so larger cars/trucks may have a problem accessing these).

It was very clean and quiet. It was easy to get to Old Albuquerque. We enjoyed the park that was an easy walk. We stayed here in order to make it to the Balloon Fiesta and it was so worth it! Any questions about where to eat or things to do our host Rajat replied quickly and we would stay here again on our next visit to Albuquerque!

Clean and comfy house that was exactly what we needed for a single night stay on a cross country road trip. The neighborhood was quiet, which made it nice and easy to walk our dogs after spending a long day in the car--there was even a park close by with room for them to run. Nice amenities, great communication from the host, and would definitely stay again.
