It is a beautiful property and pool but a few things needed to make it perfect

Beautiful property, beautiful decoration and special touches that made it feel exquisite, and the pool was perfect. Comfortable beds I had lovely pool view.. Huge supermarket not 5 minutes walk away

I got local bus and wasn't too bad I guess, but it is a quiet location so a car would be recommended for convenience. The bath looked nice but it was plastic and loose and no anti slip mat to stand in bath so I actually felt unsafe it wobbled any movement I made so it was quite an anxious time haha and it genuinely was slippy.. Also no shower curtain around the bath so the floor got wet and very slippy and I nearly went down few times. The window wouldn't close after I finally got it open and was broken mechanism I think. I ordered food and it was very delicious but had to wait quite some time, and not all items on the menu was available, I really wanted desert but nothing also available. And other people actually walked out as they'd waited so long for food.. Also no bin in the room only bathroom and one bedside lamp didn't work and the main lights had broken bulbs, handle missing on the wardrobe doors, I just feel the maintenance isn't keep up to date

Es ist ein sehr schönes eingerichtetes Hotel mit großen und sehr stilvollen dekorierten gemeinsamen Räumen und Aussenbereiche. Sehr ruhige Lage aber schlecht isolierten Zimmern. Sehr gutes serviertes Frühstück.

Bad ohne Spiegel und nicht fertig reparierten Einrichtungen.

No good sleep and experiance.Bad service.

The rooms were spacious. hot water. Looks good like a castle . very clean.

poor service , no coolers, only heaters worked and the guy asked us to keep the window open . Mosquitoes came in. smells old. extreamly bad service. could have been better with service. refused to help with air conditioning, refused to even take print outs. not helpfull at all. outside food not allowed inside the restaurant. break fast served in table not buffet

Tuvalet ve banyo temiz değil, sıcak su olmadığı için banyo yapamadık. Personel ilgisizdi diyebilmem için personel olması gerekirdi. Oda ödemesini odada yaptık. Resepsiyon boş. Check out yaparken anahtarı lobide bırakıp çıktık. Asansör çalışmıyor. Oda telefonu çalışmadığı için problemleri bildirmek için defalarca 3 kat aşağı inip çıktım. Hafta içi otelde düğün olduğu için gece saat 3'e kadar gürültüden uyuyamadık. Otel şehir merkezine çok uzak arabasız gidilmez.

Hotel com decoração peculiar com bom restaurante.

O hotel tem uma decoração rococó com muita mobília e decoração da época bizantina. O pequeno almoço é muito bom e tem restaurante onde jantar com qualidade. A piscina é grande e bonita.

Não fomos "recebidos" porque não havia ninguém na recepção. Passado uns minutos alguém chegou, levou-nos ao quarto sem mencionar o pequeno almoço nem que havia possibilidade de jantar no restaurante. E claro, nada de bem-vindos ao hotel, etc. Não aceite multibanco nem cartão de crédito. Almofada nada confortável.

Gute Küche & Personal, wir würden hier aber nicht wieder buchen

nach einem kostenlosen Upgrade auf eine höhere Kategorie war es ansprechender. Servicepersonal und Küche der absolute Pluspunkt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr altmodisch eingerichtet wie man auch auf den Fotos erkennen kann. Allerdings ist die Classic Kategorie sehr beengend, daher würde ich eine Kategorie höher empfehlen. Der Pool ist zwar ein Plus allerdings würde ich dort nicht schwimmen gehen. Der Chlorgehalt ist bestimmt über dem Empfohlenen 0,6mg pro Liter sodass es bereits schäumt.

Beautiful castle and setting

2nd visit to this hotel as my children loved it so much last time. Breakfast was the best Albanian breakfast we've had was really happy with this. The food they serve other times is also fantastic. The grounds are absolutely beautiful especially at night time. Room was absolutely spotless and they kindly even let my kids choose the room with jaccuzi which we stayed in last time. If you want a relaxing time I'd 100% reccomend this hotel

Service to take orders is a bit slow. Pool water looks green.

Very nice garden and swimming pool, delicious breakfast. Good for short term acomodation.

Unfortunately the service was low, when we arrived room wasn't ready , cleaning lady was in rush so rooms and especially bathroom wasnt clean. Waiters should try more, they didnt serce plate of fruits and water which was included.

Fun for the kids, castle feel with great pool and breakfast on the terrace.

Kids loved the castle feel, decorations and 24 hour pool. Breakfast on terrace was excellent! Amazing coffee, juice, full hot breakfast. Great value.

Pool needed some more chlorine to clear up the water, but it was still fine for swimming.

A relaxing hotel with a great pool

Really good value for money, our suite of rooms was surprisingly large and the pool was much loved by our two young boys. There are a couple of excellent local restaurants within walking distance.

Stunning grounds absolutely beautiful setting

The castle hotel, the pool area and the decor are absolutely stunning. The reception restaurant and rooms were beautiful. I fell in love with the place it is absolutely stunning. Staff were very helpful. Food was lovely and very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again.

Only negatives I have is there was some rubbish sticking out from under the bed that had obviously been missed and there was a large party of low-level footballers shouting and swearing in the corridors for about 20 minutes at 11.30pm at night we did have to speak to twice as we had a baby, 3 year old and 6 year old travelling with us. I do understand its not really the owners fault but maybe they could take this into account when allocating rooms. Also the hot water wasn't on unless we specifically requested it so not quite sure what happened there?

Nothing, Looks nice on pictures, that is the only possitive thing i can say.

Worst hotel we had in albania and also the most expensive. No parking available. Party on level above us, that kept us awake until early morning. Shower that overfloats the entire bathroom. Although we saw 4 different staff members, all of them together did not say more then 10 words to us. Never again.

One night would be too many

Air con worked well plenty of coat hangers there was a lift, Netflix on tv

Miles from anywhere just off busy main road and side road noisy due to motorbikes and speeding cars. Taxi to Tirana expensive and returning drivers don't know hotel as so far away. Use booking.com taxi to avoid being ripped off. No info on Tirana and no one to ask tour's don't pick up as too far from Centre. This is an event location inside furnishings OTT so very noisy at weekends. Pool at front of hotel by main entrance and surrounded by cafe customers (mostly older men) no sunloungers out to relax on so did not use think only there for show and event photos! Evening meal had tough dry lamb and another time a pasta dish way too dry and salty. Football team staying were very loud at night tried to get into my room and left clutter in hallway. Not made to feel at all welcome only 2 of waiters spoke English manageress/owner? Started digging up soil in flowerbed next to me whilst I was having breakfast! Bathroom floods as shower curtain only covers one side big step up to get into bath for starters no hand rail no bathmat no anti slip mat. Made to look like roll top Bath but legs are faux plastic . All in all a very disappointing start to my first visit to Albania. Would not recommend .

The staff was unprofessional, rude and not for that hotel . Also on a 4 day stay the housekeepers , never cleaned the room , changed bed sheets etc .
