Charming bungalow, within a 5-minute sidewalk stroll of Downtown Weaverville's restaurants, shops and breweries. It is also an easy 15-minute drive to downtown Asheville. The home has all the amenities to provide you a comfortable, relaxing and fun stay. There is a full kitchen, an upstairs living area with TV and a cozy downstairs den with a TV, both with Netflix, Hulu and Amazon apps ready for you to watch whatever subscription you have. Inside was small but clean. Both beds were Queen (I think one should be a King). No basic channels available on TV was disappointing. Holly bushes in front of house need to be trimmed, it was hard to get into the house they blocked most of the walkway. Overall it served its purpose and we were close enough to Asheville to enjoy a day trip there.

This was a great weekend get-away! The house was very clean and comfortable. Downtown Weaverville is a wonderful mountain town with lots of shops and restaurants. It's just around the corner and an easy walk to get there. We will be back!

The house was a cozy getaway. We had everything we needed. It was convenient to everything. Pinball machine was fun. We would definitely stay again 😁

This house was perfect for our short stay. We could not stop commenting about how clean it was. The setup was perfect for our little family and the kids loved the games downstairs. It was also so nice to have a tv space for them downstairs so we could relax upstairs. The beds were incredibly comfy as were the pillows. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets, extra toiletries, flashlights and a first aid kit just in case. The kitchen had everything we needed. It was stocked simply, but well, with quality items that worked rather than a hodge podge of lower quality supplies. Walking to Well Bred, Blue MountaIn Pizza, and Yellow Mug were fun and a breeze. The house was organized and clean and a joy to stay in, we hope to be back!

2 BR wood house, clean. Built on a hill, bottom floor is a basement with good washer and dryer. Nice back porch with propane cooker. Kitchen useable with excellent skillets and pans. Has AC and security windows that open.

My family of three had a great stay. The house was clean, comfortable and well appointed. And convenient to Main Street Weaverville. My husband and son loved the foosball and pinball machine in the basement! We had everything we needed!

Perfect Home Away From Home
We had a great family weekend in Asheville and this wonderful home was a perfect home base for our adventures with a couple and 3 year old toddler. Very clean and well supplied we felt at home right away. Easy walk into Weaverville was a bonus to have a nice dinner or breakfast. Quick drive into Asheville too. We really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The stairwell to the basement was a bit concerning for the toddler but we put a chair in front and it wasn’t a problem. Thanks for a great stay!

Relaxing Coziness!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautifully upgraded cottage! So much more relaxing than a hotel! Coffee on the front porch watching the squirrels play and the birds sing was a wonderful start to our day! If in the area again, we will definitely request this cottage again!

Great Stay in Prime Weaverville Location
Loved the location in relation to Asheville and Downtown Weaverville. The house is quaint and nicely set up. The roll-up/down blinds throughout the house was a great touch. I truly felt like I was at home during my stay.

Great in between location for hot springs and Asheville fun! House is cute, clean and well appointed. We cooked most our meals in the well stocked kitchen. Nice, responsive host! Super loved seeing rabbits and chickens in the side yard!!

Comfy Chic
This was such a comfortable stay for our trip. House was nice and stylish as well. The basement was definitely a cool touch. My son loved the pinball that’s for sure! Extra comfy bed, extra pillows and nice fan. All lights had dimmers. Labels help find things theoughtout your stay.

I moved a dresser in front of it but if you have a baby gate or something you might want to bring that to block it off!
