About this villa rental

The property is located in a family oriented neighborhood, close to all the amenities of Jaco yet very private. Neighbors speak both Spanish and English.

Comfortable and newly renovated 5 bedroom 5 bath ground floor suite located in the heart of Jaco Beach with a private pool. The property is one block to the beach and located one street from a large grocery store, KFC, Pizza Hut, movie theater, and park with a playground. Walk within minutes to the main street of Jaco with travel agencies, realtor offices, shops, clothing stores, bars, live music, and restaurants.

A short taxi ride to an international medical clinic that is available 24/7.

An ideal rental with all the comforts of home — air conditioning, cable TV, fully equipped kitchen and a laundry room. The master bedroom is a separate studio apartment that opens to the outside pool area. It has a king-size four-poster single bed, an attached bath and mini kitchen with a large table for dining and remote work.

The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom, one with a double bed and bunkbeds and the other with 1 full bed. The forth bedroom is off the kitchen with a 1 single bed and bath. The fifth bedroom is on the patio with 1 single bed, bunk beds and a bathroom.

Private parking inside the property gate for 1 car. Additional street parking is safe and convenient. 12 people max.

The kitchen includes cooking utensils, pots & pans, dishcloths, potholders, flatware, dish ware, and glassware. Standard appliances include a large 2 door refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, induction stove top, toaster, electric tea kettle, blender, and coffee maker.

We recently stayed at this beautiful. The spacious living areas, amenities, and well-equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable. We loved the pool and the location was perfect – secluded enough for privacy, yet close enough to local attractions and restaurants. Our host was accommodating, providing detailed information about the area and ensuring we had everything we needed. The little touches, made us feel truly at home. We highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a perfect mix of comfort and fun. We can't wait to come back!

This is a lovely place. Very private. One block away from the main road and two blocks away from the Jaco beach. Centrally located. Amy is super great and attentive. Place is clean and equipped with all the items you may need away from home.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jaco Sol 34. It was perfectly located. Off the strip and therefore quiet, but a short walk and you’re right where you need to be. It’s good sized and we easily had enough room for 5 adults. Communication with the property manager was easy and he was very friendly. Could have not asked for a better place to stay

Great location, wonderful home

Great location, wonderful home

We stayed here for a week between Christmas and New Years. There were 10 in our family and we had plenty of room. There is really room for 13 in beds. This is a really neat place and a great location. It is close to everything. It’s 1/2 block from the main road and about 5 minutes or less walk to the beach. It is so close to everything. A/C works great. Amy was very kind and gave many appreciated suggestions of things to do and see in the area. We were only able to contact her through email which was hard when initially looking for the house but fine for the rest of the stay. She watched her email all week and responded quickly. She met us in front of the property when we arrived. The address doesn’t map in Google Maps or Apple Maps so we really struggled to find it in the dark and we were really confused by the directions given just because we didn’t know the area at all and roads aren’t marked well or at all. There are condos next door with a 24 hour guard and they do map on google so if she gives you the name of the condos, you can find it with no problem. There are a couple things that made this place a challenge. There aren’t many linens and no guest access to the washer/dryer. We all had only one towel for each person for the week and no wash cloths or bath rugs/mats (at least in the mother-in-law bathroom) not sure on the other 3 bathrooms because I didn’t use them. If you had more than 10 guests, there wouldn’t be enough towels. This made it hard. The kitchen also had only a couple cloths/towels as well. There were only a couple garbage bags so we asked for more garbage bags and used the bags from the grocery store. We ran out of toilet paper after couple days and just bought more instead of asking. Just a suggestion for future guests would be to make the laundry room available to guests or offer a mid week cleaning and laundry service (at additional cost if needed) to anyone who wants it. I feel this would make a big difference. With all of us swimming every day, the access to the washer/dryer would have been perfect. Overall, this was a great place and Amy was a wonderful host. I would stay again! Thank you for your hospitality!
