About this apartment rental

Our Downtown Condo is one of a kind. Located half a block off of Main Street you can easily walk to retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, galleries and museums. Anything else you may need is only minutes away.

The space is located upstairs in the original Stillwater Bank building. It offers one private bedroom with a queen bed and a living room (that can be closed off) that has a fold out couch or you can set up the queen size air mattress. The kitchen is stocked with cookware for simple meals, a full size refrigerator, stove / oven and microwave; as well as a coffee maker. A full size washer and dryer are located in the kitchen area and are available for use. Smart TV w/ Roku and Netflix and free WiFi. Parking is free on the street and in the nearby parking lots (some spots are time limited during the work day).

Clean property. Owner very nice and responsive to any issues. Parking during the weekdays can be a challenge but no problem overnight/weekends. Walk to restaurants nearby. Convenient to OSU campus.

The property was wonderful. Just as described. This was a great stay and would recommend it others. We were even offered to stay longer but we were unable to take advantage of the kind offer. Great bed and location. The Host was great and easy to work with.

My only detraction from this rental is the comfort of the bed. Very squeaky and not as comfortable as it could be. Other than that, the place was nice and I would consider staying again as long as it was no more than two nights.

I didn't check in until after 11pm and it wasn't until then that I realized I didn't receive the necessary information to find the location and check in. I was convinced I would need to get a hotel and deal with this reservation later. But the owner was accessible by phone and answered right away. She apologized for the confusion on checking in and immediately got me to the correct location with the right checkin information. The condo was amazing and immediately I knew I would be be back. It was clean, spacious and well appointed. Really a perfect place to stay in Stillwater.

Came in for a long weekend to visit my nieces and nephews for Christmas. Main Street was decorated beautifully and the temperatures were the perfect amount of cool/cold for th time of year. Really enjoyed our stay. The apartment stayed comfortable even with the teen temperatures. Thank you again for sharing your home with us.

Stillwater property was clean and was a great option for an OSU visit with my student son. I enjoyed the dining and shops nearby, and even took advantage of the gameday shuttle back from the stadium which dropped off in the lot across the street. One tip, the coffee pods were a nice touch but without nondairy creamer or sugar it wasn't an option. Your listing stated a hairdryer but I did not find one in the apartment.

We stayed here 2 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! Spotless, attention to detail, nice layout of space, great communication! There's even a little office area if you need to work on your computer. Washer and dryer with detergent and dryer sheets provided. A BIG thumbs up!
