Amazing beach house located across the street from the beautiful white sands of Fort Lauderdale beach. Enjoy your stay at this spacious 4 bedroom 3 and 1/2 bathroom home. Spend everyday relaxing at the beach or stay poolside in your own tropical poolside paradise with a sun ledge for lounging. The yard is completely fenced for privacy. There is a deck in the front yard with views overlooking the ocean. Lush landscaping and palm trees surround the entire property. This house is perfect for your vacation. We are located steps away from Fort Lauderdale beach! No need to worry about driving, traffic or parking because you are a one minute walk to the beach. our host Jillian was so supportive from day one, always a little skeptical when renting first time but this house did not disappoint at all , great location , and pool is a great life savor when beach weather wasn't cooperative, this will be my go to rental in FLL

Steps from the beach and with a secluded little private pool in the backyard, this house is perfect. The rooms are comfy and spacious, with TVs in every bedroom. Easy for the whole family and our dog. Jillian is a terrific host, as well, making the checkin process easy.

Annual holiday beach week for family of 2 parents, 3 adult children. Easy access to beach, shopping, restaurants and night life but house itself is in quiet area. Nice pool and outdoor areas with grill, dining and lounging spots. 4 roomy bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths, all well-equipped, could work well for extended family or 4 couples. Attractive and comfortable with lovely special touches for the holiday. Host Jill was very responsive to some minor issues, quickly and cheerfully addressed. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

We had a great trip. Two families, 4 young kids. The house has two nice master suites and two additional rooms, so everyone had space and was very comfortable. Having a pool and being so close to the beach was perfect. Easy to get to and from the airport. Great communication with the host who was very accommodating. It was the perfect place for our trip. Thanks for a great stay.

Great location, comfortable house, comfy beds, everything you need, but required some repair/maintenance, not all lights are working in the house, needs cleaning of both inside and outside area and the pool.

This house was perfect for a quick trip down to Fort Lauderdale. We arrived late at night and had some struggles using the keypad, but our host was super responsive, even at the late hour, and remotely supported us entering their home. The location is perfect--only 3 houses from the beach--plus a relaxing backyard, including the pool. We would definitely recommend staying here to anyone with a medium-sized group. The 4 bedrooms fit our group perfectly. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was the perfect house for us! The beach was across the street and not crowded at all. The pool and backyard was very nice. I highly recommend this house. We had 4 girls who stayed upstairs and my husband and I had the ground floor. Jill, the property manager, was always available if we had questions. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Absolutely beautiful property in a perfect location to enjoy the beach. The home is very well equipped with spacious bedrooms and ample gathering spaces for the family. Pool is well maintained in a gorgeous back yard that resembles a botanical retreat. Far enough away from the youth enjoying spring break yet close enough to all the amenities that Ft Lauderdale has to offer. Will definitely be returning!!

It is truly a home away from home and we had a great time. Any comments I have are minor and can be easily fixed in a few thousand dollars.We had a great time and our stay was comfortable. The furniture and tableware needs renewal asap. The appliances are fine but the AC units can be upgraded to less noisy units and if at all possible, adding a heating system to the pools would be great as well; Mimi can still be cold in March-May.
Downstairs bedroom has a comfortable bed but the drwaers are very loose; for a Master Bedroom, the bathroom could be larger!

The house is perfecting situated on a very quiet, no-outlet street yet only steps away from the beach. Beautiful open floor plan with well equipped kitchen. The backyard pool and landscaping is beautiful and peaceful. My family and I (7 adults and 1 toddler) ate at the large outdoor poolside table most evenings. All amenities (e.g. beach towels, beach chairs, bikes, beach buggy etc) were all there which was great! My only issue was I had to leave !! Last, but not least, Jillian is a great host who was extremely responsive to our questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone that wants a carefree, relaxing vacation on Fort Lauderdale Beach! I plan to return!!!!

We loved this property ! Our host Jill was so kind and so quick to help with anything. The pool was great and at a Very comfortable temp ! The ocean is a house away and many great restaurant are very close. Some I can walk to. We had a wonderful time

My family (6 adults and 1 toddler) stayed at the house for a week in January. It was absolutely wonderful! The location could not have better, we loved that it was a dead in street so very little traffic also. The host was great to quickly answer any questions we had before and during our stay. The pool was warm and we loved that it had a shallow part for our little one to play in.

I really don't know what more you could ask for!
Lots of space to spread out, big kitchen, nice pool, pretty much across street from sandy beach and walking distance to bars/restaurants. We also used the Planet Fitness a couple miles away, walked to State park and of course the Lauderdale strip. Not far from airport either.
The Host was by far the best communicator I've experienced on VRBO. Gave us great info, quick response time and even went above and beyond hooking us up with whatever was needed!
We will be back hopefully!

Kitchen door which lead to the outside was damaged and therefore did not lock
One of the “bedrooms” appeared to be a converted sunroom or outdoor space and therefore did not have a closet or a door that allowed any sort of privacy (it was a window door)
It took 2-3 cycles of running the dryer to dry each load
The house could use a deep cleaning and the cabinets of the kitchen would benefit from being decluttered

We had a wonderful stay. There was 9 of us ranging from 8 months to 81 years old. The house was literally across the street from the ocean. The pool was heated & was very nice. We spent a good amount of time out by the pool. Great communication with the owner. Highly recommend & we would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for a group of us. The kitchen had all we needed and plenty of space for everyone and there were 8 women. The beach was so close only 3 houses down and across the street . It was very private at the beach too. Loved it and hope to rebook in the future.

There was plenty of room for everyone to hang out and for not being directly on the beach, the proximity to the beach could not be better! The beach to 1 min right across the street (not ocean view). There are some restaurants within walking distance but probably best to have a car. Great area though because it is not crowded like further south. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. The pool was great and we used it every day. Plenty of sun and shade to accommodate everyone’s preference. Lots of seating inside and outside. Washer and dryer was very handy and used often. Plenty of beach towels for a large group. The host Jill was super friendly and attentive throughout the stay. I highly recommend a stay at this property!

Great Location
There was initial AC issues as the home has mini-splits. The owner came over to chat with us and had someone come out to handle the issue. I think with any beach home you'll aways have a sand issue, so that was probably the one thing we noticed in the rugs and floor as if you walked barefoot you would have sand on you. Other than those few things the location was great. SUPER close to the water. Great sidewalk area to walk, run, jog, walk dogs. Not far from Miami if you want to go. Tons of shopping in the area and places to dine. The pool was a great size for the property. The property is pet friendly and our pups really enjoyed the stay as well.

We used the Smokey Joe grill almost daily. The house accommodated 10 people easily and as the pool area acts as an extension of the house, we never felt like we were on top of each other. We spent most of our time outdoors and the nice ocean breeze along with the pool, kept us cool. Jill was a great host. She accommodated an early check-in to align with our flight time. She also offered up restaurant and shopping options. We would definitely rent this property in the future.

The location was perfect for our family with proximity to the beach being so close, and the kids could walk there. There were nine of us and were all comfortable. It was a family vacation with our daughter, son, son-in-law, grandchildren, and 90-year-old grandmother. Jill was accommodating to my daughter who had arrived earlier with her family than we did, and they were able to check in earlier than expected since we were all flying in from different parts of the country. Jill was responsive to all our text messages and request. The only problem we had was during shower time with the on-demand water heater the water would turn cold in the middle of showering; it could not keep up even though no one else was showering or running water.
Overall we were very happy, and we would come back to this place.
