Beautiful house, perfect location, owner responded to questions and requests quickly. I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever back in Sebastian. Even caught a few largemouth bass from the lake in the backyard!

We thoroughly enjoyed the kayaks, pool and hot tub, fire pit. If we didn't pack it, they had it! Ate some fresh fruit from the property's vegetation. Great location, several places to fish, eat, activities. Would love to stay again and definitely recommend!!!

The pictures dont do this house justice at all!! Way more room. There is now a tv in every bedroom and living room. Tons of kitchen gadgets. The view you get is unbelievable. My kids and I had a wonderful stay. The only thing I would suggest is providing more towels. The communication was amazing as well. This is a absolute bang for ur buck.

If I could give 10 stars I would! To start, the home and lake view are absolutely beautiful! It is perfectly appointed with everything you need to make you feel at home. It was sparkling clean - probably the cleanest short term rental I’ve ever stayed in. To top it all off, Katharine, the host, was amazing and incredibly kind as we dealt with a family medical issue. Highly recommend!

We stayed here for an 11-day Christmas celebration with our son and daughter who both live in Florida. The accommodations were very nice, my only suggestion would be to add a heater to the pool as the solar heater could not keep the water above 70F.

The property was perfect for our needs for the month we were there. It is close to most everything, yet in a lovely and secure neighborhood. The home is clean, bright, and has every amenity you can imagine. We were extremely comfortable there and it also had a fenced yard for our pups. It can’t say enough good things about it, including the prompt an courteous responses from the owner and caretaker, if we had a question. Thank you Kathy and Paula!!!

First off, the property owner is quick to respond and you can tell she wants your stay to be 100% satisfaction. The house is exactly as it says in the description, no surprises or let downs once you arrive. Great to be 10 mins from the ocean, sitting on the beach. Only 5-6 mins from plenty to choose from restaurants right on the water. It was everything that we needed it to be for our stay in Florida.

So when it took me over three months to find this VRBO house, I was shocked at the surprise we received when we arrived. I reserved this house as it was labeled wheelchair accessible. This property was not. Me being a handicapped individual with very limited mobility struggled the entire month I was in there to really enjoy my stay. Most the doors I couldn’t fit through bc too small and are not even wide enough to have a wheelchair or even a mobility scooter. My husband had to go to the urgent care because he pulled his back picking me up from falling. I wasn’t able to enjoy the entire property to its fullest. We alerted the owner the first day that we were there because the air conditioning was broke and there was no air. She was very attentive at making sure that got corrected immediately. I have MS so the heat is not a good thing for me and so I need air conditioning to be able to function. Also the rules to the house came later on which said that I had to have the temperature only at 72° or anovewhich was the lowest and I need it cooler. We alerted the owner on the 17th or 18th of the month to let her know that she should remove this property from it being wheelchair accessible. She was able to accomplish that the same day and proceeded to explain that she never checked this wheelchair accessibility box that VRBO made a system update that caused it to be selected and a default for the property. I asked her if I could speak to Vrbo to resolve this then and she told me to wait a couple days because she was escalating this because they told her that it was not her fault. Many days went by and I didn’t hear anything from her so I reached out on my own to her and asked if she was able to resolve this with Vrbo. She said no she was getting the runaround and so I asked again if I could contact them and she said good luck. I contacted VRBO about this via there websites email. I explained and asked for a refund back for half the month. Generic response from them. So I emailed the senior vice president of customer service and also the CEO. That’s when the executive office office contacted me and I began my back-and-forth with them. VRBO wanted to rebook me into another house after I had been in the house. I have certain requirements that I gave them and they were not able to accommodate that. VRBO did confirm that the owner was at fault. The owner still says it’s Vrbos. I’m sad bc my concern is still unresolved.

We will definitely be back. The owner is so gracious and attentive to your needs. They have so many small details to your stay it welcomes you to a home away from home feeling.

Hands down the best rental we have ever vacationed at.
Katharine could NOT have done a better job stocking this home. I am impressed at everything at our disposal. The house was so clean and tidy and she even went above and beyond with a great gift and card to kick off our Christmas vacation. The pool was so warm and the views from the back yard were to die for!! Katharine....Thank you for everything you did for me and my family! We will be back!!

Fit our needs perfectly!
My husband, our six-year-old daughter and I stayed here for two weeks. The first week, we all did virtual work/school and then had the second week for Spring Break. It worked out perfectly and we created amazing memories to last a lifetime!
The Home: Airy and bright with a nice modern kitchen (which we cooked in a lot). No surprises - it is as pretty as the pictures! The pool and tiki area out back were a huge win and we loved ending our days here. It's very private, which is exactly what we wanted, given Covid. The pool temp was a bit cool when we arrived - probably because of a storm that had blown through. My daughter wore her wet suit the first few days, but then it warmed up with the weather.
The Area: It's an easy 10 minute drive to Wabasso Beach. Parking here is limited and we ended up at neighboring Treasure Shores most days, which we preferred anyway. It's a beautiful beach and very easy to get plenty of distancing if you don't mind walking a bit. No condos, no hotels, no crazy crowds. The home has a Publix and Walgreens just down the road. Very easy to have groceries delivered through the app. We got takeout from a few local places too that aren't far away.
Katharine was a terrific host who was very accessible whenever we had any questions. She also ensured the bandwidth supported all three of us on video calls that first week and we were thrilled we had no tech issues, which would have been really stressful.
We came to FL this year because it enabled us to drive somewhere warm vs. flying, but if we were ever back in the area, we would definitely stay here again!

This house has everything you need! We enjoyed sunset dinners every night! Property is very well maintained and very clean! Owner is very nice. We are looking forward to another stay for next year. Hopefully there will be a newer barbeque gas grill??? Not a complaint, just a suggestion from us :-)

The house was adorable, and truly had everything we needed. The pool was a big hit with the kids, and we loved watching the sunset over the lake each night. It’s a 10 minute drive to the beach, 5 minutes to the grocery store, and tucked in a cute little neighborhood. The host was very gracious, and extremely responsive. We will definitely be back!

This house was very nice and in a good location! The hot tub and back yard were used daily. It was so nice to sit out back and watch the sun set over the lake.
