You can really tell that they put good effort into making this place as great as they could. It is in a quiet neighborhood, That is not too far from downtown. There are great restaurants around. The house felt very welcoming and we definitely plan on staying here again.

Our stay was very nice. The property had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The spare cooler, beach towels, and boogie boards came in handy. The neighborhood is quiet and out of the way, which is what we were hoping for. My only complaint is that our last evening there was during a tropical storm and we were in an area that was at some risk of flooding. I had reached out to Mona via a phone call and never heard back. I was just trying to get some local knowledge about where to go and what to do. We ended up staying in a hotel in an area that wasn’t at risk just to be safe. Overall, we had a very pleasant time staying at this property and we would gladly stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we could have wanted. The furniture was comfortable. The yard was well kept and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The location was central to all the things we wanted to see and do. The hosts did an excellent job. We would rent this house again in the future.

This property exceeded our expectations. We traveled with 5 adults and 4 kids. There was more than enough space. The location of the property was central to everything we needed. We had one small issue while we were there, the hosts responded immediately, and handled the issue. The home was comfortable, and the hosts have included many small extras which haven't been provided at other locations we have stayed at. They are really considerate of their guests. The back yard space was perfect. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had zero issues. We will definitely be returning and hope to be able to book this property in the future.

Our hosts were very responsive about any questions we had . Being our first trip to Charleston, this house was perfectly located with just about everything within a 20 min drive. So nice to be able to go have fun and then gather at the end of the day and cook. I would recommend this house and will be returning to the Holy City again for sure :)

Finding a 5 bedroom house , where all the rooms are as lovely and spacious as these , was a real win. My family appreciated everyone having their own space. Great backyard too. The hosts include so many extras, very much appreciated. And this house seems to be 20 to 30 minutes from everything ! Great stay , would come back again.

Rooms galore. We had a nice time staying here for a family wedding. My children and their significant others and my new grandson. It accommodated all of us and our dogs too. The dogs loved running in the fenced backyard which is a plus for me. Thanks for your hospitality with welcome snacks , much needed.

We were only there for a long weekend; it would be fun to stay there longer and enjoy the outside/backyard more.

My group of ladies stayed here for a long girls weekend. It’s a great place. Very clean, spacious and extras. The hosts left lots of snacks and pantry staples for coffee and such. The linens were clean and soft, which is hard to do when you use bleach often. It is a bit out of the way if you want to spend a lot of time in the downtown Charleston area, but super affordable which is not what you would find downtown. My friends thought it was a great place and we would definitely stay again! Also, word of advice, do not ride share, just rent a car. :-)

This home is just as described, was very clean, and most importantly, the beds were comfy. The owners stocked the TP and paper towels, shampoo and toothpaste, and snacks in the house which was a nice treat upon arriving. It fit our family of 10 well and we enjoyed the huge backyard with firepit and grilling area. Our pup enjoyed the freedom of the secure back yard. The area is a mix of established neighborhoods and new builds and was very quiet with many restaurants and coffee shops nearby.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House was perfect for our needs and easily accommodated 3 families. Our son's family sharing two rooms with Jack and Jill bathroom, our daughter's family sharing two rooms with Jack and Jill bathroom and us sharing quiet room in the back. Will definitely use this property again when we're next in Charleston!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was perfect. We appreciated the snacks as some of us had been traveling from different countries and others had been on the road for 8+ hours, so that was really nice and appreciated. The weather was such that we were able to enjoy the back yard and the fire pit one evening. Just sitting around, talking and enjoying life. Again, the house and hospitality was perfect. Thank you.
5.0 / 5.0
We had three families and the layout worked out phenomenally for us. One family with a kid shared a Jack and Jill, one family with 3 adults shared a Jack and jill, one family with two adults had the bedroom with the separate bathroom next to it. If your party is similar in any way, I don't see a house ever being more accommodating for those specific needs. The beds were clean and comfortable. I wanted to take the pillows home! House was sort of quirky with a few things we had to be figured out - like shower handles and such. Not a fan of glass furniture, having a toddler, but I can understand it matches the aesthetic of the house. Glass table top was a little wobbly so not elbow eater friendly. Backyard was great just needs more lighting specifically towards the grill area. Got a lot of use out the charcoal grill and also managed to get a fire in one night though our trip was mostly rained out. Smart TVs helped for keeping the toddler entertained during the rain. House was super comfortable for all guests and located within 20 minutes of everything we had planned to see. Plenty of parking for the three vehicles we had. House is very accessible with plenty of walking space for walker/wheel chair users everywhere except the hallway to the back slider and one of the back and Jill's with steps. Very quiet neighborhood.

We’re a group with 5 adults and one almost teen all women. The house is nicely appointed with plenty of space. The beds are comfortable and we all agreed that we slept well during our stay. Middleton Place and equestrian center are just down the road. Charleston is about 25-30 minutes and an easy drive

We came for a wedding, and has family visit a couple days, great time, room for all, located close to everything. Owners are amazing, as we had a hurricane to deal with and they accomodated us with positivity and welcoming. Assisted us with anything they could do to help.

The home was clean, area was quiet, plenty of space, pet friendly. The hosts respect the privacy of their guests and only contact them when absolutely necessary. They provide snacks and beach supplies, i.e., beach towels.

Overall very enjoyable vacation, host was awesome and understanding with small hiccup first day but the hospitality they gave us and the way we were treated was beyond expectations and the house was perfect for us and the fur babies which enjoyed the oversized back yard to run a muck around in lol, absolutely loved visiting Charleston and will definitely be back in the future.

The home was perfect for what we needed. we were close to the beaches and close to a family function we attended. Unfortunately we did not sit outside much because it was to warm, but the setting was beautiful. We had fun with the dolphin treat jar.

I booked this property to accommodate my parents and brother’s family staying with my family for my daughters wedding at Old Wide Awake plantation. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and a large fenced backyard. Conveniently located to the plantation, Publix and downtown Charleston.

We were attending a wedding at Magnolia Plantation so this location was great! The owners were very helpful, answering all out questions about places to eat, etc. We had five adults in our group and this house allowed for us all to have space.

The home is about 20 minutes from just about all Charleston attractions. We were very pleased with the 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths! Beds are comfortable and rooms are spacious. The bathrooms have beautiful tile work! The kitchen is a great gathering space! Nice home for a reasonable price. Only recommendations I have is replace the kitchen and LR coffee tables as the glass tops lift with pressure applied-not kid friendly. Also the backyard is a nice large space-update the grill and lawn chairs; clean the patio. We had a wonderful time and are already talking about returning to visit attractions we did not have time to see. Thank you Kellie and Mona!

Plenty of room for the entire extended family. Very nicely equipped for cooking and enjoying our stay. Lovely, fenced in yard for kids and pets. Some of our group sat on the patio and enjoyed the nice weather in the evening.
We were away from the normal congestion yet close enough for getting to the attractions. Loved it! Nice place for our 50th Anniversary!
